Great experience from start to finish. First, they actually answer their phone. No leaving a voice mail and waiting several days for a call back which has been my experience with other handyman services. Instead, they were able to set up a same day service call with one of their guys, Arden, who was great. He did an excellent job, went above and beyond and left the work area spotless. They will definitely be my go to company for any home repairs going forward.

Lauren was great from the start, best customer service communication i've ever had. And Arden did a fantastic job mounting my 65in tv, he's very precise and was cordial. The whole experience reminded me of how things used to be, like the old mom n pop stores, will definitely use them for any future projects. Thank you both!!

This was our first experience with Ace Handyman Service. We were very pleased with the customer service we received when scheduling and the appreciated the call the night-before to confirm our service call the next day. Our "handyman", Josh, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, polite, and personable. Our issue was that our dryer vent hose had came loose and was laying in the the crawl space. Josh had to crawl under the house, a very small and tight crawl space. He removed the old hose and then installed a new dryer vent hose under the house and attached to our dryer inside the house. The hose had previously not been installed well (by the builder) and Josh ran the hose in a more efficient way into the laundry room. He did an amazing job for us, we are very pleased with Josh's work. We would certainly recommend to anyone - even our friends!

Arden did a great job! He could do everything on my list, with excellent results, and he finished the work in a timely manner. The Admin staff deserve kudos too, for all the coordination and technical support. Winning team.
