Tops Shoes - New Balance Rogers

Very friendly people, bought a pair of slip on shoes. Wore combat boots in the military to run, but when they switched over to running shoes. New Balance was my choice and I have ran for years with them. Have never regretted it. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE . Do not stand behind products. They had no care or concern over a problem with some of their 65$ insoles. I felt they should've lasted longer than 3 months seeing as how they didn't get much use.

Very expensive. Sandals start at around $140. Boots $300+ If spending a lot of money on brand name shoes makes you feel good, then this is place for you! If not, I'm pretty sure you can find better prices elsewhere.

Tops is at the top when it comes to customer service. Troy and his staff do a great job from start to finish. I'm a loyal customer and appreciate y'all. Ty

I went to Tops Shoes looking for a specific shoe. ( which is no longer being made) The staff worked hard to find me replacement ( which they did). I am very happy with my new shoes & will be back when I need new shoes. Thank you
