I'm grateful for Puroclean‼ This was my first time having to maneuver the mitigation process (water damage) and hands down Tim and his team made the experience pleasant. After receiving a few in person estimates, it was the level of professionalism and genuine concern of my situation that set him apart. Will & Abraham were very personable & knowledgeable. Abraham provided some homeowner tips that I'll definitely use. Bonuses were good communication from start to finish and competitive rates. Tim Summers, Will, and Tim were amazing today. They called me 30 minutes prior to showing up and were prompt no less on a Friday afternoon! They were very nice, professional, thorough, hard working and went through extra details to figure out how to get rid of the “odor” I was trying to get rid of that the Cit of Atlanta caused within our house. Tim was able to completely sanitize the odor from our flooded basement concrete floors where our previous Remediation company could not. Tim Summers, the Owner, is an honest person who truly takes pride in what he does. Give him and his company an opportunity- you will not regret it!

Tim and his crew were amazing ...They were swift yet extremely careful with our home and contents from suede furniture and white leather furnishings to glass, art and the many fragile items our modern home contained . They extracted water from 3600 sq ft home that was flooded . It was dried quickly and constantly monitored to prevent mold and further damage . The contractors that followed behind Tim commented on their excellent job! Tim is a thoughtful professional with good communication and very easy to work with. I plan to use PuroClean in the future for other services they offer!
