Go see Mitchell if you’re looking for windows or doors. I have never met anyone with so much passion and knowledge about their job in a long time.

Mitchell has lots of industry knowledge but what I like most is he gives us options based on our budget as well as pointing out key things that can raise or lower expense.

We got bids from all the big guys (Anderson, Pella, et. al.) and decided on Marvin composite windows from AVI.  We couldn't be more happy because the color works with the brick and they were able to do all the non-standard windows I have in my home.  Plus, they were cheaper than Anderson or Pella.

Very professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again. Thank you!

Terrible service so unprofessional. Took hours to complete what should have been a simple flood clean up. The staff was smoking weed in my driveway and cursing and the work was the poorest quality. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

I am so thankful that this company came out to my house. I had a flood in my kitchen that also leaked into my basement. Trey contacted me within the hour of my calling my insurance company and was able to come out right away. The team cleaned up my house very quickly which was much appreciated. They were also very accommodating with my busy work schedule which was super important to me. Overall they were professional, timely and very informative. I hope I never have another flood but if I do I would for sure call Puroclean!

Thought their team did an absolute excellent job when my basement flooded. The attention to detail was top notch and I really appreciated their communication throughout the whole process. At one point one of the workers helped me out by giving me a breakdown of everything they were doing to preserve the quality of my basement. That’s the personal touch I appreciate when I pay businesses to do a job!

Did a great job cleaning up after a toilet supply line broke. They were quick to assess and start cleaning up the water and affected belongings. Communication was pretty good and people were very friendly.

I made a call late in the day for a furnace repair, and Alex showed up around 6pm that evening.  Alex was kind and professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding his craft of HVAC repair.  We chatted about life as he explained what he was doing.  Alex had our heat working in no time.  The bill for this emergency service was very reasonable.  We couldn't be more pleased with our experience, and I would recommend Alex to anyone!  Thank you so much!

Alex was the best. I loved that Aire Serve kept in communication about appointment arrival and showing up on time. After diagnosing what we needed done Alex was very confident that our heater could be fixed in the same appointment. Our bill was a great value and I would gladly refer and call Alex again in the future.

Tech did a good job going over the furnace, cleaning parts and checking readings.  Previous company did a quick once over and tried to sell me a new furnace which wasn't needed.

Aire Serv's technician, Ryan Gretsinger, made the repair to the roof top unit followed by a multipoint safety inspection in which catastrophic failure of a major heating component was identified. Ryan's attention to detail prevented the continued use of an unsafe furnace eliminating the chance of causing injury to the tenants relying on the heating system. Aire Serv's process exceeded our expectations and outperformed other commercial contractors who have serviced our equipment in the past. I would recommend Aire Serv for all commercial and residential services in the future. Great job guys!

John's Creek Ace Hardware

The All Screen Repair is apart of ace hardware im guessing because their business card has 10875 jones bridge road.  They charged me $2700 to convert screens on porch to detachable screens and paint.  The screens are rusted…they took my panel off and did not replace it and no invoice for the work performed. Sloppy finish.  So i paid all that money for screens with rust on them.  I will be exercising my consumer rights on this!

Full disclosure, I’m a woman of color. My husband has shopped at this ace store since its opening. Customer service has always been top-notch. There is  always someone that has all the answers for all the questions regarding any project. Prices are worth paying because of the full experience, from the time you walk in to when you walk out the door. Today I walk in and was welcomed by the cashier, and he asked me if he could direct me to the product I was looking for. I explained to him what I was looking for and he directed me to the corresponding aisle where I can find the items. While I was standing in the aisle making decisions about which of the many choices of the product to buy a sales representative stopped and said “ Can I help you”? I replied “No Thank You”. He proceeds to tell me that I look “AGITATED”??? Agitated, How by standing or may be dancing or sing along to the awesome music playing? People of color are very sensitive to those kinds of comments, remarks, I know I am. Im left wondering what about me standing there constitutes as agitation? 🙁
There might be a need for some cultural, race, sensitivity training. If it wasn’t because we personally meet the owner, had a 15-20 minute conversation with him where he connected deeply with us, I would probably have second thoughts about returning or letting my husband shop there again. (which would probably brake his heart because he spends all of his allowance at this specific Ace store 😁🥰. ) Please train your sales representative on cultural and race sensitives. Thank you.

Ace is the place to go if you're in Johns Creek!  Always great and friendly service!  During the pandemic, it was a great place to shop as it felt like an escape from the crazies around here that were wearing their masks alone in their cars. This company was hired to inspect a “Working HVAC System”, for an insurance claim from lightning. Their 20 year old technician disassembled the unit to test components, when he reassembled it, it would not work. I had to hire another HVAC tech to repair it, which consisted of crossed wires & two wires cut into by a fan. Total Cost 371.00 I tried to resolve with owner, he wouldn’t assume any responsibility. !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had a wonderful experience with Aire Serv. The staff is friendly and helpful. The technician that came to my home was genuinely polite and fully explained to me what had went wrong and how they were going to fix it. Everything is working very well now...I would whole heartedly recommend them. And I would 100% use them again. Thank you to EVERYONE at Aire Serv you all did a GREAT JOB! I am a very happy customer.

Danny and his team are the absolute BEST! I had a house fire and it was such a traumatic event. We were on a road trip and a semi threw a rock which cracked our windshield. We pulled into the shop hoping we could get something done and were pleased to find that they could replace the glass immediately! They were very quick and very nice. Would definitely recommend going here if you needed help!

This business and staff were fantastic! I needed two chips on my windshield fixed. I was able to take it in and have both fixed the same day. It only took 20 minutes. For only $50, my windshield was fixed! I highly recommend this place.

These guys were awesome. My husband and I got a chip and crack in our windshield during our road trip and these guys were the closest to where we were. We called ahead of time to see what they could do. We got there and they immediately started repairing the crack before offering to fit us in for an entire replacement. We were only stuck in Shelby, MT for 90 minutes because of how speedy and professional these guys were. Not to mention their prices are amazing, we paid less than $300 for replacement and install!

Had a side window blow out on my 2015 f350 early in the morning, as a traveling employee it can be hard to find places to get repairs, team here had the window I needed and were able to get me in instantly to have the window replaced and 2 stone chips filled all in one go!

Called and made an appointment to have some of the glass on our display cases changed out. On the scheduled date no one showed up or called to let us know of any changes. Called the next day to ask why. Owner was dismissive and said they had been plowing snow and still had more to do. When I mentioned again that we had scheduled this days ago he reluctantly apologized and told me that I could have someone else do it like I didn't have any other option. Completely unprofessional, if plowing snow is more important than don't accept glass jobs in the winter.
