Omg EEEXXXXCCEELLEENNTTTTTT excellent customer service!!! I originally came in to get an estimate and the service was ssooo amazing that I’ve been back 5 times in two weeks!!! The guys at the front counter are amazing, personalities are very friendly and inviting, and I really enjoyed my FEW TIMES VISITING. I LEAVE WITH MORE KNOWLEDGE 🧠 ABOUT MY VEHICLE, AND EACH TIME I AM BEING EDUCATED ON WHAT I AM PURCHASING BEFORE I PURCHASED. I LOVE THE INTEGRITY FROM THE staff especially the owner Marshall and rep Theo!!! I am a new customer that has turned into a permanent customer and I will continue to get service at Midas 🚗 🚙 because of the integrity I received during my few visits!!!!

Unfortunate sensor failures over the holiday. Crew worked me on and repaired my car on a Friday. Very appreciated. Will always go here first for any need.

I work for a company that requires me to use a company vehicle. I had recently had some repair work done by the Midas name in a different town. The issue had become very serious in just a few miles. I contacted the original shop and asked if a different Midas would cover the work that they had just done and he said yes and he would contact them. I was about 3 miles from this location. I was hesitant at first on using another Midas because they had caused me to be stranded over 90 minutes away from home. I called the shop and a man named Marshal Farmer answered and he immediately put my mind at ease by telling me the truth on the time line on of when my fleet vehicle would be repaired. His truth telling allowed my fleet provider to reserve me a rental and to continue working. Mr. Farmer volunteered to take me to go pick up my rental and even hung out after he had closed for the day to follow me to drop off the rental and bring me back to my vehicle. I had a great experience at this Midas location compared to the previous. Mr. Farmer's customer service is the best I have seen in years. I know I only met him a couple of days ago but we chewed the fat like we had known each other for years. I highly recommend this Midas location if you want your auto repairs done by a team that will get it right the first time. Thank you Marshall for making this situation smooth for all parties involved!

I’ve gone to Midas for all my major repairs, and although they may (sometimes) be a bit higher in their pricing, they do great work. This most recent visit I dealt with the employee Monty who was there when I dropped and picked up my car. He was awesome to work with, easy to understand, and professional.

They were so helpful and satisfied with their experience and service, I had issues with my brakes and questions about my truck and I got the answers . This was my first time visit but I’m looking forward to going back to them for help. Thank You Kyle (the manager) you made my day and I drove home happy. Hard to explain everything they did for me but I strongly recommend this car shop repair ( MIDAS? In Muncie to everyone.
