First time going in definitely will not be the last. The young lady that helped us was terrific, and the Manager who was busy even helped! I am on my feet 18 hrs a day and no matter where I went it was mostly a disappointment. This place cares!!! It’s about customer satisfaction and experience. Pricing was no more than I would have paid on internet and I got to try them on ahead. They even offered to write down the information in case I wanted to think about it or look elsewhere. I bought them and wore them out of the store. They felt that good.

The selection and quality is wonderful. The girl that waited on me left a lot to be desired. I asked for a good loafer she progressed to tell me that they weren't really in style apparently she doesn't look at fashion magazines She corrected me several times that the shoes were European numbered not American Well goodie I'm not in Europe I know my own shoe size as American she was not very polite about it The other young ladies I observed that were waiting on others, seemed to be quite friendly and willing to help. I would certainly pick one of them next time . The young woman had medium long dark-haired and on the heavier side.

Purchased a pair of hiking boots at Plaza Shoes in December of 2022. They wore out very quickly, and despite thinking I should not take them back to see what they could do, I did just that. Upon taking them back, they were very gracious, and attempted to get the shoe company to give me a new pair. Within a few days they called me back and arranged to get me new boots at no cost to me. Plaza Shoe was tremendous to work with, and I plan on buying more shoes in the future. Thanks!

I love the selections. I got some good workout footwear from their boutique, Love them! I really had a great customer experience, the staff are super helpful when I am undecided of what brand I want. highly recommend.

Mallory did such a good job helping us get my wife some new Hoka shoes! Measured her feet and got the right size and brought out several to choose from... Such a refreshing great experience! Found her just the right ones...
