Byron diagnosed the issue with my furnace and fixed it in no time. We did have to wait about a week for the replacement parts from the manufacturer, but that was out of our hands. Most importantly, he was extremely nice and transparent. He took pictures of everything which I appreciated so I could see what was going on.

I called Aire Serv for a second opinion after called a very large HVAC company that installed the system and I paid less than half of what the large company quoted. 100% recommend.

Also want to shout out Angie for being on top of scheduling. She was always available and very communicative.

I had a great experience!  I called to hopefully get an appointment to diagnose and fix my furnace during the holiday week and they were able to come out the same day!  Byron was excellent with explaining everything and showing me pictures so everything was clear.  I’m really appreciative of the honest and efficient service.

Very informative and professional the technician was able to come out the same day and provide excellent service diagnose the problem and provide pictures giving me a full explanation of the issue. In addition, he was able to locate the parts that two other technicians from other companies could not. They were quick to respond to my concerns and questions. I appreciate the effort and service.

I have an air filter in my HVAC that needed repair. Of the several businesses I contacted Aire Serv of Suwanee was the first to call back. Angie, who seems to run the office, was just wonderful. She got someone to look at the air filter that day. Her ability to communicate with me was outstanding and put me at ease. Byron, the service tech was also wonderful. He was on time and knew what he was doing. It took several days to get the part, something that seems to be normal in this post Covid world. Work was finished ahead of time and I am very satisfied with this provider.

Byron was able to quickly identify and repair the issue that caused my thermostat to stop working. He was fast, professional and explained to me what he was doing and why. He was so impressive that I signed up for their routine maintenance services. Byron was also kind enough to replace 3 of my 4 AC filters for me. He would’ve done the 4th if I had a replacement available. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a range hood installed and an electrical outlet for my garbage disposal. My handyman was prompt (actually, was a little early). Extremely friendly. Did an awesome job and cleaned up thoroughly after.

Ace Handyman Service continues to solve my 2023 disastrous renovation experience from a prior unconscionable, incompetent contractor. My challenge is lack of access to licensed, trustworthy contractors, at a fair price. After initial interview, like a Project Mgr., Ace referred reputable contractors enabling me to schedule out work phases to specialized teams (HVAC, electrical, craftsmen, etc.). Finally able to anticipate completion, I am grateful to Ace's business model, approach to helping homeowners better understand home construction & renovation, and (especially) to Ace's TEAM: from the coordinator to their experienced, licensed, ethical craftsmen (e.g., Comfort, Matt, Ryan, Garrett). Thank you!

We worked with Ryan for a household project this afternoon. We probably could have spent a bunch of time researching contractors and getting quotes, but we ended up deciding to “rip the band aid off” an find a vendor through Ace. Ryan was friendly, professional, and did high quality work. He came to the house to speak with me and understand the work we needed, and survey the space/house (e.g., looking for studs). He shopped for materials and then came back and completed the project in ~2 hours. Would 100% work with Ryan and/or Ace handymen again!

I've been looking for a handyman service for a while. I saw an ad for Ace Handyman Services and decided to give them a try based on the Ace Hardware name.  I needed the batteries in my smoke alarms changed. Since I have 9 foot ceilings in my 3 bedrooms, I didn't want to climb a ladder and change them myself. Matt was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend Ace Handyman Services and plan to use them in the future. Thanks!

Great service start to finish! Comfort was awesome answering my many questions over the phone. Being out of state, I wanted someone trusted to take care of a few tasks at my mothers house. That being said I didn’t want just anyone to do the job. Ace really set the bar for service, quality and communication! You have a customer for life.

PuroClean Emergency Restoration Specialists

This company is useless! They have franchise owners who haven't been properly checked and corporate just distances themselves when there is an issue.

I used Sewell Jartu for mold cleanup and this wasn't nearly properly done. I got another expert in and he was laughing at how much was left behind. I tried getting hold of corporate for over 2 weeks and finally got hold of Susan in HQ who was extremely rude and pretty much explained to me there was nothing they could do regarding a refund. The owner (Sewell) said he is low on cash so can't refund me either.

What a joke!!!

I recently had a water heater pipe burst and the entire bottom floor of the home was ankle deep in water.  I called Robert at PuroClean because they were recommended by friend and the experience was fantastic.  He responded to the emergency within minutes for water mitigation and begin the drying process.  He did a great job communicating each phase of the mitigation process and informed me of site conditions each time he entered the property.  Lastly, he helped me with my insurance claim and even met when the adjuster came to the property.  I would recommend Robert at PuroClean for any water emergency.

These guys are awesome and do really excellent work! My cousin was a houseguest and burned pasta in the microwave and almost set my whole house on fire. The place was filled with smoke. Robert, the owner, personally brought over a machine that he left running for about 48 hours that had my home smelling fresher than new in no time. They responded quickly and their pricing is reasonable. He was patient and calm in explaining what would need to happen next to restore my home back to some place livable. My mother purchase a foreclosed property and a few days prior to her closing we discovered something that looked like mold.. In search of a good and dependable mold specialist I went to Google, where I found PuroClean Emergency Restoration Specialists... After speaking with Robert I was very pleased with the care of service provided, just over the phone and how thorough and professional his approach was to our situation, especially with us being unfamiliar with what type of mold we were dealing with. He was patient and told us exactly what to look for to try and determine what we had in site. We scheduled an appointment for Robert to come out and take a professional look.. Glad we did! Turns out it was toxic black mold, thankfully it was not all over the house and only in specific areas... He immediately tackled the issue and remediated the mold in both areas of concern. Our experience was great considering the issue at hand.. Toxic mold is a very serious and scary thing to have in your home. Robert educated us on the mold issue as well answering a few other questions that we had with other issues noticed in my mother’s new home.  Our fears were put at ease and the experience was great, he went above and beyond, not to mention the efficient and sterile manner in which they removed the mold, being very careful not to spread the mold spores elsewhere. I'd use PuroClean again in a heartbeat, as well as recommending PuroClean to family and friends for mold issues and other home emergency needs!

Puro Clean did an excellent job. They explain the process from beginning to end, making sure that I fully understood what would be done. They also explained the  different kinds of molds that were present seen and unseen. Out of all the estimates that I received, PuroClean were the best ones, hands down. They were thorough, patient and answered every question that I had securing the fact that I could trust them in my home. I thought that the job was going to take a long time. However, PuroClean was in and out, 4 days top. I have a business in my home and I was so happy to get rid of that God forbidden mold smell that had basically took over my home making it uncomfortable for my family, friends and clients. Thanks PuroClean, you guys were great! You took care of the issue and I am satisfied with my results.

Great experience and would definitely use again. Tannia and Joe were quick to assist and followed up at every turn. Would use again and have already referred to friends and family. Truly a great experience after the water damage destroyed our basement.

Paul Davis was assigned to manage the mitigation and renovation of our home after a leak inside of a wall. Every person that I have worked with from Paul Davis has been amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional at every step of the process to this point. Kurt, Marquis, and Jordon are the best! I would highly recommend Paul Davis of North Atlanta to anyone.

Nightmare experience working with Paul Davis. We were assigned a PM who was new to the area and he was left to find his own subs (which he didn’t know any since he was new to the area). He said that other PD PM would not share their subs, so it made it a challenge to get a simple job done in a  timely manner. Our project continued for over 4 months. We asked PD not to send a specific contracting group back out (Erick) and they sent them back out to repair the cracked tile in the bathroom. Erick tried to repair the floors 3 times before we caught it on Ring camera that they were sending a guy back that we had specifically asked not be allowed to return to our house. The floor was never repaired adequately, but we cut ties with PD & had a local guy we trust repair the floors for us instead. Would recommend people steer clear from this group unless you’re looking to manage your own project because you will find yourself doing just that but paying PD a high premium to not do quality work.

Paul/Davis Restorations was easy to work with. While there were problems, we were able to work through them without difficulty. Of note, Ana, the pack out and pack in supervisor worked hard and did an outstanding job. When Ana finished cleaning the house was immaculate. Her efforts to get things done right out shown other Managers, including her boss who never returned a call. In the end, the work done to restore my property was acceptable, but in my opinion, not perfect.

The ceiling collapsed in one of my bedrooms because of a leak in the roof. The Paul Davis team was awesome. From the project manager, Richard Rosario down to the final finish. The roof was replaced right away. The cleanup was amazing, Marquis was easy to work with when his team came in and cleaned up the mess. Nick did the drywall, painting and carpet replacement. Awesome job. Thank you Tray Lockridge for your initial consultation. I am so pleased with the work 😊.  Here are the before and after photos.

Jim is the best. He replaced a condenser for us and did a couple of other repairs. Jim gave us a fair price and responded to our text/calls quickly. Could not recommend this business more.

Jim was the most kind, honest, polite person I have met when it came to getting an estimate.  I must have had 10 estimates from other companies who were arrogant, and one that wouldn't even leave my house.  Jim worked with me, was on time, professional, and even today, 2 years later, I know I can call him if I have a problem.  I have recommended Service Air to many people who have been so happy for the referral and have hired him to do their work.  You would never go wrong with this guy and his workers!  I even tipped the installer because he was running late to camp out of town.  Just because they were awesome!

I called this company  on April of 2008 the guy showed up in 45 minutes he said he going to install the best unit in the nation and give a fair price the next day he came to install the units with other person after they left and I paid him that the unit that install is very small for my house only 13 ser instead of 16 ser I called him no answer thee days later the hous over 90 degree I called him again he came the next day and said the other guy didn't filled all the freon that he supposedly do after that I have a lot of problems and every time I call him he says the I don't have warranty no more even after one week this person he is name is James. Orozs he is the owner he is very poor quality  he is not professional and he is not responsible I will advice any person want to use his company to think twice before hire him

Everything about SERVICE AIR INC. was top notch.  For the first time in 10 years we are cool and comfortable in our mobile home.  The workers were very professional and went the extra mile to fix our duct work and the price was right.  Will recommend to others in a heartbeat.

Tim Summers, Will, and Tim were amazing today. They called me 30 minutes prior to showing up and were prompt no less on a Friday afternoon!  They were very nice, professional, thorough, hard working and went through extra details to figure out how to get rid of the “odor” I was trying to get rid of that the Cit of Atlanta caused within our house. Tim was able to completely sanitize the odor from our flooded basement concrete floors where our  previous Remediation company could not. Tim and his crew were amazing ...They were swift yet extremely careful with our home and contents from suede furniture and white leather furnishings to glass, art and the many fragile items our modern home contained .  They extracted water from 3600 sq ft home that was flooded .  It was dried quickly and constantly monitored  to prevent mold and further damage . The contractors that followed behind Tim commented on their excellent job! Tim is  a thoughtful professional with good communication and very easy to work with.  I plan to use PuroClean in the future for other services they offer!
