I just called to get an estimate for my 2023 vehicle. The receptionist has no idea about the company she works for. She never heard of my insurance company which I never had any issues with someone knowing the about insurance companies or not having any references to refer to that would tell her. Then I was on the company’s website and on the page where you can upload photos for an photo estimate since my car isn’t drivable, and since I’m getting estimates why would I get my car towed and then towed back to my house just for an estimate? She literally told me they don’t offer that! I was actually on the website page that does offer this service. She had no idea about it and said this. She told me she could call me back once she found out! How can I feel comfortable having my brand new vehicle serviced at this collision shop when the receptionist has no idea what they offer? It’s a real shame. I told her I don’t feel comfortable doing business with this company. Maybe they are good at doing collision repair, but first impressions are everything and they failed miserably. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Speedway Body Shop is the best in town they do great work and I speak from experience my mother's car was damaged on the drivers side right rear the car came back looking like a brand new car it was perfect and they washed it and even cleaned the inside they are the best. Thankyou.

Speedway Body Shop is a fantastic place to take your car for body work. I had a fairly large dent in my driver side rear quarter panel and I took it to get quoted. Ben (the owner) and his team here were professional, timely and as you can see by the before and after pictures, you'd never know it was there. They were able to repair this without ordering new parts, which made the turn around time faster. They went above and beyond and my car was returned to me cleaner than I took it in! All of this for a great competitive price. Would HIGHLY recommend!
