We had pipes freeze & burst in our 2 story 8 room motel, 5 rooms were flooded. Paul Davis Restoration arrived the next morning to begin the mitigation process. The crews each knew their particular job to keep the project moving along. I'm impressed at how beautiful these rooms turned out. The cleanup was very well done as well. Glass Doctor of Central Nebraska

Matt and his team took time to squeeze my last minute project into their busy schedule and when I measured one piece incorrectly, they took the time to cut me a 2nd piece to help keep me on my tight schedule!

Although Craig was really nice, I feel compelled to review to warn people about this glass shop. I had a windshield replaced. Went to pick it up and noticed a gap between the windshield and the trim inside that was so large I could put my fingers in it. I went back in to ask about it. The first man who came out to look was dismissive and told me sometimes” they just don’t fit perfect”. Craig then came out and agreed that it should not look like that. He ordered another windshield in and I took it back the next week to get the new windshield. I went to pick it up and it fit just the same, still a huge gap. Craig refunded my money and I took it to TS Auto Glass who cleaned up the mess of urethane that was all over the car, actually attached the trim pieces that The Glass Doctor had not done and replaced the windshield. No gaps, no rattle like the first one at the Glass Doctor. I would not recommend The Glass Doctor.

I called for my son and daughter I use to run Glass Doctor of Denver for 5 years.  No one has called my daughter to schedule a appointment for an estimate on 12 windows?????? Please explain

We have had a great experience working with Bret and Craig and all of the staff at The Glass Doctor.  They are very prompt in responding to any questions or requests and provide high quality products as well as high quality installation.

Team Michael started a multi-day project for us last Friday and finished Tuesday of this week.  The team worked hard to clean and gut living quarters that were infested with bedbugs, roaches and other bugs.  All members of Team Michael were professional and helpful in answering my questions.  The team  members worked diligently to complete a daunting task.  Most importantly, they team remained positive and kept great attitudes.  All  services provided by Team Michael were above expectations.  Also, special thanks to Leo regarding the preliminary work and scheduling of the job.  Leo was very responsive and patient.

Very unprofessional demeanor, pushy, rude at times. They don't do a very good job in communication. We had them come out and dried the floor due to flood, they ripped off the affected floorboards but ruined another big area of floorboards that was not affected. We decided not to use them for the restoration part of the job because of that. The workers have had attitudes since then. This company has monopolized the market in central Nebraska. If I have another choice I would not go with them. P.S. this is a different company from the Paul Davis in Omaha apparently, the Omaha company is a lot more professional and easy to deal with. Stay away from the Paul Davis central Nebraska people if you could.

They did a GREAT job!! They were here & working just a few days after I contacted them, as opposed to the waiting I did with another company(over 2 weeks for an estimate). Their employee, Jorge, did a lot of hard work outside in EXTREMELY hot & humid weather, but he still kept on going. I'm very happy with everything they did!!

That is Paul Davis. Raul and his staff are exactly who you need to call when you have an issue that needs cleaned up. They are all extremely professional while remaining personable and down to earth. They are efficient and effective in all things that they do to get you back in your house or your life back to normal as soon as possible. Collaborating with Insurance companies is made painless because of the work, preparation and documentation provided by Paul Davis. They always contact you before entering your house and are very consistent in following up with progress and updates throughout the process. Visible effort was put into returning our house back to normal not only from the water damage but also from the impact of numerous workers and equipment being used. For the trash removal and carpet protection and cleaning they left the house like they were never there. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Had a pipe burst. Called at the end of the day and they had a crew out first thing the next morning. Michael, Andrew, and Jaime were all great! Got everything demoed, dried, and cleaned up in just a matter of days!

ABC Seamless Siding of Hays, Kansas

ABC Seamless removed old gutters and installed new gutters on our home recently.  Their craftsmanship was good and material used was better than what I've seen from other companies.  One small detail needed attention and Ed responded over a weekend and the detail was resolved very quickly!

Love them all.  So helpful and they do an outstanding work.

Awful service, they said we would be able to rent a property all we had to do was come to the office and pay. We told them we were in Florida and the trip was long. They said it was fine and we could just head on over and that we would have the house secured. When we got there they said they sold the house to someone else and that our circumstance was not there problem. Awful place and awful people never going there again.

A-Plus Chem-Dry of Central Kansas

They did a great job and were quick and efficient cleaning a large area in our parish hall and parish offices!

They were quick to respond to our request for an estimate and to set an appointment for the cleaning.  They removed the coffee stain and the dirt from our high traffic areas.  It has now been a couple of weeks and there is still no sign of the coffe stain coming back.  They were very professional and friendly.  They were eager to please.  We really liked dealing with a local family owned business.  They had excellent work ethics.  We highly recommend them.  In this society you get what you pay for and this was money well spent to help save our carpet.

We were in quite a bind trying to move into our new home and found heavily soiled carpets. ChemDry came highly recommended from our realtor and exceeded our expectations. The staff make sure the pet stains were completely and thoroughly cleaned.  Very friendly and trustworthy and did a tremendous job!

We have had A-Plus clean our carpets for many years.  The Team is very efficient and always on time.  They spot clean the heavy traffic areas with amazing results.  The carpet dries in about an hour and looks like new every time.  Thank You A-Plus Chem-Dry.

The team at Midland Exteriors were so friendly,  knowledgeable,  and helpful when reviewing options for new siding for my home.  I had no idea what I wanted,  but they helped me narrow it down until we had a great plan in place.  I got a quote right away at the first visit,  and they were able to start the installation within the time frame quoted. All of the workers have been kind and courteous and the siding looks great! My home looks brand new!

ME was professional from first contact, they came out and measured and gave me a quote with zero pressure and sales shpliel. They sided my house in 4 days with incredible competency and project mgmt professionalism. I can’t say enough about the quality of this company.

We are completely satisfied with the experience we've had with Midland Exteriors. This company promptly returned my call requesting an estimate for window replacement. The representative came at the agreed time. He provided an estimate on the spot after carefully measuring interior and exterior. He provided clear details about our choice and offered suggestions for our design questions. He gave us a timeline for ordering and shipping  the window. And it happened! The window was installed today by two excellent workers who were very careful with new landscaping outside and our furnishings on the inside. We are very grateful for this company and its employees.

Quality product with professional employees. They took off our 30+ year-old Masonite siding and installed TruCedar seamless steel siding.
House is quieter, looks far better, and is protected by lifetime-warranted siding that never needs painted.

Great communication and great work!  I can’t say enough about Paul Davis.  We had a leak in a bedroom from an outside spigot bursting.  We called Paul Davis and they took care of everything.  From start to finish they communicated well and got the job done.

Paul Davis Restoration is a top-notch business. Greg Sander, Adam Hassebrock, Nate Dillon, & the rest of the crew were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I very much appreciated their attention to detail. They kept me up to date throughout the entire (fire) mitigation and restoration process. Thank you.  When our water heater had a massive and continuing leak, my frantic call to my insurance agent resulted in a call to Paul Davis.
I spoke to Kristy first who took my information and passed it along.  The next call was from Doug, who assured me staff would be there as soon as possible.
Within, I believe, two hours Paul Davis staff was there.  This time gave us a chance to get furniture and personal items removed from the basement so your staff could work.
Kind, polite, respectful, and efficient staff.  I wish I could remember all the names, but I am sure you can look it up.
This happened about noon on a Thursday.  We were kept informed of the process over the following days and by Saturday afternoon, we were "back to normal."
Again, thank you, I will not hesitate to call should we or anyone I know need help in the future.

Paul davis restoration Came right out and helped me out with my water intrusion! I had a  broken water faucet on the outside of my house leaked Into my basement. Daniel was great!  He fixed both problems efficiently (under an hour) and professionally and was willing to explain to me why he did what he did in the repairs.  He had all the necessary equipment with him except for some extra large screws that were necessary because of the size of the lumber I provided for a doorway frame.  I felt comfortable having him in the house and letting him work on his own -- he clearly knew what he was doing.

Great work by Daniel installing a new storm door for us. Was able to get an appointment the day after calling ACE. Arrived right on scheduled time and finished exactly as estimated. Painless experience and great results!

Daniel is personable while professional. I look forward to working with him again.

Everything was terrific. Ras was very communicative and detailed about all the tasks he performed, and I felt he educated me regarding electrical, drywall and painting issues-got a lot of good tips. I look forward to having him rescheduled and return to complete power washing and deck staining.

Hands down the best company in the area. Do not waste your time with anyone else. These folks are always amazing to work with. Great pricing and professional service every time.

Split installed for my upstairs they did a good job took them minimum amount of time they were clean they cleaned up after themselves and kind and courteous. They knew what they were doing and provided me with great service a 100% recommended.

Quick response and fix for our furnace. Very pleased with this company.

They were responsive. Kori was our favorite. Everytime we have problem sewer clogged, toilet and pipes all questions were answered and explained. Professional and good service. Fair service fee compared to other company which is way too much. It’a like they overcharge with so much fee while were looking for a plumber.

Air conditioner failed on Saturday before Labor Day (6 days ago).  Technician was scheduled for 9:30 on Wednesday.  He was very good.  Got the AC running within an hour.  However, it continued to run until I manually unplugged the unit.  Called that afternoon and got an appointment set up for Thursday (today) at 11:00.  Received a call at 10:00 that the technician could not make that appointment but could come between 1:30 and 2:30.  Technician arrived at around 3:00 p.m. He too was extremely efficient.  He replaced the thermostat and the unit operated.  The temperature in the house when he'd finished was 84 degrees.  The thermostat was programmed to cool to 76 degrees.  So, the unit ran from about 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 getting the room temperature down to 76.  However the unit continued to run for the next 45 minutes and did not shut off even though I tried to turn it off at the thermostat.  I called Hood and talked with Matt?? who after words told me he didn't want my business because I had talked over him.  I did not choose Hood.  We had been with Henton for years and went with Hood when they bought Henton out.  The AC was put in in 2020 by Henton.  We have a 10 year parts and labor warranty which I assume Hood will not honor.  I have a great deal of respect for the technicians who came to our house.  But Matt (the boss, he said) is something else. I now need to find some other AC service.
