Byron diagnosed the issue with my furnace and fixed it in no time. We did have to wait about a week for the replacement parts from the manufacturer, but that was out of our hands. Most importantly, he was extremely nice and transparent. He took pictures of everything which I appreciated so I could see what was going on.
I called Aire Serv for a second opinion after called a very large HVAC company that installed the system and I paid less than half of what the large company quoted. 100% recommend.
Also want to shout out Angie for being on top of scheduling. She was always available and very communicative.
I had a great experience! I called to hopefully get an appointment to diagnose and fix my furnace during the holiday week and they were able to come out the same day! Byron was excellent with explaining everything and showing me pictures so everything was clear. I’m really appreciative of the honest and efficient service.
Very informative and professional the technician was able to come out the same day and provide excellent service diagnose the problem and provide pictures giving me a full explanation of the issue. In addition, he was able to locate the parts that two other technicians from other companies could not. They were quick to respond to my concerns and questions. I appreciate the effort and service.
I have an air filter in my HVAC that needed repair. Of the several businesses I contacted Aire Serv of Suwanee was the first to call back. Angie, who seems to run the office, was just wonderful. She got someone to look at the air filter that day. Her ability to communicate with me was outstanding and put me at ease. Byron, the service tech was also wonderful. He was on time and knew what he was doing. It took several days to get the part, something that seems to be normal in this post Covid world. Work was finished ahead of time and I am very satisfied with this provider.
Byron was able to quickly identify and repair the issue that caused my thermostat to stop working. He was fast, professional and explained to me what he was doing and why. He was so impressive that I signed up for their routine maintenance services. Byron was also kind enough to replace 3 of my 4 AC filters for me. He would’ve done the 4th if I had a replacement available. I highly recommend this company.
