Went here today for an estimate on my car. Met with JR Scott, very personable gentleman! We talked while he did my estimate and let me see the amazing work in the body shop. Even shop guys playing and joking. It was amazing to see. Very professional atmosphere with a personal touch! I'm excited for them to finish the work on my car, as I know my car is in great hands! Highly recommend!

The work was only partly done when they canceled my car rental and requested payment from my insurance. They didn't put seals back on my vehicle. The rental company couldn't find the rental car that I returned to the front desk for a month. Consider getting your work done elsewhere.

JR is defensive and dodges accountability. They replaced parts with damaged parts as if from another vehicle, though I paid out of pocket for the repair.

Absolute horrible experience with the collision center in Bloomington. Will never go back, will never recommend. They had our car for almost a month. Would get a text it was done, call them and it wasn’t done. Absolutely zero communication from them. The quote kept growing and was way beyond what our insurance would pay. Customer experience is simply horrible. I suspect they have grown too large and lost touch with customer service.

Never again with any Andy Mohr facilities.

We recently had our vehicle repaired at Andy Mohr Collision Center and was very disappointed with the experience. When we picked up the car after the repairs were completed, the battery was completely dead and we had to get a jump start just to drive it home. When we arrived home and turned off the car, it wouldn't start back up again.

Prior to bringing our car in for repairs, we had zero issues with the battery. It's clear that something happened during the repair work that completely drained the battery. When I called to speak with the shop manager, JR, about this, he was rude and defensive, claiming it was impossible for his technicians to have drained the battery, constantly spoke over me while I was speaking, and then hung up on me mid conversation.

Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Our car came back from their shop with new problems that weren't there before, and they refused to take any responsibility, adding additional cost to us on top of the months wait for repairs after being rear ended. We will not be returning to Andy Mohr Collision Center again and would not recommend them to others needing collision repair work in Indianapolis.

Wow!  I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to having them do my estimate for an accident. They supposedly did an inspection and called me with an estimate amount.  I decided  to get the repairs done elsewhere and ROBERT decreased the estimate 30 minutes later and sent it to State Farm.  I went to the shop to pick my car up and inquire on why the estimate was decreased and was advised there was stuff on there that I didn’t need which means they really didn’t do an inspection on the vehicle or they were committing insurance fraud by inflating the estimate.  Either way it didn’t sit well with me and I let Robert know.  I was called manipulative because I chose to take my vehicle elsewhere, which I do have the right to do.  Robert and his manager were very judgmental and rude. I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and contacted State Farm about the shops they choose to partner with.  Bottom line, don’t call the customer with an estimate amount if you didn’t really inspect the vehicle.  Bad business! I forgot to mention, I work for an insurance company and know my rights which infuriated them even more.

Mobility Plus Indianapolis West

Fantastic experience all around! Come here for personalized service, real empathy, and to support local family-run business to boot! My wife uses an electric wheelchair to get around and the CPU failed on her chair in the airport when we were on our way to visit my family for Christmas. We called Mobility Plus because they were on the only shop in Indianapolis open on Saturday. Thank goodness they were! We weren't able to come home very long this year and Stoddard, the owner, helped us resolve an extremely stressful issue remarkably quickly! Bonus points for getting in and out so quickly that we didn't even have to adjust our family plans for that day! My wife's chair is a smaller brand that doesn't license to brick and mortar stores and deals exclusively online, but the owner, Stoddard, did his best to try to find service information on it to see if he could help us anyway. He was so kind and honest from square one, even brainstorming ideas outside of his shop for how I might be able to reach the wheelchair company directly (unfortunately, they don't release service information to outside technicians and were already closed for the holidays). In the end he did examine the chair and told me he would open the CPU unit and take a look if we wanted, but advised against it because we were still under warranty and him doing so would likely void it since he wasn't one of their techs. He did however set us up with a rental chair that could meet all of her needs and ultimately enabled my wife to still participate in all our planned family activities and maintain her independence while doing so! He had the rental chair set up and prepared for me after we spoke on the phone even though the conversation ended with me only maybe coming into his shop. He also took extra time to show me how to break down and set up the rental so that we wouldn't have any trouble or stress while using an unfamiliar chair. He and his stepson also helped me figure out how to securely load both chairs into our rental car so that I didn't have to make multiple trips back to my parents' to stash my wife's chair and then come back to pick up the rental chair. The pricing was also very reasonable for a week's rental of an expensive piece of equipment.

Stoddard shared the story of why he opened the shop in the first place with me and it is ultimately born from a personal experience with a family member and a deep understanding of how difficult the process of securing insurance coverage and finding the right mobility option for a loved one can be. The main reason he got into the business is to do his best to try to make a scary, expensive, necessary process that much easier for others after going through it with his family himself. He certainly helped me navigate a stressful speed bump in a much calmer and easier way than I was expecting. It is terrifying to have your wheelchair fail. Most users view them as an extension of themselves and being unable to move without another person's help can be limiting and infantilizing. While I certainly hope we never experience technical difficulties again, we do travel to Indianapolis frequently, and there is a lot to be said for the comfort and relief in knowing we know exactly who to turn to if we ever do have trouble again in the future when we're here.

RNR Tire Express

Recently visited this place and recieved what I thought was great service. the technician didn't put my aftermarket wheel lock back where he found it.  after arguing and refusing to bring it to me, I vowed to pick it from a specific spot the rep told me he'd put it. I drove 1hr back there before I took off on my 14hr trip back home to find out the next day, they weren't going to reimburse nor could the find my 1 that they clearly misplaced! Shame on you guys for poor service and charging  me for tps diagnostics with no results

Customer service was good, very respectful. Unfortunately, calling to make appointment wasn't noted, I was told that the size I requested for tire and wheels was in stock, but wasn't, my alignment is exactly the same as I brought it in which is messed up and my truck sat there for longer than 2 hours. And I'll have to drive back and leave my truck again to have these issues fixed.

If I  could  give this company as a whole 0 Stars I would, I wouldn't trust none of these crooks.A little over a year ago I paid 2200 cash for some tires and rims that I never received! They tried to sell me some used ones at first and I confronted them,I  was told they were going to order a new set that I  could ride on the used ones until they arrive and would call when they do. Some weeks went by no word, I call and get an excuse. I said ok,I 'll be patient.I get a flat on my rear tire in South Austin and go to the South location to get it fixed,they didn't have the slim tire I had and was told the rim was no good! They didn't have no other rims that we wanted so we were stuck with some rims we didn't want, reminding we still waiting on new set of rims from North store.Few months pass no word, I have another flat and I go to the North Lamar store ,and I tell them about what happened,I never received my rims they can't find me in the system! Was told it was so long ago that its nothing they could do...I spent almost 300 for two new tires that I thought was new anyway till I recognized my car war shaking bad the tires had chunks missing out of them .Went back the next day and while in there waiting for new tires to get out on right...I see the rims that the South Location told me  that they were dented and no good. I go look at them to look for a mark where I marked them and I  be dang it was them!! I still don't have the new rims we originally purchased or was waiting on or thr ones that were told they were no good and they told me that I can't get my new rims,money,or rims that I was told they were no good! I wouldn't deal with them at all!! Its not over tho!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I go in for a front end alignment and come out with a car that won’t start. First the tell me it will take 40 mins I was there for almost 2 hours. Then they charge me before telling me my car won’t start. My car was fine all the way till they put their damn hands on it. Nick was very rude the entire time blowing me off instead of trying to figure out what happen. My car is sitting at a mechanic shop seeing what they did wrong it to. DON’T EVER GO HERE!!

Went in because I needed you tires. My husband was out of town so I had to be the one to do this. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I will recommend RNR for tires and great service. Thanks!!

Midas

Mr. Paul at Midas is a very nice guy. He goes out of his way to help his customers as I have seen and experienced first hand. He is caring and I will be a repeat customer. It is hard to find reliable repair shops that aren’t trying to sell you things you don’t really need or gouge prices for simple repairs. Yes you are going to have to pay shop prices but the peace of mind is worth it for a good repair.

We were wanting an estimate for struts/suspension work after another company gave us a costly quote. Paul got us scheduled right away and completed all work in a day. Extremely happy with Midas from start to finish!  Exceptional work and service. These guys are great!  They will be our first call from now on.

Based on my experience with this business, unless you want to risk being overcharged, and disrespected by the manger and franchise ownership, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I took my 2007 Honda with over 250,000 miles here because the serpentine belt had literally fallen off, completely intact, a few blocks away.  Besides, I was under the impression that Midas was a name/brand you can trust.  I was contacted by Paul (mgr) who provided a diagnosis that a belt had become wrapped around something, damaged this and that, and quoted a repair in excess of $1000.  I explained to him that I was a bit confused by the diagnosis because the only belt that could be wrapped around anything was on the passenger seat complete and intact with no damage. Ultimately he stuck with his diagnosis, and I let him know that I would just pick the car up.  Paul's response to me was "well, you don't have to accuse me of being dishonest if you can't afford to have your car repaired".  I never accused him of being dishonest, but his diagnosis of a belt wrapped around something was not quite plausible since the only belt was on the passenger seat and in perfect condition.  I let him know that I could definitely afford the repairs, whatever the cost, but I wasn't trying to put over $1000 into a 17 year old car with over 250K miles.  I also let him know that I was offended at his disrespectful and unprofessional comment, and asked to speak to the manager.  After a bit of back and forth, he provided me with the name and number of the franchise owner, Michael Reed/Reed Automotive.

I contacted Mr. Reed and explained the interaction I had with the manager of his store.  He proceeded to accuse me of "getting into a pissing match" with his manager, and asked me what I wanted him to do about it.  Clearly, this was an exercise in futility.  I let him know that he was as equally disrespectful and unprofessional as his manager with his "pissing match" comment, and I would be escalating to Midas corporate.  His response was to tell me to come and pick up my car, which I was already planning to do.   I managed to save $500 by having my car repaired at Michigan Road Automotive, where my patronage was met with the respect and customer service I would expect from any business, let alone one quoting a repair in excess of $1K.

Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this Midas location/ownership, and highly recommend Michigan Road Automotive.  If this is the way Midas allows franchise owners to treat customers and represent the Midas brand, I doubt I would go to any Midas location after this.

Service from all involved was great. Only bad part was extremely long wait I had for parts to be delivered. Edward was kind enough to give me a synthetic oil change on my next visit for my car. Overall I've always been satisfied when I leave there, this time was no different.  Thank you.

As a former employee, mind you by choice, I was not fired. This store is the worst thing that could possibly happen to your car, they are the reason mechanics get a bad rap. I have watched countless things leave that should not have been rigged up because Paul didn't want to fix it right. I find it strange that when a technician says that a car has a blown head gasket, that Paul would instead turn around and sell the customer a water pump, thermostat and a full cooling system flush and service. Paul seems like a great guy but if you look behind the scenes he is crooked, selling items to fatten his commission. The next time you go here and Paul " takes a second to see what he can do with the price " keep an eye on how many hours of labor he charges and how much the discount is. He will add hours onto the labor price of the job and then apply a discount. It appears that you get a significant amount off when in reality you're paying much more for the labor. Paul still sends me messages regarding the store though I have requested he remove my number from his system. He STILL contacts me. This store should not be in business. They are overpriced, dishonest, and simply take advantage of their customers. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this company and go somewhere else.

Reynolds Body Shop, L.L.C.

My vehicle was hit by a lady who ran a red light. My insurance (progressive) suggested Reynolds Body Shop they was able to get my car in within a very reasonable time weeks before anyone else progressive suggested. The completed the work on time. When I picked up my vehicle they cleaned the entire inside! I have 4 young children so you can only image how much of a mess it was but they have it looking new again! Every staff member I spoke with during the time they had my vehicle was nothing less than respectful and knowledgeable. Hopefully my car never needs repaired again but if it happens I would definitely bring it back to them! Here are some before and after pictures of my vehicle.

Update: I had an issue with my tire not to their fault (maybe had a late effect due to the accident I was in I’m not sure) they had my vehicle towed to their shop got the part & replaced it in less than 24 hours to top it off my tires weren’t very good they was due for new ones..  they replaced all 4 tires for me. When I went to pick up the vehicle I spoke with the owner he shook my hand multiple times thanking me for my business! I have never felt so trusting in a shop (especially as a female) as I was when my vehicle was in their hands. I would recommend this place 100000xs to anyone!

Excellent customer care and outstanding service!!! They took care of my car with intelligence, did it very quickly and I can’t tell that anything had happened at all! No dents or scratches where I had dents and ripped metal. They matched the paint perfectly on an old car too!! Very friendly employees that got my jokes! They were nice and looked at my car a week later for me when I had a few questions. If I ever need body work again, I’ll definitely go back to Reynold’s!

I have taken multiple vehicles to Reynolds for years.   Since they were a small little hole in wall business.       I'm so happy to see they continue to grow their business.      They are upfront and  honest and will work with u, regardless of issue .   They do a great job giving you a reasonable timeliness and they stick with it   They do  awesome work !!!!         I have never had a complaint about the work they have done. They   keep my cars looking awesome!!!   Thank you Reynolds!!!  You rock!!!

I recently had Reynolds body shop complete a large dent repair that was from the fender to the rear of the truck. It was done in timely fashion and was please of the work. After taking a look over on the truck, I noticed a spot that had hadn’t been address or maybe missed. I called the shop and let them know about the missing area and I was very happy with their response. They were very understanding and willing to fix it right away. No one was upset at my concerns and the owner personally spoke with me which I definitely appreciated. They went beyond the scope of work and I’d be happy to bring my vehicle back because I know they will do right by me each and every time.

This place I love. The staff very friendly service is excellent and comforting. They literally fixed my car without me paying anything out of pocket after it was stolen. They even repaired my back bumper paint swap I did a while back and it wasn’t even in the estimate  they gave. Sure it took a while to get back and service on the phone didn’t give me no info/update but I’m happy they took they time and everything with it. I would definitely recommend them if a person I know is in need of body work

Reyes Body Shop

They did a great job! It looks brand new again. They were nice and sent me updates and pictures of the progress along the way. The paint is a perfect match. They even cleaned my car inside and out. And it was quick and ready to go earlier than they had quoted. 10/10 !!

They are definitely the best at what they do. I went for a big hit on my Silverado and they left it like new, you can't even tell that it was hit. Super recommended and they have very good prices. I think that They deserve more than five stars.

Reyes Body Shop was incredible at fixing up my car I left the shop really satisfied. The price was more than fair as they were extremely detailed. They also have great customer service everyone was really kind and I received update pictures while my car was in the shop. I would definitely go again and highly recommend anyone to go.

Very pleased with the service I received!  The estimate was on Monday and the car was fixed by Saturday. Wow! The car looks great and I couldn’t be happier! I will not be using another body shop other than Reyes ever again!

Reyes did a great job painting hood of my car which had many dings from rocks on the road. They kept me posted all along the way re progress on the job. They not only painted the hood but also completely cleaned the inside and washed and polished the outside getting rid of sine scratches on the body of the car. The car looks amazing. Their price was very reasonable and I highly recommend Reyes!⭐❤

Speedway Body Shop Inc

I just called to get an estimate for my 2023 vehicle. The receptionist has no idea about the company she works for. She never heard of my insurance company which I never had any issues with someone knowing the about insurance companies or not having any references to refer to that would tell her. Then I was on the company’s website and on the page where you can upload photos for an photo estimate since my car isn’t drivable, and since I’m getting estimates why would I get my car towed and then towed back to my house just for an estimate? She literally told me they don’t offer that! I was actually on the website page that does offer this service. She had no idea about it and said this. She told me she could call me back once she found out! How can I feel comfortable having my brand new vehicle serviced at this collision shop when the receptionist has no idea what they offer? It’s a real shame. I told her I don’t feel comfortable doing business with this company. Maybe they are good at doing collision repair, but first impressions are everything and they failed miserably. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Speedway Body Shop is the best in town they do great work and I speak from experience my mother's car was damaged on the drivers side right rear the car came back looking like a brand new car it was perfect and they washed it and even cleaned the inside they are the best. Thankyou.

Speedway Body Shop is a fantastic place to take your car for body work. I had a fairly large dent in my driver side rear quarter panel and I took it to get quoted. Ben (the owner) and his team here were professional, timely and as you can see by the before and after pictures, you'd never know it was there. They were able to repair this without ordering new parts, which made the turn around time faster. They went above and beyond and my car was returned to me cleaner than I took it in! All of this for a great competitive price. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Called last week, set up a time to try some tires taken care of with alignment. They grabbed some tires for me from their warehouse and waited until this week for me and took great care of me. Very good customer service, outlined for me what needs to be done next time. Definitely worth the time and money to come out here.

We were traveling east on 90 when our boat trailer tire shirred off. It was not an easy fix. We managed to get to safety and get the boat trailer towed. The only place we could find open on a Saturday was Midas. The Midas team understood our situation and need to get back on the road. Midas does not normally do trailer work.  They went above and beyond to help us and we so appreaciate all their help. Natalie, DW and TC were fantastic! Thank you!

I know I know not the cheapest place in town BUT... you definitely get what you pay for and this place is so easy to work with, no pressure or upsale attempts.  Fast diagnosis and fair pricing with superb warranty.  Talk to Natalie and ask for Juan to perform your service, you'll leave a happy camper!!

Sketchy work as best but w such short notice they squeezed me in 2 outta 4 wheels balanced old weights not properly removed which they said they had hard time removing bt could've done better job used flat head on aluminum rims I didn't complain. Store manager watching foot ball in office instead of watching shop. I watched my car like a hawk lots of red flags at this shop luckily the tires I brought in were installed no issue bt was worried for the hour I was there. Won't bring my car back unless dire like I had before if it wasn't snowing I'd show the gauges in my rim from the flat head used

Ralph repaired a damaged door panel on my 2022 Toyota Highlander after I was hit by another car.  The repair required installing a new panel and painting the door to match the rest of the vehicle.  His work was immaculate and you can't tell it was ever hit or damaged.  He also finished the work in the time period promised (he actually had it ready late morning on the day where it wasn't supposed to be done until the evening and let me know so I could it pick it up early).  Very easy to work with, reasonable price, I highly recommend, thanks Ralph!

After reading many reviews on various shops in the Indianapolis area, I decided to patronize Campbell's Body Shop and I am very pleased with the service. Ralph had great customer service, his response time was less than a minute via phone and email;  he completed my repairs in less than a week, and fulfilled some necessary maintenance tasks that I had been lacking. I am so glad that I trusted the reviews from previous customers. As a woman, I am always cautious when approaching a mechanic shop because we are often taken advantage of by our lack of expertise in a male dominant environment. However, Ralph put my fears at ease by explaining the process and sticking to a timeline that worked for both of our schedules. Thank you Ralph for your professionalism and craftsmanship. I will definitely seek your service for any future repairs.

This was the best experience!  The estimate was fair and the work was timely and my car looks great!  I recommend this business!
