Omg EEEXXXXCCEELLEENNTTTTTT excellent customer service!!! I originally came in to get an estimate and the service was ssooo amazing that I’ve been back 5 times in two weeks!!! The guys at the front counter are amazing, personalities are very friendly and inviting, and I really enjoyed my FEW TIMES VISITING. I LEAVE WITH MORE KNOWLEDGE 🧠 ABOUT MY VEHICLE, AND EACH TIME I AM BEING EDUCATED ON WHAT I AM PURCHASING BEFORE I PURCHASED. I LOVE THE INTEGRITY FROM THE staff especially the owner Marshall and rep Theo!!! I am a new customer that has turned into a permanent customer and I will continue to get service at Midas 🚗 🚙 because of the integrity I received during my few visits!!!!

I work for a company that requires me to use a company vehicle. I had recently had some repair work done by the Midas name in a different town. The issue had become very serious in just a few miles. I contacted the original shop and asked if a different Midas would cover the work that they had just done and he said yes and he would contact them. I was about 3 miles from this location. I was hesitant at first on using  another Midas because they had caused me to be stranded over 90 minutes away from home. I called the shop and a man named Marshal Farmer answered and he immediately put my mind at ease by telling me the truth on the time line on of when my fleet vehicle would be repaired. His truth telling allowed my fleet provider to reserve me a rental and to continue working. Mr. Farmer volunteered to take me to go pick up my rental and even hung out after he had closed for the day to follow me to drop off the rental and bring me back to my vehicle. I had a great experience at this Midas location compared to the previous. Mr. Farmer's customer service is the best I have seen in years. I know I only met him a couple of days ago but we chewed the fat like we had known each other for years. I highly recommend this Midas location if you want your auto repairs done by a team that will get it right the first time.

I’ve gone to Midas for all my major repairs, and although they may (sometimes) be a bit higher in their pricing, they do great work. This most recent visit I dealt with the employee Monty who was there when I dropped and picked up my car. He was awesome to work with, easy to understand, and professional.

They were so helpful and satisfied with their experience and service, I had issues with my brakes and questions about my truck and I got the answers . This was my first time visit but I’m looking forward to going back to them for help. Thank You Kyle (the manager) you made my day and I drove home happy. Hard to explain everything they did for me but I strongly recommend this car shop repair ( MIDAS? In Muncie to everyone.

Very quick and easy scheduling with a phone call. Best price I found after contacting a few places. It started raining just as the contractor arrived so they rescheduled for the next morning. Fast service at my home and a nice person installing the windshield. Definitely recommend.

My 4 year old broke our large picture window recently.  Originally we took the frame out to try to repair it ourselves, but it was far too big to fit into any of our vehicles.  We reached out to several companies, but we were not impressed by their lack of timeliness or high estimates.  Glass doctor was very accommodating AND affordable  compared to other options.  They ended up fixing 4 broken windows in our 100+ year old house.  They did the one my 4 year old broke with a clear laminated safety glass because that window has always scared me with my feral children.  Everyone who I came into contact with through Glass Doctor seemed very kind and professional.  If you need glass replaced in old style windows, this is who I recommend.  If we ever have a window break again, I will gladly have them do it.

They came to just do an estimate and were able to fix it in less than an hour right then!  The front door looks like nothing was ever damaged.  Highly recommend!

Referred my mom there and was just embarrassed at the outcome. Her bad tire was left on and the newly purchased tire was put on to replace a tire that was still in good condition. How could they have the car jacked up and not notice how bad that tire was???my mom said they have too many people waiting and she will not be back. My sister said the same thing after attempting to come multiple times to have a nail removed from her tire. I’m afraid I can no longer trust the Clinton, MS location

Collins Collision and Auto Repair

Took our 2021 Toyota Rav to Collins for damage on the rear passenger side door. It’s like it never happened, they fixed it to perfection! They were very communicative throughout the process and got our car back to us quickly even though it was during the thanksgiving holiday. Highly recommend their services!

After being scammed and treated poorly by multiple car places in Muncie, I was skeptical to try another new repair shop after getting into an accident. Both the work done on my car, and the communication throughout the process was great! I recently had my car there again, and it was just as good of an experience. They are so friendly and do great work! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Had my Tahoe in by open and they had it ready to go by 2:30. Very straightforward and reasonably priced for the quality work they do. Will be taking all my vehicle needs here if possible. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. 10/10!

This week was the fourth car project Collins Collision has done for our family members. If there were more stars to give I would give them 10 stars. They run a business like one is meant to be run…. Quality, Punctuality, Very friendly and caring staff & all the other good qualities that will keep me coming back. A great business to work with!

Big O Tires

I had no intentions of buying new tires today. I left my house & noticed how bad they really were. I knew I had no option but to replace my tires today. I call everywhere in New Castle and nobody has availability except for Big O. At first I was very hesitant about taking my vehicle to this shop because I have heard horror stories, but now I am very thankful to be a customer of Big O Tires. They replaced all 4 of my tires quickly & cost effectively. I had my 3 year old that hadn’t napped yet with me & the guys upfront didn’t even bat an eye at his loud, curious self. After everything is done I get halfway home & my tire light comes on 😫 I call Big O back & they have me bring my vehicle back. At this point I’m frustrated. It’s pouring rain, I have groceries in my trunk, and my toddler has went straight demon mode. Once I get back to the shop I’m met by Jacob & Jeremy to check to see what’s going on. I’m not going to lie - I wasn’t very friendly. I was frustrated and afraid that my car was going to need more work.
Turns out my tire light just needed reset, which is wonderful! A huge shoutout to Mitch for taking such good care of me on the front end, and also Jacob & Jeremy for still being super friendly after dealing with my spicy attitude.
I will gladly recommend all of my friends & family to Big O Tires. THANK YOU MITCH, JACOB, AND JEREMY. ❤️

Glass Doctor of LaGrange

I took my truck in to get a chipped glass repaired back in August of this year. It cost me $99.75 for that "repair". During the first decent snow this year, that chip cracked the entire way across my windshield. I stopped in to ask what kind of warranty they had on their repair and was told that they could give me that repair cost as credit towards a new windshield. I decided to get another quote. I was able to save money elsewhere for the same OEM windshield even with the repair credit they offered. After the other shop switched my windshield out, we looked at the old glass and it was hard to tell if Glass Doctor had even fixed the original crack at all. (see photo.) There were obvious dark spots in the glass which indicate that there is air in the glass - that air should have been filled with resin. The crack also felt rough still, which if repaired correctly, would be smooth. I stopped back in to the Glass Doctor and informed them that this repair was done poorly, if even done at all. They told me that since I had my glass replaced somewhere else, the "warranty" was void. There are a number of five star reviews for this company on Google, which are all over a year old. This location used to be Lakeland Auto Sales and has been purchased by Glass Doctor. It is not the same owner and they do not have the same quality that they used to have. Most, if not all of the previous reviews were for the original company, not Glass Doctor. I would recommend trying to repair the glass yourself before using this company. Their high prices, poor workmanship, and the fact that they do not take responsibility for their work if done incorrectly make them a poor choice for glass repair. There are much better glass companies in the area that offer trustworthy, quality work. Do yourself a favor, save money and go somewhere else.

My go-to glass shop for everything.  These guys always take care of what I need, in short notice and for reasonable costs.  Support this local business! Yes, they can even fix your toys, see pic!

This place is AMAZING!  They worked with my insurance company, fixed my windshield all at no cost to me:)  Mike was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and fast! 20 mins. start to finish.  I did have to press my insurance company to let me go with a local business rather than their Safelite repair...... so glad I did.

Amazing service. We got house windows a number of years ago and they always come quickly when we need something taken care of.

What a refreshing & positive experience I had with RNR! You have a new & enthusiastically loyal customer. I only wish I'd come here first after wasting a lot of time & effort with 3 other "big name " companies. I appreciate that at RNR  they were not only able to get e an appointment quickly but then they were able to adhere to that appointment and address the issue in a timely manner!

I noticed my tire was going down in pressure on my way to work. I stopped at RNR and they got my car in immediately! Diana at the front was so sweet and explained everything so nicely. My car was done in about 10 minutes by the tire tech Jason and they didn’t charge me a thing to plug and fill my tire back up. 10/10 recommend!

Do not go here if you are a woman. They will take all your money and not complete their services. Edited to add!! I went back today so they can complete my alignment after not conpleting it even tho it came with my 500$ 2 tires. They added on more work and money and still no alignment. They have the worst communication ever. Extremely pissed.

Do not recommend this place was quoted 12 hundred for tires (in person). Didn't accepts the offer. Called later on the phone and got a quote for a little over 800. I accepted the offer. Dropped my car off and was supposed to get a free alignment since it was included with the tires. When I picked up my vehicle. Paid over the amount I was quoted and still never got the alignment. Now I have to wait a few more days for them to have another opening to complete their over priced service.

My first time here, my spare tire blew not too far from the shop so I limped it slowly here and they checked EVERY single thing they could think of and were able to help me out TREMENDOUSLY!!they got my car in quick and finished up quick and safely! I will forever be grateful for their help/work and forever tell people about the shop and recommend people to come here!!! Thank you so much again! The staff is AMAZING personality wise, professionalism wise as well as job wise!!! As a single mom of two financially on my own, I’m forever grateful for how they helped me find what I needed at an amazing price!!

5 hours to get a tire patched on a week day.  Was told it would be about 2 hours but they keep taking other jobs that came in after me that paid more then a tire patch.   I do not recommend this Big O.

This place will try and scam you into buying a new tire. I had a nail in one tire, went to get it patched, they couldn't because of the low tred, which I understand. What made me upset is that they still decided to pull the nail halfway out, turning a very slow leak to a very fast one. I asked what their cheapest tire was, and they claimed to only keep one brand in stock, but our tire size was "abnormal" so they would have to order it and it would cost $350. Then they tell me if I go down the street to another business, they could plug it to give me a little more time.

So i go back outside, this is when I noticed the tire losing air faster than before. Could hear it outside the vehicle with all the traffic noise and shop noises. Got in my vehicle and the tire pressure was on 34 (usually have it at 40), by the time I got out the parking lot and turned down the street, it was already on 28. It usually took a week for it to go down that far. Smh

Long story short, I found a place that has used tires, they had my size no problem at all. Had 85% tred, installed, balance and  rotate all for $60.

Don't waste your time here just for them to take as much money from you as they can, and force you to buy their preference on tires. Total rip off. Will NEVER go here again!

These people absolutely suck. If you want a free car though just go out back! After they fix your vehicle they just leave it unlocked behind the place with the key in it.

Reply: If you need a phone call from me to tell you to lock our vehicles and keep the key inside then you're all as dumb as can be.
