After 3 years of use and abuse by kids, friends and even some adults our light colored couch and carpet needed to be replaced. Wanting to get the house cleaned up before EAA and not having enough time to replace them, cleaning was my only option.

PuroClean was responsive to calls and emails. The service tech was on time; actually called to see if he could come in early. And the results were amazing.

I wouldn't say it looks like "new". But they easily erased two and a half years abuse from what I would consider professional mess makers.

The picture is an example of before/after with just a single pass on the arm of the couch. The difference is simply amazing.

When my family's large finished basement took on water, we knew it would be bad. We called Puroclean on a recommendation from my neighbor who is a contractor, and we were not disappointed. They were at our house within a half hour and began working shortly thereafter. They tore up carpet, subfloor, and who knows what else. In less than two days they had our 2000+ square foot basement completely dried out. The crew were extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They let me work along with them, answered all of my questions (including the dumb ones), and even let me borrow their tools. They worked with us and our insurance company and kept our costs down. Puroclean really took great care of my house and my family and I can't thank them enough. I'd recommend them to anyone. If your basement gets wet, call Puroclean. Seriously. You won't be disappointed.

Went in to get my windshield replaced today and the technician who replaced my windshield cut my interior pieces with a razor and also broke some of the clips that hold my cowl down and didn’t bother to tell me before I left until I saw it myself.

Very friendly and knowledgeable workers. Loved my glass shower door. Everything was just how I wanted it. The next day after install we had a slight problem with our glass shower door shutting right. Called them up and they very understanding and came out right away to get it fixed. I would use them again for sure.

It took a long time from initial consult to finish. It was a bit pricy, but I needed the door done.  The admin on the phone was very rude when I asked her about their warranty. Her response was "Oh, Lord Jesus, she wants it in writing". Pretty unprofessional. But the door was installed and seems to be working well for one week now.

10/10 RECOMMEND! They were fast, professional, and so easy to work with. The guys that installed our windows did an awesome job!

These guys are very responsive and true to their word. I contacted Will explaining to him I needed a cracked windshield replaced asap in order to pass state inspection. Although they were super busy he made room and squeezed me in near closing time. The tech who came was very professional and courteous. I valvue service like this and encourage anyone with windshield issues to look no further then the Glass Doctor.

I’d give zero stars if possible. They may provide quality service, but I was never given the chance to find out. I called about a fairly big project ($4k+), and was hardly given the time of day. I reached out at least three times attempting to at least get someone to check out the area I needed treated, and got absolutely nowhere. I just found it astonishing that I had to make the efforts I did, for a company that does this type of work.

***the response below doesn’t address the phone calls I made AFTER the email, or the text exchange that happened AFTER as well. I guess post a review if you want to get a response (none of the info mentioned, like the structure damage being done first, was EVER mentioned or discussed as a way forward). You all handled it all very portly, and your reply is just an attempt to cover yourselves.

Our preschooler decided to make our bathtub into a pool...needless to say, we needed these guys to fix the water damage done to our bathroom floor and walls. They did a great job, we're so relieved!

Loved thier work and hiw well they worked with us through the whole thing.  Definitely would recommend them to do anything.

Aire Serv took over a botched install of a complete HVAC (furnace & AC) by another company.  Worked with manufacturer for warranty AC replacement even though previous installer didn’t register what they installed/sold us, which also hadn’t been the right AC for the furnace.  Jason came out to evaluate what we had, ductwork & took measurements to make sure they installed what we needed.
Jacob & Artie are very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, on time and took care of all the problems the previous installer left us with.

Had a rock kick up and chip my wind shield. Called them and they were able to get me in the next morning (could've done the same day but my own obligations prevented that). Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am and it was ready to go by my lunch break. Everything was already handled with my insurance I was able to get my keys and go about my day. Fantastic, convenient service! When the technician at Glass Doctor drove my vehicle from the parking lot into the shop, he left my parking brake fully engaged. I’m not sure how this happens, but he proceeded to drive my truck at least 50 ft into the shop. My truck made a horrible screeching noise the whole way as he negligently didn’t notice why my truck didn’t seem to be driving properly. The windshield itself seems good, besides the technicians leaving a mess of black adhesive on my car’s exterior. Now, my vehicle’s brake system has received unnecessary and excessive wear, and all they offered was an inspection of my brakes through another business. Being my word against theirs, I received nothing in return. For anyone who cares for their vehicle in the long run, I would highly discourage you to bring your car here.

We recently needed a quick glass repair on a double pane window,  Glass Doctor came out the same day to measure.  They offered a competitive price and quoted a 1-week lead time, however, they had the glass ready the next day and installed it the following day.  The new pane matches the existing panes perfectly.  We will definitely use Glass Doctor of Crown Point for our glass needs in the future.

Technician Aaron was awesome. Came out fast after I called to schedule estimate, measured quickly, less than 5 mins; and when he came back out to place single pane window, he was done in 20 mins or less. Office staff seemed confused about me placing estimate request online, and also I had to call to schedule my own appointment after giving my deposit for the work the day before. When I called glass was there and ready to be placed but no one called me? Same issue with  the estimate, woman I spoke to said that I was scheduled for that day but nobody called to tell me. Was two different people, but would think this would have been in the system or a call would’ve been made. Minor inconveniences, but the fact that the work was done well and fast I’m ok with it! Online estimate requested Sunday. Window placed Wednesday.

I had my windshield replaced yesterday morning, and I could not be happier. Jane and Shawn are so friendly and helpful. I love their dogs there too. My windshield looks great! Hopefully, I don't have another rock flying towards me on 65 again, but if it does and if it cracks my windshield again, then I know who to go to.

I was less than impressed with this business. From the very beginning, I felt uncomfortable with this company and should have followed my intuition and not ordered. Despite seeing the negative reviews, I ordered the French doors since I was told they were solid wood. After receiving a sample to check the color of the stain, I discovered that these doors were in fact not solid Mahogany. When I called to get to the bottom of it, I discovered I was sold a door that had some type of compressed particle board interior with only a very thin Mahogany veneer. I immediately cancelled my order and with the other company I was contemplating which was more expensive but was solid Mahogany doors. I felt this company was not knowledgeable enough about their product to make me a comfortable buyer from the get go. To top it off, Liz their main and only "salesperson" seemed rude and not too interested in saleing products and Dave seemed to be the only other person you could speak with when there was an issue. Management was non-existent which is never a good sign for any company. Thankfully, I discovered the discrepancy early and cancelled before my door was in production so I could receive a full refund.

I noticed a water stain on my ceiling. I called and within an hour, Micheal showed up to my home and inspected the damage, diagnosed the root cause and immediately implemented preventive measures, and came up with a comprehensive plan to make ensure security of ac unit by replacement. I’m very pleased with my new ac unit, but what I’m most impressed by is the level of professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to completing this task with temperatures in the attic of over 115 degrees. Bobby Rodgers…. I found to be very knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional during the whole installation process. Any questions I had about the installation were answered as well as questions about the software app. He was diligent in his work ethic, and consistent even under unfavorable conditions. All that effort in the heat, to keep my family cool. I’m really impressed by him and the whole team. I have had a positive, productive experience and I strongly recommend their services.
