I owe Kevin a lot of gratitude for how much he helped us through the process of restoring our property when a fire damaged it. The evening of the fire Kevin showed up with his own supplies to board up the building and walk me through next steps. I cannot recommend this company more. In an age when it's hard to get someone to show up at all, Kevin and his crew go above and beyond.

Kevin did my job himself, and although he could not get a 40+ year old carpet that may not have been cleaned in many years or even totally vacuumed in several months to a year before I moved back in to the house I grew up in to look new again, he was able to get it looking VASTLY better. You should have seen the amount of dirt he got out of that carpet. I *WILL* be calling him again when I need further services.

Kevin and his crew were great to work with l! They did an excellent job rehabilitating our building after the neighbors house caught fire and collapsed onto our. They removed all of the damaged areas and the smoke smell. They showed up to work everyday, and answered our phone calls day and night when we had questions. Thanks so much PURO Clean!!

We recently had a fire in our home.  Never having such a disaster in the past, we were not sure what the first step would be.  A day after the fire, State Farm sent out Kevin and Rhonda Kasper with Puro Clean.  There team was like a white tornado....cleaning every inch of our space.  This team was  professional and friendly and guided us through all the things that needed to be done.  We are 100% satisfied with the job they did and would be happy to share our positive experience with anyone who is a potential customer.

Kevin showed up as quickly as could possibly be expected on a Wednesday night to mitigate a flood that filled our entire bedroom floor and went out into the hallway. Their response was professional, caring, responsive and FANTASTIC! Their communication during the "dry out" process was stellar. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more!

They installed doors on our 75 year old church building. Even running into some issues because of the age of the building, they did a great job.  We highly recommend Glass Doctor.  They arrived to do the job when they said they would, which is a plus!  Their work was professional and the congregation loves their new doors, which is another plus since we put modern doors on an older building.  We have gotten many compliments on the new doors.

My wife was here when tech arrived. I was displeased with the wiring. It just didn’t look professionally done. Also the pricing for parts in our opinion was too high. We had other professionals assess the job and found out that we only needed 2 Lbs of Freon than the 5 Lbs that Airserve wanted to charge us for.

Aire Serv initiated a call for semi annual service. Service tech came early. He did a thorough job and provided feedback including explaining findings. All were friendly, polite, and business-like. Great job by great people.

Outstanding service and excellent customer service. My air conditioning unit was having issues working. Temperature was over 100 degrees, i call them and was able to get a technician out the same day. He was was knowledgeable and has expensive years of experience. He was able to diagnose the unit and discover the problem and replace the part. He took time to show me the problem, and explained everything to me. In addition, he provided me with a detailed invoice with video and pictures. I will highly recommend this company

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, which is unheard of with several other non-emergency HVAC services in the area. The technician gave me a 15 minute courtesy call, which was extremely helpful. He asked about my concerns associated with HVAC in the home, and tailored the work performed to what I needed. I have had a very positive experience with Anthony.  He keeps me updated on the progress weekly.  A wonderful individual to work with.  His knowledge, advice and great sense of humor keeps me going and makes thus experience as pleasant as possible.

Worked for Paul davis a few months. Was the worst experience of my life. They give you absolutely no training. Don't provide you with any tools for the job. Turn over rate is ridiculous. Underpaid. For working in extremely Hazzardous conditions. I brought my own tools to work that was a bad idea things were going missing left and right. The worst work environment I've come across this far.

We had a fire in our school gym over the summer and we're displaced for several months at the start of the school year. Kevin P and his team worked like maniacs to get us back in the building months earlier than we had originally expected. The building wound up looking better than I could have imagined! Couldn't even tell there was extensive soot damage on nearly every surface!

Highly recommend, not only for their quality of work but also the high level of professionalism and customer service they provided to me and my entire staff during this whole situation. Thanks Kevin!

Great experience from start to finish. First, they actually answer their phone. No leaving a voice mail and waiting several days for a call back which has been my experience with other handyman services. Instead, they were able to set up a same day service call with one of their guys, Arden, who was great. He did an excellent job, went above and beyond and left the work area spotless. They will definitely be my go to company for any home repairs going forward.

Lauren was great from the start, best customer service communication i've ever had. And Arden did a fantastic job mounting my 65in tv, he's very precise and was cordial. The whole experience reminded me of how things used to be, like the old mom n pop stores, will definitely use them for any future projects. Thank you both!!

This was our first experience with Ace Handyman Service. We were very pleased with the customer service we received when scheduling and the appreciated the call the night-before to confirm our service call the next day. Our "handyman", Josh, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, polite, and personable. Our issue was that our dryer vent hose had came loose and was laying in the the crawl space. Josh had to crawl under the house, a very small and tight crawl space. He removed the old hose and then installed a new dryer vent hose under the house and attached to our dryer inside the house. The hose had previously not been installed well (by the builder) and Josh ran the hose in a more efficient way into the laundry room. He did an amazing job for us, we are very pleased with Josh's work. We would certainly recommend to anyone - even our friends!

Arden did a great job! He could do everything on my list, with excellent results, and he finished the work in a timely manner. The Admin staff deserve kudos too, for all the coordination and technical support. Winning team.

This was a fast and easy process to get through.

HORRIBLE QUALITY & INSTALLATION.  Had a shower door installed 2 years ago that has never stopped leaking.  Glass Doctor came out twice to try to fix it UNSUCCESSFULLY!  Not responsive after several emails and pics sent to them since the failed attempts.  Very unprofessional by not responding or communicating about a job that was poorly done and never fixed.  Highly recommend not using Glass Doctor for any project.

I was in accident and needed my quarter glass replaced. They got my glass there in a day and got it installed the next day. Great place, very responsive and excellent work done. Definitely recommend.

These are trustworthy, good people to do business with.  They sent a tech out to my house almost immediately.  He was honest and didn't overcharge.  John is fantastic.  We definitely will use them again for any of our heating/cooling needs.

Air conditioner wasn't cooling house, called and John came out. Looked around and quickly found problem and fixed it. Was very knowledgeable as well answering any and all questions I had. Highly recommend and will use service again if/when needed.

Mike was very knowledgeable on what we needed. Fair price and was enable to get things rolling ASAP. We needed a new A/C before the predicted 90 degree weather. 😎

If you ever hire this company for service or installation of equipment, make sure you check and double check every last detail of your order. I have had two interactions with this company:
1. I bought a new A/C system from them. I had originally got a quote from  another company, and I asked Aire Serv for a comparable offer for a 16 seer Amana system. They came in slightly cheaper so I went with them. Turns out they delivered a 14.5 seer unit and claimed it was 16 seer. I contacted them about this, and got an agreement over the phone for them to refunc $300. This was two years ago, still have not seen the check. Make sure if you deal with them to get EVERYTHING in writing, down to the last detail.
2. As part of the new A/C installation, they offered a free system checkup. I forgot to book this last year, so this year when I turned the A/C on it behaved a little weird (but still provided cooling), so I called them to come do a system check. Turns out they sent a guy on an after-hours emergency ticket to diagnose my problem for $159. Did not want to argue with him, so I paid him and said I would clear it up with the office, not remembering what company I was dealing with. I called them the next day (a week ago), left a voicemail explaining the situation and asked them to call back. No call so far.
Conclusion: This is a company that will try to rip you off any way they can, with no sense of customer service. The only contact I will ever have with this company in the future is to attempt to get some of my money back. Customer beware!

I called to get a quote on having my windshield replaced. The girl I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable about the process of getting on the books. I was able to schedule the install within 1 business day from calling and they came to my office to do the job. They touched base multiple times leading up to their arrival to let me know what time they would be there and confirm my location. The price was the cheapest in town and I'm very pleased with the finished job. Definitely will recommend to anyone needing glass work. And will definitely use them again in the future for my own needs.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor of West Monroe, Louisiana. Initially I had my windshield replaced and a day later, an 18-wheeler slung a rock and cracked the new windshield. I brought it to Glass Doctor and Donald ordered a new replacement which was covered under warranty and they installed it at my place of employment.
