We had a great experience with PuroClean when we had stormwater back up into the basement of our rental property. There are always hiccups with any clean up and renovation, but everyone at PuroClean was very responsive to inquiries and tried to make it as easy as possible for us.

The work performed was of high quality. Our insurance covered everything, but I didn't feel as if PuroClean tried to squeeze money out of our insurance company, either. Their repair prices were fair and on par with other renovations we have had done.

I would work with them again!

The whole team was very detail oriented and meticulous in the remodel & water damage in our kitchen.  We especially thank Jessica Beck for keeping us informed every step of the way.  The kitchen looks amazing!!  Thank you PuroClean for assisting us during our remodeling!

extremely professional, polite, and PROMPT cleaners! They were the first to contact me back (even after a 24/7 365 service was contacted) they STILL responded first. The survey was polite and very prompt, calm and very kind and understanding of a stressful situation. Not only this, but WEEKS after my cleaning was completed, they reached out to check in and make sure I was alright, and even brought by a care package of cleaning supplies because I was a low income household. If you want a cleaning company that goes FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND what you were expecting, there is no better company in all of lafayette.

They gave an estimate with a list of things they'd do, when they came they did a fraction of it, saying they didn't REALLY need to do all of what they had in estimate and got angry/defensive. (even though other contractors agreed all of that needed done in their estimates). and still charged full price. they Refused price line/itemized request. Had to hire someone else to finish the job. Avoid, but if your forced to use them, Ask for itemized estimate up front in case they bait and switch you too.

My dad used PuroClean.  The owner was punctual and very professional.  Workers were also very punctual and did a wonderful job

Glass Doctor of Michigan City

Setup appointment to get windshield chips repaired before traveling it out town.  They took the booking and confirmed the appointment four times across two days then waited till the day before the appointment to call me at the end of the day and say they won't work on my car because it's a Tesla.  They said a new employee booked it but several different people called and confirmed.

By waiting so long they made it impossible for me to get an appointment somewhere else before my trip.

Would NOT recommended this company regardless of what vehicle you have.  They could have taken responsibility for their mistake but like most people now adays, they chose to break their commitment.  Bad business ethics...

Decent price for used glass, but that’s it. TERRIBLE customer service and work.
Had my window broken while at a hotel in Michigan city so had to find a place that could replace the window with it raining the whole week while I was working. I work 7 days a week so I dropped my car off while they were closed, they repaired the window but left most of the glass still in my door the repair man was like ya I couldn’t get it out so you have glass in there and the window doesn’t go down all the way unfortunately. I’m like why would you install it without making sure all the glass is cleaned out of it along with the window not closing all the way because it’s hitting the glass. He’s like you could take it off again if you want. I’m like what’s the point of getting here and paying you guys if I’m gonna have to do it myself. I then called the office to speak to a manager about the issue and it was brushed off and they wouldn’t even give me a refund or discount. Would not recommend this place

Our dog jumped on a window in our home when he saw his arch enemy walking by outside and broke the double pane glass!  Thank goodness he was not injured but then we were left with a huge hole in our window! Called a couple places for estimates but was really impressed with the gentlemen that came out for the estimate - knew the dimensions and the type of glass right away (still took accurate measurements).  Assured me that they could cut the glass and be out ASAP.  The next day they came out to install - good as new!  Highly recommend Glass Doctor (I used the Crown Point location) and will not hesitate to use them again in the future but I hope not for this type of situation! :)  Thanks team!

Good work, he would have got 5 stars but he was a hour late.

Glass Doctor is a great place for windshield replacement.  They did a perfect replacement for me and I was in and out of there in less then two hours.  Dependable and quality work.  You won't go wrong having them do your replacement.  I give them 5 stars for what they did for me.

Schrader Metal has done a great job for me. Built a new gutter and downspout for an unusual patio cover. New support beams wrapped, that I never have to paint. Ordered and installed a new furnace in the dead of winter. Gene is super to work with. Excellent product and craftsmanship!  Highly recommend them.

Schrader Metal has done multiple HVAC jobs for me. In every interaction, they have been extremely responsive, always fair, and produced the highest quality work possible.  They never cut corners that other contractors do, and their work is top notch.  You cannot find a better company.

We have used Schrader Metal for 30 years and I have always found them prompt, attentive to my concerns and problems and completely helpful. Their employees are honest and hardworking. I would recommend them for all your HVAC needs. You won't regret it!

I have done HVAC business with Schrader Metal and Design for about 5 years now and I am very happy with the results.   I have done  more than 6 projects involving HVAC systems and 4 of them are commercial in the last year and one half.   All were done in a timely manner with professional employees.   Schrader Metal probably has the best rating in the state for especially large projects such as schools, larger commercial buildings and other  properties.    5 Star rating for me.

PuroClean of Green Bay

Long read but worth it (please make sure to see update at the end of the post):
I am not sure I have words to express my extreme agitation with this company.  I work in insurance at an agency.  I had called the Oshkosh office (whom I have worked with many times in the past and found to be wonderful) to come handle my claim but they did not have the personal, so they dispatched the Green Bay office that is under new ownership of Bob and possibly others.  The first contact went well when they packed out my belongings after a small fire.  It quickly went downhill from there.  After a month in a hotel my belongings were returned.  Within hours of my furniture being returned to my apartment a horrific odor presented itself.  I called and emailed with them several times regarding my concern.  After several weeks they sent Rachel out who agree that there is an odor present.  She insists that it is not coming from the furniture.  I have asked them to remove the furniture from my home and they have failed to comply.  They keep insisting that the furniture is clean.  Clearly common sense is not a strength of anyone in this company.  I had been back in the unit for 2 days prior the furniture returning and no smell.  Furniture comes back and now a ongoing smell.  It has been over a month of living with this smell and at this point I have zero faith in this company at all.  Communication has been spotty at best.  They expressed to my agent that they are afraid that they will not get paid for their services if they admit that they could not get the furniture clean.  They would get paid their job was to attempt and hopefully get it clean.  They failed and now they are continuing to fail by not addressing the issue in a commonsense manner.  The company in charge of my soft washable items Smoke out that they subcontract with had to wash my clothing, blankets and other items over 5 times in order to remove the smell.  Those items still have not yet been returned so the odor is not coming from them. Ive added a few photos to show how I am trying to deal with the continuing odors.  It has been almost two months of living with the smell and still no resolution or response from company on what the game plan is.

It took me a good long while to updated due to the prior horrific experience.  But to be fair once Brandon Peronto who is Account Manager showed up in my work office just doing his rounds and I had him come in my office and close the door that is when things turned around abruptly for the better.   Brandon is a reasonable human who listened to my concerns and was able to help me get resolution within the week.  I was able to replace my furniture and that and a good carpet shampooing once the smelling items were removed was able to resolve the stench in my apartment.  I will update my rating to a 3-star review based purely on my interactions with Brandon.  I have noticed however that there are random small things missing from my items along the lines of 2 items from my knife block ect.  I do feel like that may have been done by staff that were sick of dealing with my insistence that they handle my claim correctly.  Not enough to bother me but does make me laugh at the perceived pettiness.

PuroClean did such an outstanding job when our sump pump failed and we had so much water damage in our finished basement area. Our first contact with Bob Lepel sealed the deal with us to use this company. From start to finish, he stayed in contact with us and made sure we were always up to date on the process of restoring that area. His employees were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. We would recommend Bob and PuroClean to anyone needing restoration work done.

People preliminarily friendly, helpful.  Crew did not clean up after removing our siding, there were siding nails all over the ground that I had to clean up ( see pics).  Manager Bob was unresponsive to a month of inquiries on uncompleted & questionable tasks as well as returning of our damaged possessions from cleaning. More than 2 months after our fire I finally gave up on getting an answer to questions, contacted office about our possessions, they were responsive.

From first contact to the completion of the work, PuroClean of Green Bay met all expectations. From speed to doing a professional job. If needed I will use again.

We had water damage at our summer home from a broke refrigerator line. PuroClean came out within two hours after our initial call. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and walked us through the whole process. They also assisted us with the insurance claim. We highly recommend PuroClean!

Premier Pools & Spas

We had a great experience with Premier Pools.   If you're thinking about putting in a pool do yourself a favor - call Premier and ask for Lenard.  Lenard designed our pool - he was knowledgeable, great to work with and got us exactly what we wanted.   Once you sign the contract - ask for Jack to be your project manager.   I could write a book on how much me and my family loved working with Jack.  Jack is awesome - he cares, communicates and works very hard to ensure you get exactly what you want.   Even after our pool was completed, Jack was in our area on another project and stopped by our house just to say hello and tell my wife happy mothers day (it was mothers day) - great project manager but an even more amazing person.   One thing you have to keep in mind is building a pool is construction - it's a coordinated effort of a multitude of crews that have to do things in a certain order.  So yes, there are hicups and delays due to uncontrollable events (weather, city inspections, etc..) and yes, there was piles of debris and mud at times and yes, there was some inconveniences BUT they're all temporary and inconsequential compared to a life time of fun in the sun in your pool with family and friends.   Deciding to put in a pool is a big decision and investment so hire Premier and do it right.  Great warranty, locked pricing, national bargaining power, internal scheduling and crews - Premiere Pools.

Premiere Pools did an amazing job finishing our pool build after prior builder failed to finish the job. Project Manager Kiki and crew were knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. Great customer service and quality work. Premiere Pools took over a nightmare situation and turned it into our dream pool. We would recommend them 100%. Thanks guys!

Please do not use this builder! Our pool was built in 2020 and looked beautiful initially. 3 years later, you can see what your pool will look like. Not only will it be absolutely hideous, but you will be paying thousands of dollars monthly to the water company due to leaks throughout your pool. This is what we are going through and still owe over 100k on our defective pool. Normal spider cracks can happen- we have cracking throughout our pool in areas over 1/2" wide and have been advised by local engineers that this 100% is due to structural defects. As with other reviewers, we were confident in our choice after being told that our pool would be backed by the National brand located in California. Our builder was the Lakeway Franchise, Braidy Baird, and they are now closed (I wonder why). I tried reaching out multiple times to the other local PPAS, John Curl, and he will not respond. John built half of our pool before opening his own franchise. Furthermore, our Salesman, Kelly Peel, is now the owner of Lakeside Custom Pools. I have tried to reach out to him multiple times with no response simply to ask a few questions about our build. Lastly, I've reached out to Paul Porter directly, who is the owner of the National Brand PPAS, completely unresponsive. None of these individuals have any integrity and DO NOT CARE ONCE THEY ARE PAID! You will be stuck with a nightmare in the ground. You will be happy for a year and then you will start noticing that your pool is starting to collapse. Their construction is structurally defective and you will not be backed up by the national brand! Please read these reviews so that you do not have to go through this! We feel like we have been conned and are looking into legal representation, we have no choice.

Terrible experience with Premier Pools and Spas in Georgetown/North Austin! They left us with a giant dirt hole in our yard and never built our pool! They took our dream and turned it into a horrible nightmare!
Per the city’s BDS director, they provided an inaccurate survey omitting critical information in order to obtain a permit under false pretenses, which, per the city would not have been approved if the accurate information was disclosed. If they weren’t dishonest, we would still have our money and our beautiful yard!
They also lied to the BBB when we filed a claim against them (you can read full details of what happened on the BBB website).
We finally had no choice but to hire an attorney. The owner is dishonest and left us without the beautiful yard we loved or the pool we dreamed of. We lost everything including our children’s playground and all trees and landscaping and are left with tens of thousands of dollars in debt due to their negligent and fraudulent business practices.
If they reply to this review, they are likely going to try and say that our contract was with the previous owner or a different franchise, but that's simply not true, and a whole separate issue where the previous owner fraudulently signed a contract AFTER he sold the company to this new owner.
Both offices and owners are dishonest and refused to take responsibility and accountability for their negligent actions and I strongly advise against using this company!
If and when things go wrong the corporate office will claim zero liability or responsibility. Do not fall for their advertising as a national company because the franchises all just use the same marketing materials which greatly misrepresent this branch or their quality of work and corporate is simply a marketing platform and nothing more. Below are the photos of what we were promised and what we got, our destroyed yard, as well as photos of what it looked like before they destroyed it, all due to their deceptive and unethical business practice!
Also if someone posts a negative review on their Facebook page they delete it and block them! This shows the extent and lengths they go through to manipulate and hide the truth!

Premier Pools and Spas provided exceptional service in building our backyard pool. They were very communicative throughout the process, and we were kept informed every step of the way. The quality of the build was outstanding, and the team was always professional and friendly. The final product is a beautiful, well-built pool that we are extremely happy with. I highly recommend Premier Pools and Spas for anyone looking for a top-quality pool builder in Central Texas.  Perhaps more importantly, we have required a couple warranty repairs.  In both cases, Premier stayed in communication the entire time, and the repair was made when promised and at great quality.

I went into the store to get a windshield for my vehicle they told me they couldn’t get a windshield for my Nissan car at all. I thought that was very strange. I gave them my number and said call me when you can get one I never received a call. Then several months later I had a broken window at my house from a lawn mower throwing a rock. They took 4 weeks to show up and the guy measured it and never returned. Someone text me a quote and I said that’s fine they never replied or came back. I’ll never use them for anything again not sure what’s going on but the worst service ever.
