My wife was here when tech arrived. I was displeased with the wiring. It just didn’t look professionally done. Also the pricing for parts in our opinion was too high. We had other professionals assess the job and found out that we only needed 2 Lbs of Freon than the 5 Lbs that Airserve wanted to charge us for.

Aire Serv initiated a call for semi annual service. Service tech came early. He did a thorough job and provided feedback including explaining findings. All were friendly, polite, and business-like. Great job by great people.

Outstanding service and excellent customer service. My air conditioning unit was having issues working. Temperature was over 100 degrees, i call them and was able to get a technician out the same day. He was was knowledgeable and has expensive years of experience. He was able to diagnose the unit and discover the problem and replace the part. He took time to show me the problem, and explained everything to me. In addition, he provided me with a detailed invoice with video and pictures. I will highly recommend this company

We have been a customer of Air Serv for 3plus years. Pete, Carlos, Chris, and Owen, have always been very respectful and very prompt. We've even had to call them out on a Sunday afternoon they did not hesitate to come and our problem was resolved immediately that day. Keep up the good work. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, which is unheard of with several other non-emergency HVAC services in the area. The technician gave me a 15 minute courtesy call, which was extremely helpful. He asked about my concerns associated with HVAC in the home, and tailored the work performed to what I needed. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness, and I will be using Aire Serve in the future as well as recommending them to others! Thank you!
