Arrived around 5pm. We all had chicken strips and they were so good! The guy that waited on us was very friendly, helpful and nice. It was all very clean. Definitely will go back.

The guy at the drive thru has given the best customer service the past couple times we've been to dq. Absolutely exceptional workers.

Clean facility, friendly service, and hot fresh food. Great stop on the way through town.

Came to the store 5 minutes before closing and instead of all the staff being rude we were there. They helped are big group with kindness and a smile. This is customer service that make me want to keep coming back!

Good treats, as always.  The staff could use a personality transplant, however.  It seems to be a permanent attitude.

Zachary Ace Hardware

This store almost never has the home repair item I'm looking for, even the most basic things. But what they do have is a selection of very inappropriate cards with dirty jokes and pictures of body parts. Very offensive and not something you would expect to find in a store where there may be children coming in. Nasty.

I had just gotten scammed by a moving company. These guys helped me out so much. Excellent customer service by all the employees. I wish I was staying there. Dont go to a movie company. Go uhaul. Especially at Zachary Ace Hardware.

Always very helpful and if they don't have what you need they are awesome with suggestions for replacement products or helping order something in!

Walmart Supercenter

We stop at this particular location every time we travel through the area. We've always find it convenient and stocked with most items we're needing/wanting. The employees are always kind and most helpful. The restrooms are clean and the parking lot is well maintained.

The employees are super friendly and helpful.. my very first Walmart experience with staff that are friendly and helpful. All other Walmarts I've been too has had rude cashiers that don't want to help, but not this one. Everyone of them I have dealt with have been positive and friendl. Clean store. Very well stocked.

I think this is the SMALLEST Walmart I’ve EVER been in. However, it makes it VERY easy to find what you need. The associates are VERY friendly and helpful. I also love that they have gear for fans of the Wildcats and T-Birds.

We stop at this location monthly while traveling. Stopping in to buy drinks and snacks, and to stretch our legs. It's always clean, well organized and usually staffed with friendly employees. I would have given more stars today except that the female employee near the Pokémon/trading card section treated me like a shoplifter. She came over and with a super condescending tone, asked if I needed any help. I told her no, that I was just looking. She then proceeded to stand directly behind me until I left. I guess Concordia has a trading card theft issue with 50 year old white males. So bizarre.

Cabela's

Best customer service I've ever experienced. I've only shopped fishing there so far, but their fishing dept. knows their stuff, and the store customer service that answers the phone goes out of their way to take care of you.

Probably my worst visit ever to this Cabela's.  To start saw a young woman who worked there just leaning on a display and offered no assistance.  At the gun counter only one person working the entire counter even with several people wanting help.  Another employee actually turned off his radio (saw him do this) so he could talk with his friends.  Another employee came and found him because he was needed at the archery counter.  The young man said he didn't hear the call as he turned the radio back on.  It's a week before gun deer season and there's not a single ground blind or tree stand to be found.  Went to check out there was only one person working even though there were at least seven people in line.  Truly disappointed with Cabela's in Kearney.  I have visited this store many times and never had this experience.  At least Santa showed up in a classic convertible.

Sadly, I don't even feel like this should be considered a cabelas. The outside looks like a thrift store entrance. Very small.. No decor like all the others. Staff didn't greet us, or ask if we needed anything while we were shopping. Felt unwelcome to be honest. Will continue to shop cabelas, but definitely would not return or recommend this one.

It's changed a lot since Bass Pro took over, I miss the selection that Cabela's brand used to offer. It's still a cool store though with lots of outdoor items!

Glass Doctor of Central Nebraska

Matt and his team took time to squeeze my last minute project into their busy schedule and when I measured one piece incorrectly, they took the time to cut me a 2nd piece to help keep me on my tight schedule!

Although Craig was really nice, I feel compelled to review to warn people about this glass shop. I had a windshield replaced. Went to pick it up and noticed a gap between the windshield and the trim inside that was so large I could put my fingers in it. I went back in to ask about it. The first man who came out to look was dismissive and told me sometimes” they just don’t fit perfect”. Craig then came out and agreed that it should not look like that. He ordered another windshield in and I took it back the next week to get the new windshield. I went to pick it up and it fit just the same, still a huge gap. Craig refunded my money and I took it to TS Auto Glass who cleaned up the mess of urethane that was all over the car, actually attached the trim pieces that The Glass Doctor had not done and replaced the windshield. No gaps, no rattle like the first one at the Glass Doctor. I would not recommend The Glass Doctor.

I called for my son and daughter I use to run Glass Doctor of Denver for 5 years.  No one has called my daughter to schedule a appointment for an estimate on 12 windows?????? Please explain

We have had a great experience working with Bret and Craig and all of the staff at The Glass Doctor.  They are very prompt in responding to any questions or requests and provide high quality products as well as high quality installation.

Good thing the women's restroom is at the end of the hall, because you can see into the men's when you walk past it.
Other than the poorly maintained building, the cashier was very nice.

Trash cans were full by the pumps.

The bathrooms were disgusting.
The bad smell from the bathrooms filled the whole store.

Place is a trash pit.  Looks like a middle Eastern ghetto.  Building/parking lot/property in general is unkept.  Two (apparently wrecked) campers sitting out back.  Then you go inside to be greeted by the smell of sewer.  Walked into the bathroom and there was more urine on the floor than in the urinals.  Floor was literally wet with piss.Turned around and walked out

I would give 0 stars if possible! This place was awful! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting 🤮, no proper locks on the door dirty and nasty. I’ve seen a lot of gross bathrooms but these were just neglected! That’s not even the problem though, I went to go check out at the regular desk because the other check out said fuel desk and asked if I could check out here, the lady at the counter literally shouted at me that she was already helping somebody, it was honestly just so damn rude. I literally work customer service, I understand if you need a second but that’s inexcusable to speak to someone that way! She should be fired! I was one of many that she was rude to in the 5 minutes I was there, including her poor coworker at the fuel desk. 9/10/23 at about 4:20. Shell needs to investigate her!

Stopped here for gas and to use the restroom on our way back home to Missouri. This was by far the nastiest gas station I’ve EVER been too! I took my daughter inside with me for us to use the bathroom and we took a video and walked right back out it was so disgusting!! I’ve seen portapots cleaner than this place and those are just terrible in general! So as I’m leaving I asked the he/she cashier if they ever clean the bathrooms? He/she looked at me and said only when corporate tells US too!!! Really??!!! What in the actual hell kinda answer is that?! That has to have been the most ridiculous answer someone has ever said to me! That was just pure laziness and the most unprofessional ignorance I’ve ever heard in my life!! So unless you want to walk-in to a place of business where you would literally feel like you could  catch some sort of disease I suggest going on to the next gas station!!

Big O Tires

We had a flat tire on our way from Omaha to Denver for a wedding. Went to Walmart as soon as they opened and waited for two hours to get it patched, and finally gave up and went down the street to Big O. Benny got us in immediately and fixed it within minutes. Literally saved our trip, as we were going to miss the wedding. Can’t thank them enough and will be sending all our family in the area there!!

Out on the road and needed 2 trailer tires. Called ahead and Josh looked up the inventory and made sure they had what we needed. Got to the store, waited 2 minutes, paid for the tires 2 min, they pulled the tires and told us 20min. They were done in 15min. 2 tires and back on the road on a jam packed Saturday. Customer service done right! Thanks Josh! Thank you Big O! If you live in Kearney and you’re not buying your tires here then you are crazy.

Had  a sort of emergency,  was traveling for Christmas Saturday,  called and talk to Josh  he got us in for tires early morning, said he would have us on road by 9am but made it by 8am, great place to get tires and gave us good price also!!!!! Oh  we tried Walmart, they wouldn't even answer phone in tire dept.

Made an appointment for Wednesday at 4 pm showed up at 350 pm and at 450 after realizing i wasnt going to get in for the day rescheduled for friday 7am. Purchased 2 tires Mounted and balanced, waive roadside assistance due to financial needs.

215 miles later had a inside zipper seam rip, Big O did nothing "bring it in we will replace it" requested a refund because my hired roadside assistance brought me one they will not refund thier faulty product.

Do not go here bunch of crooks. Sold me a defective tire and won't stand by product quality zero starts if I could.

I called and made an appointment the day before, for an oil change and alignment. My appointment was set for 1pm in which customer service was not friendly or welcoming. I left my car there while working and did not receive a call back until 3:46pm. I had missed the call and called back within 15 minutes to be told they would call me back regarding my car and (not once did they mention anything about trying to get ahold of me or my car being ready). I did not receive a call back until 5:18pm when I was already walking in the building. I picked up my car at 5:18pm in which Ben continued to state “my car had been done for hours” and he supposedly “tried calling me but the phone rang mixed signals” and then had the audacity to ask me to edit my review I had submitted and pulled up on his phone but not ONCE did I get an apology or anything from him. If my car was ready for hours: why did no one mention that when I returned the call at 4pm?? Instead I was told “I will give you a call back about your car” never returning to this location, I’d rather drive to Grand Island and get the right customer service and timely service from Justin who actually knows how to work with customers.

The UPS Store

i always have such a great experience in this store. staff is always friendly and although there’s a new face from time to time, the staff has been the same for a while which tells me they’re happy and like what they do. Randi has helped me with Amazon returns and business shipping on multiple occasions and is always super friendly and helpful. Wish this wasn’t clear on the opposite end of town from where i’m normally at, but aside from that, this place rules.

Can't beat them really. The folks there are real nice. Been dealing with them for 3 years, and not one problem!!

Charlotte was very helpful a few times, while I was dealing with my late father's estate documents and belongings for shipping, etc.

This facility was tidy and clean. I have never had any issues with it. The staff is always polite and well-trained. There are variety of services and they are always willing to go out of their way to get shipments out on time.

Charlotte Anderson went out of her way to help me when I cut myself.  Amazing and friendly employee.  All of the associates in this store are amazing.

Westlake Ace Hardware

I love this store. In the spring, they have a great selection of plants and pots. Lots of Christmas gift ideas, and I bought my tree there this year. It's just a great place to shop.

A is really the helpful place. Duper friendly and ready do do whatever they can to help customers get what they need. It was just some parts for my push mower, but I appreciated the help as much as if I were spending a grand. I feel like they dedicated service to me as if I were spending a thousand bucks! Great job, Westlake Ace!

Worst customer service experience ever. They wouldn't sell me parts to repair my equipment but would sell me a brand new one for 650.00. This place is a joke

Stay in your lane, I frankly would be surprised if he actually used any products they provided!

My favorite moment was his claims to  no longer support the lottery because it pays for education(seriously)!
There is no context that makes that sound ok!
Would return, but would walk by if I saw dude working the register!
