This place takes care of its customers. They always seem to end up fixing my flats! They have aired up tires for free and checked and filled my wife’s before too. 5 hours to get a tire patched on a week day. Was told it would be about 2 hours but they keep taking other jobs that came in after me that paid more then a tire patch. I do not recommend this Big O.

This place will try and scam you into buying a new tire. I had a nail in one tire, went to get it patched, they couldn't because of the low tred, which I understand. What made me upset is that they still decided to pull the nail halfway out, turning a very slow leak to a very fast one. I asked what their cheapest tire was, and they claimed to only keep one brand in stock, but our tire size was "abnormal" so they would have to order it and it would cost $350. Then they tell me if I go down the street to another business, they could plug it to give me a little more time. So i go back outside, this is when I noticed the tire losing air faster than before. Could hear it outside the vehicle with all the traffic noise and shop noises. Got in my vehicle and the tire pressure was on 34 (usually have it at 40), by the time I got out the parking lot and turned down the street, it was already on 28. It usually took a week for it to go down that far. Smh Long story short, I found a place that has used tires, they had my size no problem at all. Had 85% tred, installed, balance and rotate all for $60. Don't waste your time here just for them to take as much money from you as they can, and force you to buy their preference on tires. Total rip off. Will NEVER go here again!

These people absolutely suck. If you want a free car though just go out back! After they fix your vehicle they just leave it unlocked behind the place with the key in it. Reply: If you need a phone call from me to tell you to lock our vehicles and keep the key inside then you're all as dumb as can be.
