As always, Angel and his team absolutely knocked the job out of the park. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Won’t go anywhere else.

Excellent communication and service. I got an estimate previously at a different shop and this place beat their price by a lot, explained everything they did, and had my bumper looking good as new. They went the extra mile and let me come 30 minutes after their posted closing time for my estimate because that's what worked for me.

Great service and everyone was very helpful and straightforward about work that was going to be done. They paint matched my pearl white WRX bumper near perfectly and only took a few days. Would absolutely come back for future paint work.

I really appreciate you fixing the panel on my old Tundra. I still can’t believe I dropped a tree limb on it. Honestly it looks better than the other side now. Frank and his crew are amazing! I was t-boned and my rear door wouldn't shut properly, the seal was non-existent, the frame was mangled, but they fixed it. From the get go when I stopped for a quote, Frank was honest and straight forward with what needed fixed and the pricing. They were also open to me bringing a different door for them to paint and install. He didn't try to sell me on extras.

The initial timeline was 6 days and it was finished in 4! When I went to pick up my Journey, the price didn't change, he stayed true to the estimate. My car looks fantastic!

I also had him fix a rust spot and it looks good as new.

I can not recommend Elite Body Shop enough!

Their painting and repairs are spot on. They have done two race cars for us. Race cars that have the finish of show car's!

We came here to fix a tail light lens after no one else would for us. The service was surprisingly fast, the people were nice and friendly, and the price was nowhere near as expensive as what I had been anticipating. Will definitely return.

Car was returned to me with several issues: paint not blended (obvious color difference), bumper not flush like it's supposed to be,  paint on rubber bumper, bubbles and drips in paint, large gap where damage was supposed to be repaired and back hatch off center. This was a repair through a local car dealership and I did not accept the vehicle.  Hoping this gets fixed correctly as I have already paid for the repair.

I came in for vibrations my car was having and they recommended new tires. I was skeptical that tires were the problem, but they ended up fixing the problem really well and now my car feels great.

I also had/chose the wrong tires at first, but they were very accommodating and helped resolve the issue without any hassle. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Very thorough in checking my car engine over even though I just came in to get an exhaust repair. Called to tell me everything that would update my vehicle, and I made the choice at this time not to follow through with all those services, just to repair muffler for what I brought it in for, but glad to know what I needed and would feel comfortable using this company again in the future

Absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about Phil!!! He is one of those local businesses that has been around for decades & there is a dang good reason!! Rest easy when having work done, you will get excellent service & the most reasonable prices.

One of my coworkers recommended him and Phil was great . I was pulled over by highway patrol , on my way to appt. with Phil, so I was going to be late . I called & Phil said no problem , just come as soon as you get done . He did a great job on my windshield , at a much lower price than all the other places quoted . Plus , he's just a nice guy

Phil was amazing he was so nice. My rear hatch window on my blazer shattered and he replaced it with one I bought for $100. He was honest and friendly and got the job done quickly. Would go to him again and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Very happy with the work he did

Phil is great!  He came to my work and fixed my windshield in the parking lot and did a wonderful job!!  Way better than I thought it could have turned out!!  I hope he has an apprentice he has shared his knowledge with!!!

Phil is the best glass installer in Billings.  He has the most experience of anyone I have seen and he does a great job.  He takes the extra time to make sure the job looks perfect.  I have always be extremely satisfied with all of the vehicle glass work he has done for my company.  I would highly recommend him.

We were in Benton Harbor, Michigan to celebrate the wedding of two close friends and found ourselves stranded with a car that wouldn’t start. Brandon and team were able to get us in the shop quickly. The service team was fast and efficient. They identified the issue, ran additional diagnostic to help insure we wouldn’t get stranded again, and got us back on the road.

No fuss. No frills. No extra sales pitch. Just what we needed.

Customer service here was great! They were able to look at our truck as soon as it got there! Unfortunately they were unable to fix it but no fault of their own. We also weren’t charged for the diagnostic at all which was unexpected but very kind of them! Will definitely return for any future services needed.

Manager is very personable & professional. My service was performed in a timely manner. (A little too quick as I had more online shopping to complete 😊)  I forgot my receipt the Manager called to inform me. I also enjoyed the newly renovated customer waiting area (coffee, variety creamers, sugar & magazines) This was my 2nd visit (previous vehicle 2010 Jeep Laredo) & now my new 2019 Jeep Latitude.. I will continue to patronage this location!!

Get service! I received and oil change with a tire rotation. They even gave me a free coffee cup and showed me were the coffee was. I'll definitely will be back!

I'm highly disappointed with this company and plan on taking them to small claim court. They diagnosed my car and failed to repair it. I will never in life go back there. I went to get my car repaired because my car was not heating, cooling, and defrost wasn't working. The tech stated it was the blower and resistor. They repaired it but car would stop blowing within 1hr. I returned car 2x because of this issue and the basically told me to take it to dealer and I can't get my money back because they fixed the issue. I paid too much money to be treated this way and I honestly would NEVER go back or recommend.

Stopped into Glass Specialists to have a look at my windshield over lunch hour - they were able to provide a very reasonable quote in minutes that included all of the calibration necessary for my model's safety/cruise systems. The windshield was in-stock and they were able to schedule me in the next day. When I picked up my car, not only was everything calibrated and the paperwork ready to go; but the dash and front panels were cleaned. I will definitely return when the MT winter road driving inevitably strikes again....

Highly recommend. Flat tire on a Saturday afternoon and they weren't far from the interstate exit. Todd and crew were patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. One mechanic/technician on duty and he handled 3 customers at one time with great ease. Plan to return for additional tires and would feel confident giving them a shot at performing other work on my vehicle as well. No issues as a woman customer. No up charging or push for needless services. No bullying. Glad to have found this place.

I got a flat tire early one morning at 5:45a. Unexpected and untimely like most flat tires.  The old tires had been on my car for years and the tread was worn down to the point of danger going into the winter.

I was able to walk in and talk to the team at Big O Tires around 11:30a and worked out a good price for all new tires. I then received a call just before 12:30p the same day saying everything was done. With thorough inspections and customer service, I’d recommend Big O Tires to anyone that runs into an unexpected flat.

Front driver side turn signal went out. Made appointment and they got it fixed at a good price (actually less than what they quoted). Good to do business with

Usually fine, like three stars, but my wife and I got our oil changed here and three months later both our cars started having issues and the check oil light came on. Turns out after taking the to a dealer that there was no oil in the car. Was told this location is well-known among other Big O locations as being "not the greatest."

Not sure what they're doing here but don't get your oil changed.

Communication wasn’t the best, but an extremely fast turn around and excellent work. The staff is incredibly friendly.

I have had multiple cars fixed at Diaz Body Shop and they did an amazing job. Both Auto Body and Mechanic work. They do outstanding work, are affordable and very honest people. Take your cars to them, they will take great care of you and your vehicles.

They should be ashamed for having a business. No one should go there to get their car fixed. They told me that I had a fuel pump problem and I never did. They charged me for something they didn't do and lied about other things I didn't have. They deserve to be out of business forever.

If you want First Class service, then this is the place to go. I took my Tesla there after I was hit by an individual and they did an incredible job of repairing my Model 3. They kept me informed throughout the process and I believe I was able to get my car back sooner because they are a certified Tesla repair shop. Tesla even sent me a survey asking how they did. The best part is they handled dealing with all aspects of the insurance company. It a great experience and I would recommend this Connan's to anyone needing the car repaired. You will be satisfied with the service you receive.

Excellent service and good people. I brought my Tesla Model S in to touch up a few dents and scratches. They got it done same day. The car is looking great. I will definitely use them again.

So the work they did is wonderful but all an all I had a terrible experience and I’ll never bring another vehicle there. Took over 2 months till the work was done and over a month before I even got any updates and I had to call and bug and bug to get them. And then finally I had to call to find out my car was done. Worst experience ever I would have rather left my car with all the dents and not delt with the headache before I take it back there again..

IF YOU HAVE A TESLA DO NOT GO HERE.  Justin Peppers was very nonchalant during the whole process of providing an estimate and submitting it to Tesla Insurance. He did not put much effort into providing additional documents for any discrepancies with my insurance and even told me that I should pay a certain amount " out of pocket" because he did not want to provide supplements to the insurance. Do not go here to repair your Tesla.

The staff created me pleasantly and professionally. Russell took the time to inspect the dents and scrapes that needed repair prior to the start of Indiana winter weather.   He suggested stopping by for a couple hours and his team would take care of of the minor damage quickly. Mission accomplished!  Now, I am less concerned that those down to the metal stone chips won’t result in rust by Spring. Thank you Team Connan!  Much appreciated. Alice 8/31/23

Indy Body Werks

Not terribly helpful. We brought our 34 year old car there for an estimate to repair minor rust. They made excuses and brushed us off by saying it really can't be done. Very disappointed as they came highly recommended.

This place did an amazing job on my 03 Tahoe. There was a big corroded spot around the handle on my hatch and they made it butter smooth and matched paint perfectly. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

A little late getting back to you, but after looking over the work you did on my 1941 Ford Super Deluxe car, I felt you deserve a word of thanks. Car looks great, as I knew it would. I could have got it got it done sooner, but I wanted to wait and have  it done by the best. I know you guys have a tight schedule, but quality work like I got is worth waiting for the best to get it done. I would like to thank you and tell you how much I appreciate the work you did. After a horrible trip to safelite that resulted in my pinch weld being cut and satellite then bringing it to Lafayette Auto Plus in Lafayette Indiana who did the worst hack of a lifetime on my car....im SO HAPPY i brought it to these guys! Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is UNMATCHED!
