This group people are what Service looks like! The one star reviews are probably those customers who are "always right". I know from experience this is not always true! I know for a fact, if you want glass done right? Go to A&A Glass!

Just passing through when my windshield was broken. Found this place on google maps. They appeared to be a good group of conscientious folks that worked hard at getting you in and out. After they replaced the windshield I got back on the road but when I got on the highway, I heard a roaring wind noise coming from the lower passenger side. I pulled over and realized it was not sitting tight against the frame. I returned to A&A and explained the situation where the noise was coming from. The technician told me it was probably because the tape came off of the upper corner on the drivers side. I explained it was definitely from the lower right corner so he went back out came in in a few minutes and said you’re ready to go. Once again I got on the road and the wind noise started back up as soon as I got on the highway I didn’t have time to go back a third time so I called and they informed me they couldn’t help me unless I could come back to town. Bad customer service and bad policies. If that indeed is the policy I tried to give them a chance to make it right before I posted this.

The only place that we will go to get a winshield replaced or a rock peck fixed.  Adam is excellent and will take very good care of you!!!

I called A&A the Tuesday after Memorial Day & that same day, they came out to our home & repaired a crack in our windshield that had occurred during the holiday weekend!  I could not have asked for a more prompt, professional, friendly, & fantastic service! Highly recommend this crew for any of your glass needs!

Busted my windshield on a Thursday afternoon. Called them about 3:30 right before they closed. Said they’d have a windshield for me the next morning. Took my Honda in Friday morning at 8 and they were finished by 9:30. They even called my insurance company and handled the claim for me. They also recalibrated everything so I didn’t have to take it to the Honda dealership afterwards. Not to mention they were extremely friendly. Superb service. Highly recommend!

Glass Doctor of Lansing, MI

I am very impressed with this company. I chose them because they quoted the best price for windshield replacement, recalibration, and new wipers. It took about an hour from when I dropped my car off for them to have everything done. The cost also included a 1 year warranty. Windsheild looks great. For reference they quoted me about 500 dollars LESS than safelite and the deal included way more then other companies had to offer.

The price was less than the competition, you know the nationwide one that has terrible customer support reputation, and these guys have a great customer support reputation. I would only give four stars just because I hate how expensive all this stuff is, but the company themselves is five star.

I recently had a windshield replaced by Glass Doctor in Holt.  Their service and communication was very efficient and professional and the staff was friendly.   This was priced fairly and I would go there again for glass any car glass issues.

Quick and easy. Only took a hour to fix my windshield. They came to me which is a plus.

My family owned Pollack Glass so I know something about stone chips and windshields. Do you know how difficult it is to keep a stone chip from spreading?!? We had a stone chip and these fools scheduled a repair almost a month out from when we had the incident happen.We scheduled an appointment with Century Glass and was fixed the same day. This company is absolutely atrocious for a windshield glass company.

Clean Team USA

Working at the clean team was definitely a memorable experience. Some of the staff I knew there worked exceptionally hard without hardly any recognition or accommodations from upper management. The owner, Chaz was probably the most inscrutable, neglectful, and condescending manager I’ve ever had. Our supervisor Jen was the most sweetest and helpful person on management, and Chaz took advantage of that and other hard working employees. For example, my supervisor Jen had just gotten wrist surgery. She literally had carpal tunnel! And a couple days after the surgery we had a call in, and I was the only other person working. Instead of Chaz coming in and covering for Jen. Which he knew she just had this wrist surgery. Jen comes in, and starts working!! with a defective wrist! How is that not a liability? In addition, the building I was suppose to clean was mainly a two person job. And if it wasn’t for Jen, I would’ve been cleaning there for HOURS that night.

Ultimately I ended up just walking out on clean team. Not solely due from the mistreatment from upper management. However, it was communication between other employees and managers were substantially lackluster. For instance, I worked another job and was going to school full time. I consistently told my supervisor that, and it seemed like it went completely over her head every single time I mentioned it to her. Moreover, the driving from one building to another is more draining than the cleaning part itself. Spending almost 1 hour just driving back and forth to different cleaning locations in a 3-5 hour work day. Wild.

Clean Team is a go to cleaning and janitorial contractor in the area for commercial and residential applications.  Having used them for 10+ years, they will always pick up the call, whether it’s janitorial, disaster recovery, carpet cleaning or exterior washing.  Thanks for the service.

Probably the worst place I've ever worked for everybody was uncoordinated and irresponsible supervisors and team leaders are a joke only thing they are worried about is getting back home at the end of the day would not recommend

So my experience was awesome! Loved it. But with most of all companies they begin to grow too big and stop to care for the employees. While I was there the communication between day porters and head office needs better work. There have been countless of people from Mackenzie at dart container to even Gary on the construction crew who feel undervalued after performing and being there for years. Gary has been with the company for almost 20 years and he stated he never really talk to the ceo or anyone else in the office after giving almost 20 years to a company and helping them grow I would’ve expected someone to appreciate him a little more. The pay isn’t the most , I always heard people complain about the pay. The construction crew has the best supervisor who is underrated and handles everything when put against the wall. What I mean is that his boss Jake would schedule several assignments without once again COMMUNICATING with his subordinates to even check to see if he has people for the job and that leaves the supervisor  stretched to make miracles happen with less man power and a lot of work. Shanna and Anna of day porters also complained about their Account Manager name Jess that she doesn’t do her job which is true. You’ll get there at 7 and have to find what car to drive on your own and where your going last minute because she hasn’t done the schedule and Shanna and Anna stepped up. Those 2 should be responsible for day porters they know and do everything. The day porters have stressed that Jessica was inadequate at Auto owners which is why she had to leave their, but due to her being family the day porters feel hopeless for change.  I’m not pushing people against it but there are several problems that if the company could change, then it could blossom before loosing contracts because of unhappy workers and bad communication.

This is a horrible company to work for. They will change your last pay from direct deposit to a paper check. They don't even inform you of doing so. Then you can't even receive your pay check unless you return items or pay for them. They say they are not with holding your pay but because I'm not willing to pay for shirts that they provide and your required to wear your not releasing my pay check to me. Pay or don't get payed for hours worked. Then not only that they remove you from the ehub app so you can't even access your pay stubs.

I'm very satisfied with the outcome! I was ready to pull up my carpet myself. I was able to set an appt and have technicians come out the same day! I was provided with updates! Great price as well! I highly recommend!!

Casey and Kevin Wright came to clean my carpets and they were so kind, professional and helpful. They helped me find things to help keep my carpets clean after their service because I have small children and three dogs. I will definitely call for them again in the near future to help with my slate tiles and area rugs. I enjoyed their time and company and recommend their services entirely.

Could not be happier with the quality of the work that our service team did today! They arrived at 10am, worked through lunch, and left my house at 5pm. They put in an insane amount of work and the quality shows!  We had them clean our tiles and grout and then color seal our grout to make it look like new. That is exactly the result we got! They took me through the house to show me each step of the process to make sure I was happy with the results. They explained my different options in terms of grout sealing and color choices. They helped move furniture back into place when the job was finished. They touched up any areas that I pointed out that I wasn’t satisfied with and fixed them immediately. We talked and laughed and joked as they worked (they were at my house all day, might as well be friendly and talk to them as they work). They were always professional and I would highly recommend their services! I’m very please with the results! Our friends are completely jealous of how “like new” our tiles look now!

Arthur and Brandon were professional. This is the third time I have used them for carpets. I am always very impressed. Everything was explained - there was a dog mess that was not able to completely come up but I was pleased with the improvement considering it had been there for many weeks. It was explained to me that they do many other services. I just did not need them at this time.

Arthur and Kevin did a great job cleaning a couch (which doubles as my dog's favorite sleeping spot).  I had to work from home today while my AC was being replaced, and late in the morning I decided to see about having someone clean my sofa.  Scheduled everything online and was amazed they had a time slot for today.  Arthur and Kevin showed up and were extremely polite and helpful.  Great job, gentlemen.

Ace Handyman Services Bozeman

My awesome handyman Chris installed & hung a large Frame TV for me and I couldn’t be more pleased! He did a great job, was super pleasant, and very professional! I felt really comfortable with him in my home, and I HIGHLY recommend their services!

I had a previous great experience with Chris from ACE Handyman so I decided to book another appointment for more technical services. I had a unique situation with my kitchen plumbing. A former tenant in my property had the garbage disposal removed without my knowledge and the pipes refitted under the kitchen sink. I currently live in the property and wanted/needed the disposal installed. The technician, Oz, was able to install a disposal that I had purchased previously and re-plumb all pipes including the connection from my dishwasher to the garbage disposal. Oz even went above and beyond my expectations by installing the disposal on the side that I preferred rather than the side that would have been easier for him to do. He worked tirelessly until the job was completed even having to make a run to get more supplies. Oz was very courteous, personable, and professional. He has a good work ethic as evidenced by not leaving until the job was done right. Oz also installed a taller, more efficient toilet in my bathroom which Chris bought with my approval and delivered to my home. It was a great experience and I will call ACE Handyman again when I need more help.

This is the third time we booked with Ace Handyman, and it was wonderful! Greg really pays attention to detail and cares about his work. The customer service is excellent and they are great at meeting our needs. Excited to continue working with them for future projects!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring a handyman to tackle a variety of tasks around my home, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, this handyman demonstrated a level of skill, professionalism, and attention to detail that truly set him apart.

First and foremost, communication was outstanding. Right from the initial inquiry, the handyman was prompt in responding to my messages and was accommodating when it came to scheduling the job. Punctuality is something I highly value, and he exceeded my expectations by arriving on time and ready to get to work.

The range of tasks I needed assistance with was diverse, including fixing a leaky faucet, repairing a broken cabinet hinge, and installing a new ceiling fan. Tyler showed up promptly and was very professional. He kept in touch, making sure it was what I wanted done. He did  nice work on our job. I will definitely use Ace , and hopefully Tyler, again.

Alabama Spray Foam

Alabama Spray Foam added blow in insulation to my attic.  I’m very happy with the work that they did.  The guys were very professional and did quality work.  The price was great compared to the other estimates that I got.  I highly recommend Alabama Spray Foam.

Jeremy and Tyler did a phenomenal job all the way from the quote to the installation. Tyler did a great job start to finish with the installation and left my home cleaner then when he arrived. Even though I had a tighter attic they were able to get in there and seal the entire thing. I will certainly have them return for any other spray foam services.

We found Alabama Spray Foam just a couple months ago and we are glad we did. They have sprayed 2 new builds for us now. They show up when they say they are going to and take pride in what they are doing. Cover everything to keep from overspray and leave the jobs looking good. Definitely Recommend.

American Home Centers

I don’t do many views but this one is need! Stay away from Casey the sales guy, Matt the District manager and Ian the owner... these three are a team of destruction! Long story short. I tried to purchase a home from  American Home Center here in Belgrade. It’s been 6 months in the works. I had money down and a price set. Shortly last week I received a phone call from Matt their regional manager telling me I had to pay 100% now. And not what I had initially agreed to but 65,000 more because of what it would cost in today’s market to build.. after talking with Matt about that house already being built a year ago the pricing is crazy. He said he would call Ian and they were doing me a favor by dropping it another 30,000...not much of a favor... here’s the kicker, I actually thought about still buying it and called Matt back after 2 days and he said I quote “ we actually sold that house two days ago” never did anyone from this company call us! I would highly suggest not doing business with this company!
Take your chances people, I am going to still buy another house but it won’t be from these people.

Have dealt with American Home Center in Belgrade Montana for nearly a year - put a deposit on a home and was assured all was good. They now decided because it will cost so much to replace they want an additional $65,000 more for the home , that has been sitting on there lot all this time. We were waiting for the county to approve our septic permit before delivery. American Homes refused to honor the contract - sent deposit back and sold the home before the deposit was even received. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and total disregard they showed for this being someone’s home.

American Homes in Belgrade, Montana is NOT the place to buy your home! They have NO regard for people. They don’t care about anyone but the almighty dollar. We had decided on a home for my mom when the pandemic hit. City governments were running very slowly so obtaining the necessary permits became difficult. We stayed in contact with our salesman, put a hold fee down on the house and signed a 45 day contract. We REPEATEDLY asked if we needed to pay interest or anything more on the house because we knew it was taking up space on their lot. We were REPEATEDLY told no, that they appreciated having a model to show. We are now a couple of weeks from all permits being finalized and we receive a call, at 4:00pm on a Friday, saying that they want 100% payment in less than 10 days and that the price was increased by $65,000!!! They reason given was the cost of building materials has gone up. How can they go up on a house that has already been built???? We received another call 3 days later saying they would take $30,000 off of the increased price if we paid immediately. They then left a message later that day saying our hold fee was being returned to us but we could write a new contract for the increased amount. We called on Thursday, the day we received our hold fee in the mail to find out that they had sold the house the previous Tuesday. THEY SOLD IT!! Our salesman knew this was going to be my Mom’s last home. Her forever home. Never, ever give them your business!!

American Home Centers and all the people associated with them are wonderful.  We've been in our home now 8 months.  In that interim, we've seen 3 more homes be delivered to our subdivision.  All of them had many, many more problems than we had.

I have nothing but good to say about our experience.  Starting with the truck deliverer guys - they were wonderful.  Santiago and Randy, the set-up guys were wonderful.  Ryan and Todd, the painter guys were wonderful.  Cecil and Travis, the "fix-it" guys are wonderful.  Our most favorite person, though, was Mat, our salesperson, who coordinated everything and everyone so that our experience went as smoothly as possible.

Everyone associated with AHC is extremely professional, cheerful, helpful, and excellent examples of what customer service should be (shouts out to Casey and Nikki).  I would do it all again - same house, same people, etc.!

Nice home, was told it was to be delivered July 8, on August 6, the driver called at 9:30 pm from Columbus, mt. Ask how far from Miles city, and service manager followed the home out. The house was set a few days later,     and the anchors were installed 6 weeks later, which held up the skirting. The mudding crew worked very hard done an awsome job, and done other work that wasn't there responsibility.  The carpet job needs redone, and as of September 26, the beautiful home has been sitting here 53 days vacant.
I'm happy for others that have had great service.
We have lost all excitement of getting a new home.
In this area it's becoming the American home joke.

Glass Doctor of Mount Pleasant, MI

Glass Doctor is amazing! We had stone issues on two of our vehicles. He got most or all of the chips repaired. He does an amazing job!

Overall a disappointing experience, despite initially good people - Rocky and Wally. After job we had a flapping noise near top of replaced windshield. Then they repaired next day, which was done right, but left large hard water stains across the entire hood of the car (which a car wash that we paid for did not come out completely).  Left message on third day. No response. Called back and had a rude person Rob at the regional office. Said call back tomorrow, same number - not professional. My opinion, they want to do good, but won't go to the degree necessary to make the customer happy.

2019 GMC 3500 dually with flatbed and headache rack. 8" of clearance and tech refused job. Said flatbed had to be removed for them to install glass. He was more than happy to do the insurance glass on my 2020 equinox. All about the easy jobs.

Great service with a smile. Happy with the result.

Definitely would recommend Wally and Glass Doctor to replace your windshield. Came right to my work and took care of it.

Paul Davis Restoration of Mid-Michigan

John Adams, our project manager, was terrific in coordinating the different skilled trades to replace our kitchen and dining room wood flooring and refinishing all of our first floor wood flooring.  He coordinated demolition of damaged basement ceiling, paneling and flooring with replacement with drywall and painting, and replacement of the basement floor with vinyl tiles.  He coordinated the arrival off the different work crews with our schedule to be as non-disruptive as possible.  His projection of the finish date was on time.  The teams that he engaged were hard working and did good work.  He responded to our concerns by addressing and solving them to our satisfaction.  We are fortunate that he was assigned to our project.  I highly recommend him.

The team we worked with during mitigation explained the process to us clearly, answered all questions and were professional in all matters. I definitely would call Paul Davis again if I needed their services.

They were empathetic during a tough time, worked tirelessly even though they were exhausted from the many emergencies in the area, and simply provided a wonderful customer experience.  When other companies were too busy to even take my name were there quickly and never stopped until the job was done, and done well.  I would recommend them above all others!

Ace Handyman Services Lansing North

The quality of the work, (drywall repair, trim install, mirror hanging) was great, top notch really. The communication, scheduling, and timeliness of the pro who came out was also 10/10.

However, where they lose a star is pricing model. Its already very expensive to have them come out at $100 an hour - but beyond that you also have to pay them $75 PER VISIT. so if you have  a 5 day project you should expect to pay them an extra $375 on top of the base hourly quote just to show up each day. I have a lot of projects around the house i was interested in completing based on the quality of work of the first project but cannot justify this pricing model for more than maybe a one day project.

Needed a handrail installed in order for my home insurance to be renewable. They showed up at the day n time I decided, 10 minutes early. Were clear & concise on expectations, and even came in under the quoted time / budget. Unexpectedly received cedar wood, which is even better than expected. Will have them out again in the spring to repair my deck.

Updated reveiw:  I've chosen to upgrade my rating based on the follow up and satisfactory resolution to my original post. ///// Theinstallation of the garbage disposal and the outlet it went to was done incorrectly and the local branch manager refused to send someone out to double check the work insisted that it was done correctly and that the issue was in the wall and only wanted me to call her referral.  When ever I tried to explain what I thought might be wrong she would cut me off, and just repeat what the worker wrote in his report.  Later that week I discovered another issue my dishwasher would not drain.  The issue with the disposal was not electrical the worker did not break the connector on the hot side of the outlet which is what caused the tripping of the breaker.  Breaking this connector is required so that the dishwasher can have power and the disposal can be controlled by the switch.  Once that was done no further problems with the circuit breaker.  The dishwasher was not draining because he did not remove the plug the manufacturer installed for homes without a dishwasher.  These corrections took 15 minutes, but In my opinion was something doing this type of work should have known.  I suspect that the mistakes were a result of the service person rushing so that he could get to his next assignment.  If the local branch manager had been willing to hear what I had to say and consider the possibility that the problem steamed to something they did, the issues could have been resolved without losing the additional work I need done or losing any recommendation.  I would like a refund for the work done to install the outlet and for a portion of the disposal install, given that it was not done c

Doug Maxson does amazing work! He's the professional sent to us from Ace Handyman Services. Our cat had decided to use our walls as scratching posts, and Doug repaired the damage.  He arrived on time, worked carefully and quickly and explained everything  patiently. We were impressed!

Doug Maxon did an excellent job replacing my mailbox. He was courteous, very professional and went above and beyond in ensuring quality installation work. I highly recommend his services. Thank you, Doug!
