These gentlemen were the best. So polite and knowledgeable. There were very determined to do whatever was needed to stop my new washer from overflowing into my older pipes. They were nicely affordable.  They will my go to for and plumbing or water damage , mold and restoration. Thanks for the amazing job gentlemen.

I left something sitting too close to my glass top and accidentally turned an eye on... Part of my kitchen caught on fire and no matter what I did the smoke smell would not leave! It also damaged part of my countertop and the cabinets right above the stove and black soot got all over the place. Thankfully it was a very small fire.. But PuroClean of Laurel still came out even though it was a small job. They removed the smoke smell, cleaned up all of my items that were covered in soot, and removed the damaged countertop and cabinet so I could replace them. Very sweet guys and I highly recommend them!

About 3weeks ago I noticed black spots on my bathroom ceiling which was getting worse which looked like black mold so I contacted puroclean of laurel who came out and confirmed . They got to work on the issue and got rid of it and also fixed problem that was causing it. I would recommend them to anyone very professional

The wife and I went on vacation for a week only to come home to a busted water line we called puroclean of laureal and they came right out I was amazed  at the job they did on the clean up  and how they were attentive to our needs I would recommend them to anyone

Aire Serv of Southern Michigan

We recently used AireServ (Michigan Center) to replace our HVAC system in our home, as well as to put a mini-split in our outbuilding. We were very pleased with the people we dealt with, especially Mike Cummins and Bryan Schipul, who did the installation. They were both knowledgeable, which is most important, but they were also very polite and friendly. We were completely satisfied with the installations, and couldn't be happier with our purchase. I should also mention that the initial call was made to get service on the existing air conditioner that decided to die just before we were due for some of the hottest weather of the season. Bill came out for the initial service call. He, too, was very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure us into anything. We knew the day to replace and upgrade our systems was in the cards. Mike, the owner, actually made the sales pitch. He offered several options, and did not pressure us into buying anything; just gave us what we needed to make an informed decision. He was very quick to respond with any follow-up questions we had. The staff in the office was also very friendly and responsive. Overall, I think this is a good company to work with.

Our chimney was struck by lightening.  Our boiler vents through that chimney and Aire Serv came out quickly, inspected the boiler and made sure things were good to go.  I have a second  appointment coming up for our annual check up and they were wonderful about the scheduling and sending me previous reports.  I will definitely keep using them.

UPDATE:
Mark the owner called me back after Eileen called me. They are sending out a tech first thing this morning. Will keep this review posted.

Called them before 10pm on an emergency service because my furnace went out. Here it is 4;15am and still no on call tech has called me back to even see if we had alternative method of heat and told the foreign answering service that there were children in the home. Called 3 separate times to try and find out if they’d even make it out, no courtesy call nothing. Was just left to let my home get cold and my children to be cold through the night. Total disappointment from this company.

Thanks Aire Serve, this a big city with a lot of companies that want to treat the customer right. By the way it’s time for a new answering service.

The HVAC technician Bill went above and beyond to provide us with the best quality service possible! He spent 10 hours at our house working tirelessly to repair our AC unit. His work was thorough and he was extremely personable! 10/10 service! Bill was absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend this company! Thank you so much!

Never got a permit to replace my furnace. Gas shut off valve cannot be turned off because it's too close to the floor. They have changed their name since this happened . Attorney general did nothing. They are not BBB accredited either

We have used Aire Serv twice. Both times, the issue was resolved quickly and for a fair price. We got a text reminder of the appointment the day before and updates of the arrival time the day of the appointment.   Our technician today was Stephen Orozco, and he was professional and polite. Stephen answered our questions and cleaned up after himself.  I highly recommend them.

Best service always. The owner is also amazing, when our AC went out, he even brought a window unit to help out until he was able to put our new unit in. These people go above and beyond and the ladies answering the phone are always nice and friendly and return your calls in a timely manner. We really like this company a lot and appreciate their hard work and amazing skills.

Just had Bryan come through and clean my air handler coils and he's a very nice young man and very knowledgeable. After the service I used my anemometer to measure air flow to some of my problem vents and it's nearly doubled. Would recommend 100% and will be using them for all future hvac needs.

Ace Handyman Services Northeast Cincinnati

Our HOA used Ace Handyman Services to replace a front porch railing. They were very easy to work with, and they did good quality work based on the specifications we provided. The price was very reasonable, and at the low end of their estimate. I’m very satisfied with their work, and we plan to use them for future projects.

Steve and Dustin painted my whole house.  They were on time, very professional, did a great job and came in under budget. Chuck at ACE was friendly, helpful and accommodating.  All the guys gave lots of good advice/recommendations.  We will definitely be calling on them for future jobs, big and small.
Dustin came back on 12/14/23.  Installed transition strips, hooked up my washer and dryer and replaced front door latch. Everything done perfectly. Awesome job!  Will be calling them in early 2024 for more help.

Steve was awesome at fixing a few issues we had in our house that were totally unrelated (back door misalignment/locking issue), plaster and blinds. He was friendly, informative, problem solved and did quick work. Thank you!

The technician who came here to my house was absolutely fantastic. Did a great job fix things up just the way I wanted them or as best we could do with what we had to do with. Then I'd have him back in a New York second so you can be proud of him. I mean really proud of him because well he's just a good man and didn't piss around. He just got on it and did it and I'm very satisfied with what he did. You know we can't think back to what it was like 20 years ago when the guy next door come over and work for $20. I don't know what kind of work Paul Davis Restoration does, because we ended up having to tear down our house, but do not hire them to do an estimate for you. They don't work for "you", they work for the insurance companies. I hired them myself, and never received my estimate. They sent it straight to my insurance adjuster where it was re-worked to benefit the insurance company. They would not release their estimate to me in fear of being dropped from the insurance companies' program.  Hire someone who will stand with you!

The clean up was amazing! Very prompt And reliable. Three of the team members who came to my house to help were very friendly and sincere. Thank you for all your help and continued help to come in the next few weeks.

Very knowledgeable and professional.  Kept us informed every step of the way and we are very appreciative of their service.

PuroClean Emergency Services

We went with this company after our basement flooded in March 2023 b/c of reviews.  Well, our experience does not deserve a good review AT ALL!!!.  During the drying process, they were supposed to come check dryers on Friday b/c on Thurs., they said it was almost dry and they removed some fans.  No one ever showed up on Friday or called to say they weren't coming - didn't return until Monday.  When we called to ask about this, we were told we would get a return phone call, which we never got.  We never received an estimate or bill via email or mail.  Randomly, we started seeing charges this summer on our credit card.  When we contacted the office for a itemized statement, we were told they would mail one to us.  They didn't!  When we called again about a statement, we were then told they can't provide this by law and it has to come from our insurance company. Well, which one is it? We were told something different everytime we talked to someone, and we never received any type of correspondence with this company except on the first day.  We find it hard to believe they could not give us a statement/bill. They were not transparent at all, and our card has been charged monthly; until recently, so we assumed our debt was paid.  Now, we get a letter from a lawyer threatening to sue us for an unpaid balance.  How are we supposed to pay the balance if we've ever seen a statement???  I guess we are supposed to read their minds.    We have a high credit score and have always paid our bills.
We are not rrying to get out of our responsibility.  This could have all been avoided if they would have sent a bill or called us back to discuss the matter. We will NEVER use this company again!!!

They came out quick, worked with me so I didn't have to file a claim, and explained every step in detail. Thanks to their awesome work, they were able to save my hardwood floors and wall from a water line break. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

This review is long overdue.  Back in March my parents called me at 4am panicked because they woke up with four and half feet of water in their basement.  Being an insurance professional, they knew that I would know who to call to help take care of the issue.  I called the PuroClean after hours number to speak with someone about the issue and they said that because of the storm they had already asked their teams to come in early so they could get help out to people first thing.  A team showed up first thing in the morning to pump the water that hadn't already receded out of the basement. Once the water was out, the technician explained how the process would be handled through clean up and sanitation.  There was a clear plan in place after the first day which put my parents minds at ease.  They had been planning to list their house for sale and this was an obvious blow to the timeline.  It took a few days to dry everything out and remove what could not be salvaged, after that the rest of the clean up went quickly.  All said an done my parents had their basement completely put back together in about two weeks, which is remarkable when you see how much water there was from the pictures.  PuroClean did a fantastic job with everything and my parents were able to list there house and sell it a few months later.  You never want to have to go through a situation like this but it is nice to know that there are great professionals out there that know how to handle these types of events. Thanks PuroClean.

As I mentioned before I am an insurance professional which requires me to take Continuing Education courses to maintain my license.  Becky and Britni of PuroClean have hands down the best classes in the Dayton area.  They have tons of real world experience and Becky has been doing this long enough to know how to get the group involved which makes the classes actually enjoyable.  They always cater in fantastic food from a local restaurant for lunch!   When the pandemic shut everything down, they didn't miss a beat moving their classes to the virtual environment.  Not as much fun as in person but it allowed me to fulfill my credits needed to renew my license next year.  Thanks Becky and Britni, I look forward to the in person classes again whenever that is.

I walked into my office to find a toilet that overflowed and ran all weekend. I called PuroClean and they were able to dispatch technicians quickly. They were able to extract the water and dry out the floors quickly so there wasn't a need to replace walls or flooring. The technicians were friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

My insurance referred me to PuroClean to assess the water damage on my property. PuroClean got the inspection scheduled quickly. Collin came and inspected my property for moisture and repair work needed. He explained in detail his findings and answered all of my questions.
