Jesse Rodarte from Big O Tires provided me with excellent service. I came in with a cracked front left rim and was wondering on what my options were. He recommended getting new wheels and doing it under Acima financing, which I agreed to and appreciated how fast and convenient it was. I already had in mind of replacing all the rims, so speaking to Jesse about my color and style preferences was smooth as well. I did had to wait a few extra days due to shipping delays, but the overall process and product has been very satisfactory. I love the wheels. I am a satisfied customer and do plan on getting new tires here soon.

Hello all! I’ve brought my car here multiple times and they always treat me so kindly in addition to fixing my car efficiently. Jesse Rodarte in particular always makes me feel heard and in the know. He was extremely generous today when I was in a pickle with a flat tire, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the customer service he provides. Highly recommend this place because they make you feel just as important as your car.
Made an appointment a week in advance. Arrived for the appointment and they took my vehicle. After waiting for a half hour they told me they only had two of the four tires I ordered. Complete waste of my time. I drove to Discount Tire and they had the tires I wanted at the same price and installed them on the spot. This was my attempt at giving Big O a second chance after decades of avoiding them due to poor service. I guess some things never change.
I scheduled an "Winter Healthy Car Special" online, days before my appointment. Since it was during a workday, I called the day before to get an estimate of time I would be waiting there which they quoted 90 minutes. They didn't even pull my car into the garage until 90 minutes after I got there, so in total, I waited over 2.5 hours and they ONLY did the oil change when it should have included an alignment check, fluid top off, air pressure check, tire rotation, etc.
Jesse is a service manager there and he apologized profusely and communicated very effectively and told me I would be receiving a call from his boss, Connor, within the next couple days to figure out what to do. I never received a call, and when I called Connor a week and a half later, he handled the situation very poorly. He talked down to me, had a very condescending tone, and essentially made me feel dumb for asking questions. I will eat the cost just to never have to deal with them again.
