Stan has repaired several cars that I know of including my two Odyssey vans.  He does extraordinary work and his prices are significantly lower than other body shops. Stan is consistently honest and easy to do business with. My husband and I will not take our vehicles to anyone else!  His business definitely deserves a five star rating!

Used to rent from him and also work for him he is just an all-around pleasure to be around

Professional, Friendly Service for a Fair Price.
My son had "accidentally" made a large scratch in the front right side of my car. We are a single income family, and always look for quality work for the best price. Stan was very professional and kind. You don't meet very many genuine people anymore that are out to help others. He removed the long scratch quickly, precisely, and asked for next to nothing for the amazing work he did. I would recommend this business to everyone! My 9 year old son even commented about how nice this gentleman was.

I had a deep scratch on my door handle and Stan offered me a quick solution despite being on his way out. I’ll definitely come back here if any paint job needed

I encountered some road debris on my way to Muncie for a Labor Day weekend trip, which caused some damage to the hood, front bumper, fender, and door. Unsure of how I'd deal with the damages (insurance versus out of pocket expense), I found Stan's shop online and gave him a call. He was able to quickly accommodate me for an assessment, and completed the restoration job he advised with ease. He offered additional advisement for some other concerns, which took most of my worry off of my shoulders.

Stan is friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he would certainly gain my business (if needed) again. I will certainly be recommending him to my friends if they ever have auto body issues/concerns. Overall, he offered a seamless value-added experience!

RNR Tire Express

With times like these who has extra money laying around for tires? I sure didn't and needed them desperately. Rob was amazing and explained the process, got me in the same day I called. Tina went over the Financials with me and made the process smooth. I have not had a single problem with them. I was able to get brand new tires so my vehicle was safe for my family and was able to make payments without breaking the bank. It truly helped in a pinch.

I will say I've had great experiences with this place when they had April working here now that she is gone this place has gone downhill I called to ask if they could push mine and my husband's accounts out and make a double payment next week due to the holiday our pay was less than normal for both of us. Tina said she had that done and it was pushed out til the next week then both our accounts came out of our account and overdrafted our account so now we will get 2 overdraft fees and screwed us over for the following week.

Rob and his team of professionals worked to find a winter tire solution for my car. They wound up having to order a special part but had it shipped overnight and were able to install my tires the next day! Very professional and I would recommend Rob and RNR to everyone I know!

First off I wanna say this place ROCKS!!! Very positive atmosphere, very communicative, they don’t mind working with you very reasonable payment plans if you need it. The service was amazing from beginning to end. It took less than a few hours to be feeling safe again with new tires underneath me. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They even noticed some front end parts that need replaced and I will be back to have them installed soon. Auto Glass Repair - TechnaGlass Starkville

The staff here is Incredibly polite and attentive. The business is run very well and the work is great. This is the second glass that I have had replaced here and I got the same level of service on both occasions. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I've used TechnaGlass for both windshield replacement with camera recalibration as well as window tinting. I've been fairly pleased overall. I've had no issues with my insurance (Progressive) sending over and covering my claims for windshield repair. The window tinting price was fair for ceramic tint on the front and back. There are some small defects with the tint in the cargo area, but it's seemingly only a cosmetic issue. The staff are very friendly and are typically able to get me in quickly.

Great company and quality work. They respond quickly and love the fact that they can come to you for better convenience. Also love the fact that they explain on how they are going to fix my windshield and what to expect after the work is done.

I have to give this place more than five stars. They fix my window the next day after I call! They were so nice and professional with everything. The price was not to high and plus it was worth it bc the guy came in on 4th of July morning. Plus for all of your windows need get in touch with this company!

Quick service that went out of their way to meet our needs to get back on the road after loosing the driver side window and a rear vent window. Great price and quality friendly service. I highly recommend this business.

Great experience here! Chris, the guy who greeted me was very polite. I had an appointment at 1 and he told me they probably wouldn’t get my car in until closer to 2 (they close at 2 on Saturdays). I told him I was completely ok with rescheduling so that they could leave by 2 but he insisted on getting my car in and getting my oil change and tire rotation done that day! Once my car was in the team did great getting those services done quickly and efficiently! Will definitely be returning for future car services!

Brought my car up for brakes and coolant hose repairs in early November. Once the coolant hoses were replaced there was a slight leak from the top hose that was looked at a couple times but the leak couldn’t be tracked down. Eventually did a deeper dive and found that the outlet of the top of the radiator was cracked. While it was unclear if the crack formed from the hose replacement or age Midas replaced the radiator free of charge. Through the whole process I was treated with respect and the mechanics and owners all worked with me and didn’t try to hide anything.

I’ll definitely be bringing my car here for more work in the future.

Service desk staff was very rude and it took over 3hrs for an oil change/ tire rotation! I specifically wrote in my notes to them the time my husband needed to be at work. Inspection on my vehicle was done even though I purposely didn't request one because my husband had to work. They made him late to work and therefore took more money out of our pockets.  They were extra nice to white customers and discriminated against my husband. After he declined all there money making schemes they took even longer to " be done" and gave the car back making noises that it wasn't before.   Worst experience ever! -100 will not go back.  Save yourself time and money.

This place is awful. I made an appointment for an oil change a week and a half in advance, for an hour long oil change. I don’t know why it takes an hour to do an oil change. I showed up, and they had forgotten to put me on the schedule. I waited around 50 minutes to get my oil change, and then inquired what was taking so long. They said it would take another hour and 20 minutes to get my oil change done. This place is awful! Do not take your car here!

As a follow up the owner did reach out and apologize for my experience, and offer to make it right. I’m editing this review because I don’t want to blame the experience I had with 1 or two employees on the whole business..

I have been to this location a few times in the past few months. When I speak with the woman I have no issue. But whenever I have to speak with or do business with Chris, the manager I consider never returning. He is condescending and rude. Will walk away as soon as you walk in, and speaks to everyone, including the woman assistant aggressively and degradingly. I have not had an issue with their work or choosing them as a shop outside of the nasty tone and treatment from the manager. From now on I will walk out if the woman isn’t there, I can get an oil change anywhere I don’t need to be disrespected.

Big O Tires

A little disorganized on repairing a flat and how to handle it.  Very nice employees!!! Work done timely manner and performed without issue.  However, with any Big O , as always be prepared to pay double for repair work/ new tires that other retailers charge.

They were Great.  Husband went in & got me 4 new tires (buy 3 get 1 free) & they took him right in & done in about 45 mins.  The guy even put a new clip on my hub cap without us even asking for it.

Terrible customer service i called for a diagnostic and the guy didnt even care to ask my name Or why i was there just cut me off mid sentence and asked if i could wait, waited 30 minutes with no acknowledgment so i stormed out . Would  not recommend this big O

Thank you! I made appointment online with a quick confirmation. Drop off and pick was easy and in a timely manner. I had new tires, alignment, brake fluid exchange and tie rod replaced. Employees were nice and communication was excellent! The lobby was clean and welcoming.

Lack of communication. Dishonest business practices, and lies.

I went in complaining of noises coming from the wheels. I thought maybe it was brakes and told them when I called for the appointment that they should be looked at. I get there and shortly after my car is taken back, they come out to tell me my brakes look fine. Okay, but there’s a sound so there’s something wrong. Look again. A while later it was “We are all done.” Great! What was the problem? Oh, we replaced your brakes and rotors. I’m sorry, excuse me? You never came back to update me and you told me my brakes were fine so why did you replace the brakes? The guy helping me didn’t have an explanation. He simply told me that I asked for them to be replaced. I made them show me my old brakes. It was at 10%, barely used. And, why were they replacing the rotors too?! Certainly they were also fine. I was given a line of explanation by another associate who swooped on to save the guy I was talking to that my brake pads were inferior to the Big O ones and that’s why they were squeaking. I was told that “If the squeaking is bothering you, we fixed it.” Big O was the ones who replaced the brakes before. No, the squeak is not “bothering me”, there’s a problem with my car and it needs to be looked at. I was then blamed for not communicating it over the phone when I called. Which neither of those men took my phone call to schedule the appointment, but what I called and said was “There’s a squeak and grinding noise, it may be brakes, but I need you to look at it.” No inspection was done when I arrived to determine if it was anything other than the brakes. I told them to put the old brakes back on and I was going to leave.

This time they did an inspection. Come to find out the wheel hub had bad ball bearings and needed repair. If that had been missed, I was at risk of my tire falling off while driving. Which would ultimately cause a wreck. I have a 5 and a 7 year old that I drive around daily. How terrifyingly dangerous that would have been. And all because no inspection was done.

Here’s the thing. I expect you all to be the experts. When you come to me treating me like a target with a wallet I lose all confidence in your expertise. Giving me a line of malarkey about “We fixed the squeak by replacing the brakes if that’s what was bothering you.”  I’m sorry, but that’s unacceptable. Unprofessional and dishonest. Not only that, making up those lies could have put me (or someone less educated) in very grave danger. There is no way I can have confidence that if I bring my car in to be repaired your business will be truthful or honest. A customer was lost.

I have been here a couple of times and each time they are ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. I am a senior citizen and they go above and beyond to help me hear and understand what is going on with my car and what is needed. I really appreciate these young men especially Ike who always asks how things are going since I am battling cancer with my dear sister. They are the BEST!!!

This is a great place to do business. Dennis, my advisor ensured he reviewed every option for tires, oil change and everything else we had done to our vehicles. The work was great and we feel safe for winter because of this location.  I highly recommend this location. Thank you for being the best!!!!

Very hospitable people. They work with you and are very kind. They had the tires I needed. I appreciated that because when I’ve gone other places, they always have to be ordered. They wasted no time getting new tires on the front of my vehicle. They had a very nice, clean shop and were all knowledgeable and have helpful staff. They had complimentary drinks and a nice waiting area. They are thorough in their explanations of contracts and they don’t try to force anything on you, or rush you out the door. I definitely recommend them. Their 4 month same as cash plan saved my life as a single mom with the holidays quickly approaching.

I was in immediate need of specific tires and was calling everywhere. I did not want to go with the tires they had on hand. When I told Zack I had found the specific tires I wanted online, he said he could get them from his distributor quicker than me ordering online. Sure enough, they were delivered there same day and I was able to get them installed.

Not to mention that they offer a program where you can make payments (just make sure you pay them off within the 120 days). Their program comes with perks and they have definitely earned my business.

Me and my wife went here and tried to get some tires are hopes were down because everyone else said they didn't carry our tire size Abel took his time and went through all the options and Finally managed to get us the tires we needed he helped every step of the way and kept us informed on what was going on he treated us like friends and is the best. finance was awesome to especially with the jokes overall A+ company and I will definitely keep doing business with them keep up the great work guys 😀

Had some tires put on my daughter’s car. Great tires and excellent customer service. $50 down and pay off the balance in 4 months. Free alignments for the life of your tires. Payments are very affordable and would fit most any budget. Thanks RNR you knocked it out of the park.

This place is a total scam/ripoff. Selling product even if you pay cash same day double the price as other shops in town/online. I ordered tires online because of this. Then they want to try to charge me 100 dollars a tire to mount them because oh “big rims” tires are hard to mount. Well discount tire mounted and balanced 4 295/30/26 tires brought in for 55 each. Nearly half the cost. Avoid this place at all cost.

Duane Leatherman Body Shop Inc

Highly recommend. A driver sideswiped my 2017 GMC Terrain. Leatherman’s did an excellent repair job and washed the car and vacuumed it out before I picked it up. The car looks great! Tom was always helpful and answered all our questions. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I trust this company to get the job done, they have never let me down, good reasonable, and well respected people, thank you for all you guys do for others!

Helped us in a pinch to have a car towed. Everyone on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Even though I had to call them multiple times to make sure I had everything straight for all parties, they were very patient with me. The gentleman that actually picked up the car was professional and got the car where it needed to go quickly.

just had my 2013 ram worked on by Tommy and his crew in the body shop they replaced both rocker panels and cab corners as well as put on some decals on the truck bed and hood, EXCELLENT work by Tommy and his crew they went above and beyond their jobs not only cleaning the whole truck inside and out but explaining everything they did, the decal work was excellent and they took the time to make sure it was as perfect as they could make it, the whole crew did an excellent job I am recommending them to anyone that needs any body work or decal work done, very reasonable. Can't say it enough these guys did an excellent job

We recently had our vehicle repaired after a deer collision.  Leatherman’s did an amazing job!! They even repainted a section because they didn’t like the paint match!  I also got my car back cleaner than I took it’. Thank you for all the detail and attention paid to our car!!

Glass Doctor of Louisville

Had an estimate done in September 2023. The tech was professional and prompt. I received the quote and paid 50% down payment. Glass Doctor has never contacted me again. I have called repeatedly and heard every excuse. Now I am trying to get resolution from the corporate office. It is December and I have received nothing. I will either get my money back or my window replaced. I would not recommend the Louisville location for any service whatsoever. They are horrible, unresponsive, they lie and blame corporate for all their issues.

The customer service from office staff is HORRIBLE!!! We talked to a few different people (Rob, Robert, and Mark?).  We never got calls back and on the day of our service we were told "Call us in the morning and we'll let you know what time." I called just after 10AM and was told "We got your glass here and they'll be right on out." My husband and myself called 5 times over the course of the day and we got an answer finally at quarter till 3 in the afternoon we heard from the technician....not the office.  Our technicians were awesome!!!  The one that came out to measure (Charles) was great!  Office never sent us estimate after...we had to call and hound for it.  The technician that installed the windows was very professional and quick and did a great job!!! The technicians are the only reason this rating is a 2.  The end result was great but the process was horrible

Very fast and professional service, appointment was at 10:30,arrived early and was taken straight into the shop,window was replaced and service was complete in less than an hour, very pleased with the staff and I will use them again, especially with the price I received

Now I know why the other glass doctor company's closed, unprofessional, rude. They were to come out to my house today was told between 8-5. I told them I wanted them to call me the day before  and that did not happened. So 10 o'clock the next day I called them she kept saying they would be there between 8 and 5 today. I ask her why they could not give me a better estimate on the day they were supposed to come out, then she said oh you're the next appointment. I told her I wanted them to call before they come and not 2 minutes before. She said again between 8 and 5, obviously she didn't understand.  So I told her if he came and didn't call with at least  20 minutes notice I may or may not answer the door if that's the way they wanted to do business. So they didn't show up nor did they call very unprofessional. I'm hiring them they're not hiring me.

I am so happy with Glass Doctor.  Very courteous and professional.  Robert is great and my installer was amazing also.  Great experience.
