Big O Tires

Jesse Rodarte from Big O Tires provided me with excellent service. I came in with a cracked front left rim and was wondering on what my options were. He recommended getting new wheels and doing it under Acima financing, which I agreed to and appreciated how fast and convenient it was. I already had in mind of replacing all the rims, so speaking to Jesse about my color and style preferences was smooth as well. I did had to wait a few extra days due to shipping delays, but the overall process and product has been very satisfactory. I love the wheels. I am a satisfied customer and do plan on getting new tires here soon.

Hello all! I’ve brought my car here multiple times and they always treat me so kindly in addition to fixing my car efficiently. Jesse Rodarte in particular always makes me feel heard and in the know. He was extremely generous today when I was in a pickle with a flat tire, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the customer service he provides. Highly recommend this place because they make you feel just as important as your car.

Made an appointment a week in advance. Arrived for the appointment and they took my vehicle. After waiting for a half hour they told me they only had two of the four tires I ordered. Complete waste of my time. I drove to Discount Tire and they had the tires I wanted at the same price and installed them on the spot. This was my attempt at giving Big O a second chance after decades of avoiding them due to poor service. I guess some things never change.

I scheduled an "Winter Healthy Car Special" online, days before my appointment. Since it was during a workday, I called the day before to get an estimate of time I would be waiting there which they quoted 90 minutes. They didn't even pull my car into the garage until 90 minutes after I got there, so in total, I waited over 2.5 hours and they ONLY did the oil change when it should have included an alignment check, fluid top off, air pressure check, tire rotation, etc.
Jesse is a service manager there and he apologized profusely and communicated very effectively and told me I would be receiving a call from his boss, Connor, within the next couple days to figure out what to do. I never received a call, and when I called Connor a week and a half later, he handled the situation very poorly. He talked down to me, had a very condescending tone, and essentially made me feel dumb for asking questions. I will eat the cost just to never have to deal with them again.

The food was quick and fast. Service was good as well. There was a praying mantis on the outside of the window that greatly enhanced our experience.

We have stopped by here several times while traveling.  The service was better than in the past.  Always good fast food.

They charged me for food I didn't buy and didn't give me the full refund of the items that I didn't order. Will not be going back to this location. The staff were rude as well

AT&T Store

By the numbers,  attentive staff that was amiable a and helpfully.   Answering all my questions without pause.  I ended up getting a new Z fold 5, a case,  screen protector and a charging cable/ power block. The longest part was transferring my data.   These guys were great.   I will definitely come. back.

Worst customer service ever!
My husband and I have been to this location twice in the last 3 weeks and will never return. Unless you are just buying a phone,  they will not lift a finger to help.
The first visit, my husband needed help with an insurance claim to replace his Galaxy S22 Ultra, the unhelpful Mr.Neck beard employee on the other side of the counter (who wanted nothing to do with me as the main account holder)ordered my husband a Galaxy S21 as his replacement. We had to go through the insurance company receive the correct phone while asking ourselves, who downgrades someone's cellphone like that? No one!
Also during this visit. Not knowing how much we owed on my husband's S22's installment plan, we were questioning about paying it off completely and Mr.Neckbeard couldn't be bothered to look up the current cost, or be bothered to pull up our account information. I handed my ID at the start of this appointment, and he didn't even want to touch it. I had to awkwardly take it back myself like I was in the wrong for even giving it to him.

The second visit was way worse. (12/2) We were only met with blank stares and shrugs by all 3 unoccupied employees as we were explaining we were frustrated with our phone bill and services. No one even glanced at their tablets to pull up our information. They just sat there and literally stared at us as we voiced our concerns that my husband's Galaxy watch's sim card had not been activated since we got it as a new product last month from another location. Also, our bill is over 400$ and wanted to discuss ways to cut it down, but again met with silence and sarcastic scoffs that made us feel unimportant.
My husband asked, "Are you going to say, or do anything??"
Mr. Neckbeard and accosiates shrugged in response.
My husband asks, "What do you guys ACTUALLY do then??"
Mr. Neckbeard responded with, and I quote, "We sell phones."
And that's about all you'll get from them. Unless you are buying a phone. The 3 men who currently work there have no interest in actually helping you.

Went to get a phone with my husband. Only one guy working there and he was pretty sexist. Whenever I asked a question about the phone plan he only looked at my husband to answer and never took me seriously. He also kept suggesting a phone we clearly stated we did not want and then suggested we should trade through apple instead of atnt. Bad customer service and sales.

I hope I spelled that right… Michael told me he had recently taken over the store and was very helpful in getting me service with my phone and even with helping me get to work using the service 10/10 If he’s running the store I’m sure you’d be in good hands like I was👍🏾

The UPS Store

Always fast and exceptional customer service.  We do all of our Amazon returns and other parcels and package shipments at this great UPS store located in the King Soopers shopping center at Centennial Blvd and W. Filmore.  5 Thumbs Up!

Ugh. Miserable store. The lady with the brown hair in all the photos is a menace and exceedingly unkind every time I go in. The guys who work there are fine. And they’re SO slow on top of all of it. I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this store. You have to have something going for you. You can be competent and mean. Or incompetent and friendly. Staff at this store are incompetent and unfriendly.

Someone told me to check out this UPS store to return a package since my regular store is always busy and they said this one rarely is.

They were right, no one was in there.

They wanted to charge $3+ to put a piece of tape across the top of the box.

It's only $3 ... but it's the customer service aspect for me. I'll gladly go wait in line at my neighborgood store from now on to support a franchise owner that isn't nickel and diming people over a piece of tape.

The manager lady has a nasty attitude and every time I go there when she is working it is a bad experience. It feels personal, I don't know. I buy a lot of things from Amazon and Amazon claims returns are free from UPS, and they have always been until now. She told me I had to pay 27 centers for their printed receipt. She wanted to charge me for the tape I was using to tape my box but I said it was my own.  She's not very nice but I really like the other clerks as they are a pleasant experience

I just moved to Colorado Springs and I was doing some research on places on where for my mail to be received. Being that I moved from Tennessee, I was expecting the same level of knowledge and service due to being a bigger city. However, that is where it stops, I suppose. After calling around a few places, I was led to believe this UPS Store # 6346 didn’t nickle and dime you for every little thing. I asked on the phone if there were any fees for storing. I got mixed results and didn’t really get a clear and transparent answer. I figured going in person, everything would be solved without worry. However, you will be wrong if you thought that.

Once I came in person, I mentioned I wanted a small box, which the price would be $192.00, plus a $27 initial set-up fee. (which includes a Mailbox key fee, access code fee, and other feels associated with opening your Mailbox) I thought that was the end of all the fees since I would be renting a mailbox from the UPS Store. I asked two of the employees on 7-Oct-21 around 3:30 p.m. if there are any fees associated with if you are gone oversees for a couple of months. Their answer, “We don’t have much storage space so we are not sure but you have to ask our manager for the proper response.” Instead of wasting my time and coming into the store, shouldn’t they have told me this from the beginning instead of wasting my time and theirs?

After thoroughly inspecting the contract before signing, I found a clause in it that stated, “Packages not picked up within 7 days of notification will be subject to a storage fee of $5.00 per day per package.” This essential meant if you went out of town for work, vacation, oversees, they would royally screw you and rob you blind. I thought the $192 price, plus the set-up fee was the ending of the fees and such.

I cannot recommend this business if you are setting up a new mailbox, especially if you will be gone for over 7 days due to work, vacation, and such. It seems they will charge you a fee for every day per package. I would love if the owner would fix this issue within the contract since I’ve seen other UPS Stores really take care of their customers individually depending on their needs. Since the ____ (blanks) on the contract are able to be tweaked and edited, the employees in the store could have helped me out or at least called the owner to make things right. It just seemed the employees either didn’t care, didn’t know or was like whatever.

Attached with this 1 star review is the contract with my information blocked out with the highlighted things you need to look at before signing the contract. I made sure to read the contract thoroughly before not signing it. That is when I decided to leave and go to another UPS Store that really took care of me. For anyone else reading this, please be sure to read any and all contracts and be on the look out if the price is too good to be true. Sometimes businesses will try to nickle and dime you to make up for the money they would have made if they overcharged you.

Woof Gang Bakery- Bee Cave

I honestly hate dealing with the post office so coming to this store our cashier made it so quick and easy! Providing information and options on different services our cashier was able to have us in and out in under 3 minutes with no complaints and he was super enthusiastic to even help when we opened the door and the store also sells items you made need to ship or just household items. Nice and friendly little store.

I rarely take time to share bad reviews unless they are horrible!  I have distinct pleasure of recognizing an AWESOME young lady today!  Geneva!  Geneva was the most helpful and kind person I have met at this location!  She greeted me with a smile and had such a vibrant personality!  I really hope if I ever need anything again, she is the person I get to work with!  Oh and the services were spot on!  I needed a document notarized and she was more than happy to assist!  Thanks Geneva!

The rudest most stressed out, most unpleasurable encounter with the person working today. I just left there shaking because of the confrontational, argumentative, hateful demeanor. I couldn’t believe it. I’ll find another place I will never go back there.  I understand it’s not the greatest job on the planet but management has failed. If this level of customer service provided is acceptable the Management needs to go to training and learn how to be focused on customer service.  Never again.

Terrible customer service!!!  I wish I would have read the more recent bad ratings before going to the store to ship all my boxes.  I went twice this past Saturday, July 1. The morning experience was wonderful. The young lady was pleasant and so helpful. A totally different story In the afternoon. Around 4pm, the young lady was rude and seemed very inconvenienced by my needs and requests.  This girl was cutting corners, not putting the full name to whom the package was going on the tag to go on the boxes One package she just put the first name, the other, just the last name. She said it was fine. She never fixed it. Then she was going to give me 3 boxes and charge me for those and I just wanted one box. She did fix that, but snidely. Hoping she put on the added insurance and typed on the computer the contents inside, which I mentioned to her.  She never asked if I needed it, as the lady did in the morning. The girl in the afternoon spelled my last name wrong and I had to have her correct that, she did, but not happily. The worst of it all was the dark haired shorter employee, in which I wish I got her name, said she would put the fragile stickers on each of the three boxes when she was done, which I assumed was when all I bought was put in the computer and I paid for it.  When she was done and I paid, I said you will put the fragile sticker on each box as all boxes had breakables: China, vases, antiques, etc. She said very rudely and loudly that I was NOT her only customer and that she needed to take care of the two people behind me first!!! No customer should be treated this way. It was my turn to be helped and she had not finished doing as I requested. The man who was behind me along with the lady didn’t mind if she did it. The man said, go ahead.  It would take less than a minute as the boxes I had the fragile sticker put on each in the morning was quick and easy. It was a very small thing that needed to be done. A very important thing so my goods would be handled carefully and hopefully not break in transit.  I wanted to make sure the fragile stickers got on the packages. That I saw it. I am the customer and it was a small request. I wanted to know the packages would be treated with care before I left. She refused to do what I asked, as I asked a couple of times. Her voice was loud and mean.  I had to wait for the next two customers to be helped, and who knows if others came in and I would have to wait to just make sure my fragile stickers were on the boxes. The older man said he would hold the door for me so no one else would come in. He couldn’t get just 7 stamps as the lady said they just sell them in books, which I suppose happens, but she wasn’t too nice in her tone to him either. Her tone was very mean and condescending!!  Very childish. NOT professional. So inappropriate.

Then I returned around 5:30pm, and went into the building to ship one more box.  There was a man in there who the young lady was talking pleasantly too, and proceeded to yell at me and tell me they were closed. I had not even said anything to her yet. I had just walked into the building. If the store was closed the door should have been locked already. Evidently google had the wrong  information on the closing time. It said 6:30. The man said the same thing, yet the sign in the store window said 5:00pm. That needs to be fixed. I did not say anything to the girl and the man and I left at the same time.  What a rotten experience!! Again, if I had the name of the girl working the afternoon shift and closing on July 1, and you are in there when she works, turn around and go to another store.

I will never return to this store.  I suggest others avoid it if possible.  Every time I go into the store I hear one of the staff tell someone why they can't do what the customer asks. The last time I was there, there were four customers in the store.  Three out of the four of us were told the staff member couldn't do something because it was against policy or the "rules".  In my case, I was reusing an box that I had received with a product that had batteries in it. It had a label stating as such. I didn't figure it would be a problem.  I took my box with contents to the store and when it was my turn, I showed the label to the person and I was told she couldn't ship anything with that box because it was against UPS rules.  I asked if she could cover it and she said there would be a $5 charge to cover that with a piece of paper and tape. $5?  Ridiculous!

Not the first time I have walked out without shipping my product.  But it will be the last.  I suggest using the one in the Target shopping center.  I have always have a great experience with that store.  The address is 1670 E Cheyenne Mountain Blvd Ste F, Colorado Springs, CO 80906

EDIT:  With regards to the comments by the owner:  I can understand fees if they are truly legit, but what I cannot accept is being told it was against UPS rules to put a cover over the hazardous label and then being told that she could do it for $5.

HoneyBaked Ham Holiday Express

I can’t say I’ve visited the store as it has never been open when we’ve wanted to stop by! Crazy! I guess this location is only open during certain holidays. Too bad! We’d be regulars for their yummy sandwiches and for the prepackaged ham slices to make a quick and tasty dinner. Our suggestion: this would be a GREAT location for us and others at round the Broadmoor area. We’d love to see the store open ALL THE TIME!

I really appreciate having this store in Southern Colorado Springs. I love Honey Baked Ham store, but I never go because the only full time store in Colorado Springs is across town and it's too much of a hassle to drive up there. I am so excited to finally have a store near me.

Great selection of hey dudes. We visited 6 stores before this one. This is the only store who had my sons size.

Very good selections and almost always have the size you need! Prices are equal to the rest at least if not lower. And they still offer BOGO!!

Tops Shoes - New Balance Rogers

Very friendly people, bought a pair of slip on shoes. Wore combat boots in the military to run, but when they switched over to running shoes. New Balance was my choice and I have ran for years with them. Have never regretted it. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE . Do not stand behind products. They had no care or concern over a problem with some of their 65$ insoles. I felt they should've lasted longer than 3 months seeing as how they didn't get much use.

Very expensive. Sandals start at around $140. Boots $300+
If spending a lot of money on brand name shoes makes you feel good, then this is place for you!
If not, I'm pretty sure you can find better prices elsewhere.

I went to Tops Shoes looking for a specific shoe. ( which is no longer being made) The staff worked hard to find me replacement ( which they did). I am very happy with my new shoes & will be back when I need new shoes.

Plaza Shoe Store Inc

First time going in definitely will not be the last. The young lady that helped us was terrific, and the Manager who was busy even helped! I am on my feet 18 hrs a day and no matter where I went it was mostly a disappointment. This place cares!!! It’s about customer satisfaction and experience. Pricing was no more than I would have paid on internet and I got to try them on ahead. They even offered to write down the information in case I wanted to think about it or look elsewhere. I bought them and wore them out of the store. They felt that good.

The girl that waited

on me left a lot to be desired. I asked for a good loafer she progressed to tell me that they weren't really in style apparently she doesn't look at fashion magazines
She corrected me several times that the shoes were European numbered not American Well goodie I'm not in Europe I know my own shoe size as American she was not very polite about it
The other young ladies I observed that were waiting on others, seemed to be quite friendly and willing to help. I would certainly pick one of them next time .

Purchased a pair of hiking boots at Plaza Shoes in December of 2022. They wore out very quickly, and despite thinking I should not take them back to see what they could do, I did just that. Upon taking them back, they were very gracious, and attempted to get the shoe company to give me a new pair. Within a few days they called me back and arranged to get me new boots at no cost to me. Plaza Shoe was tremendous to work with, and I plan on buying more shoes in the future. Thanks!

I love the selections. I got some good workout footwear from their boutique, Love them! I really had a great customer experience, the staff are super helpful when I am undecided of what brand I want. highly recommend.

Mallory did such a good job helping us get my wife some new Hoka shoes!  Measured her feet and got the right size and brought out several to choose from...
