What a refreshing & positive experience I had with RNR! You have a new & enthusiastically loyal customer. I only wish I'd come here first after wasting a lot of time & effort with 3 other "big name " companies. I appreciate that at RNR they were not only able to get e an appointment quickly but then they were able to adhere to that appointment and address the issue in a timely manner!

I noticed my tire was going down in pressure on my way to work. I stopped at RNR and they got my car in immediately! Diana at the front was so sweet and explained everything so nicely. My car was done in about 10 minutes by the tire tech Jason and they didn’t charge me a thing to plug and fill my tire back up. 10/10 recommend!

Do not go here if you are a woman. They will take all your money and not complete their services. Edited to add!! I went back today so they can complete my alignment after not conpleting it even tho it came with my 500$ 2 tires. They added on more work and money and still no alignment. They have the worst communication ever. Extremely pissed. Do not recommend this place was quoted 12 hundred for tires (in person). Didn't accepts the offer. Called later on the phone and got a quote for a little over 800. I accepted the offer. Dropped my car off and was supposed to get a free alignment since it was included with the tires. When I picked up my vehicle. Paid over the amount I was quoted and still never got the alignment. Now I have to wait a few more days for them to have another opening to complete their over priced service.

My first time here, my spare tire blew not too far from the shop so I limped it slowly here and they checked EVERY single thing they could think of and were able to help me out TREMENDOUSLY!!they got my car in quick and finished up quick and safely! I will forever be grateful for their help/work and forever tell people about the shop and recommend people to come here!!! Thank you so much again! The staff is AMAZING personality wise, professionalism wise as well as job wise!!! As a single mom of two financially on my own, I’m forever grateful for how they helped me find what I needed at an amazing price!!
