I owe Kevin a lot of gratitude for how much he helped us through the process of restoring our property when a fire damaged it. The evening of the fire Kevin showed up with his own supplies to board up the building and walk me through next steps. I cannot recommend this company more. In an age when it's hard to get someone to show up at all, Kevin and his crew go above and beyond.

Kevin did my job himself, and although he could not get a 40+ year old carpet that may not have been cleaned in many years or even totally vacuumed in several months to a year before I moved back in to the house I grew up in to look new again, he was able to get it looking VASTLY better. You should have seen the amount of dirt he got out of that carpet. I *WILL* be calling him again when I need further services.

Kevin and his crew were great to work with l! They did an excellent job rehabilitating our building after the neighbors house caught fire and collapsed onto our. They removed all of the damaged areas and the smoke smell. They showed up to work everyday, and answered our phone calls day and night when we had questions. Thanks so much PURO Clean!!

We recently had a fire in our home. Never having such a disaster in the past, we were not sure what the first step would be. A day after the fire, State Farm sent out Kevin and Rhonda Kasper with Puro Clean. There team was like a white tornado....cleaning every inch of our space. This team was professional and friendly and guided us through all the things that needed to be done. We are 100% satisfied with the job they did and would be happy to share our positive experience with anyone who is a potential customer.

Kevin showed up as quickly as could possibly be expected on a Wednesday night to mitigate a flood that filled our entire bedroom floor and went out into the hallway. Their response was professional, caring, responsive and FANTASTIC! Their communication during the "dry out" process was stellar. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more!
