Great experience and would definitely use again. Tannia and Joe were quick to assist and followed up at every turn. Would use again and have already referred to friends and family. Truly a great experience after the water damage destroyed our basement.

Paul Davis was assigned to manage the mitigation and renovation of our home after a leak inside of a wall. Every person that I have worked with from Paul Davis has been amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional at every step of the process to this point. Kurt, Marquis, and Jordon are the best! I would highly recommend Paul Davis of North Atlanta to anyone.

Nightmare experience working with Paul Davis. We were assigned a PM who was new to the area and he was left to find his own subs (which he didn’t know any since he was new to the area). He said that other PD PM would not share their subs, so it made it a challenge to get a simple job done in a timely manner. Our project continued for over 4 months. We asked PD not to send a specific contracting group back out (Erick) and they sent them back out to repair the cracked tile in the bathroom. Erick tried to repair the floors 3 times before we caught it on Ring camera that they were sending a guy back that we had specifically asked not be allowed to return to our house. The floor was never repaired adequately, but we cut ties with PD & had a local guy we trust repair the floors for us instead. Would recommend people steer clear from this group unless you’re looking to manage your own project because you will find yourself doing just that but paying PD a high premium to not do quality work.

Paul/Davis Restorations was easy to work with. While there were problems, we were able to work through them without difficulty. Of note, Ana, the pack out and pack in supervisor worked hard and did an outstanding job. When Ana finished cleaning the house was immaculate. Her efforts to get things done right out shown other Managers, including her boss who never returned a call. In the end, the work done to restore my property was acceptable, but in my opinion, not perfect.

The ceiling collapsed in one of my bedrooms because of a leak in the roof. The Paul Davis team was awesome. From the project manager, Richard Rosario down to the final finish. The roof was replaced right away. The cleanup was amazing, Marquis was easy to work with when his team came in and cleaned up the mess. Nick did the drywall, painting and carpet replacement.
