I had the best experience with 123 Glass Company! They explained everything to me, talked to me about my options, and helped me make a decision thats best for my car. As a female, I don't always get the best treatment at auto repair shops but I felt extremely comfortable here. They were super fast to repair my windshield and I would recommend this place to everyone!

PuroClean of East Wichita

My mother and I came from out of town to find ourselves in a overwhelming situation with a sick family members house. When I pulled up restoration service in that area I decided to call PuroClean and that was the best decision! Tim and Lauren were able to meet with us right away, access the situation, let us know what would be done. They worked with us long distance, keeping us informed of the progress every step of the way and did a wonderful job. We weren't able to get back there for 6 months, Lauren and Tim held onto the keys for us, and Lauren even offered to go over and turn on the heat for us when she saw the weather was gonna get cold. When we returned to pack things and try to sell the house, Lauren had connections for someone to remove what we did not want and to a wonderful realtor who sold the place in a few days, she was just a angel sent to us. Tim and Lauren went above and beyond in there job and to help us with our difficult situation and we can not thank them enough!

My basement flooded during a big rainstorm. Tim was on-site within 24 hours of my call with him. He was great. He extracted all the water, made sure none of the drywall was in jeopardy, removed and replaced all the carpet pad and dried everything out completely. Once everything was dried out, he treated everything to prevent mold growth. Wouldn’t you know, 2 weeks later it rained really bad again, and he came back out to check in everything. This time I just needed a few fans and he was happy to help. Tim is very professional, easy to work with, trust worthy, fair in price and was always in time. He explained everything to me as he worked. Gave me some tips on how to try to prevent future flooding. I would recommend his company to all my friends.

Tim was excellent and extremely helpful with everything. I had some minor flooding in my basement and he assisted in the cleanup as well as helping pinpoint where the most likely culprit was. He gave me an excellent price and discount as well and was overall a joy to have work. Lauren was very friendly and helpful as well. I’m very pleased I went with them, not only to support local businesses but because the level of service and friendliness shown was absolutely incredible. This company’s service performance was top notch. We had a water pipe break in the basement, and they came out the first day. They kept us informed throughout and worked with our insurance company. Tim and Lauren are very professional and knowledgeable people. Completed the job on a timely and thorough manner. We we’re completely satisfied in the service they provided and would highly recommend them for any restoration needs.

Omaha Door & Window

We had ODW install full-frame, triple-paned ProVia windows in our living room, dining room, and kitchen, and a pocket install in a laundry room. They also installed a ProVia patio door with blinds between the glass in our dining room. Shawn in sales was helpful and patient as we decided on a company for the work. The windows came in a lot earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise to get everything done by Christmas (especially with the warmer days in December this year). Josh and his crew worked efficiently and seemed very capable. So far, so good on the window quality but we haven’t had much weather yet to test them. All in all a very positive experience! The only constructive criticism would be that we have been finding nails on the carpet (thankfully not with our feet), so being more careful to keep track of those when installing would be good. Otherwise, we’re very happy with the turnaround time, professionalism of the staff, and price overall (you get what you pay for). Photos show the new windows … they are only on the first floor of the house.

Our new door looks great.  The installers did a great job!  They hauled away the old door and left a very clean work area.
The only issue we had was with the billing department. They changed my name.  It took me a few tries to get it corrected.  Finally corrected! Thank you. Gregg and Patricia Ratliff

Kelly and Victor did a good quality installation of our garage door.  Was mindful of cleaning any and all debris as a result of removing the old garage door, and hand cleaned any hand marks caused during the installation of the new door. Great job, thank you.

We recently had an exterior and storm door replaced. We had used them before many years ago and was completely satisfied with the company and workers then. Omaha Door and Window did an excellent job again. The quality of the doors and the installation were top notch.

We received excellent service from ODW, from the initial sales call to the final installation.  The doors we had installed were of high quality and look great.  The installer was friendly, efficient, and skilled.  We will definitely do business with this company again.  Highly recommend ODW.

ABC Seamless of Nebraska

Absolutely love my new ABC Seamless steel roof.  No more fixing shingles from high winds or leaks.  Guys did fantastic work and kept job site cleaned up

Had a 3-season sunroom put on a couple years ago & a new deck added this year.  Jon did an amazing job on both projects.  His pride shows in his work!

My wife and I contracted ABC Seamless to put all new gutters on our home in June of 2019.  They came and finished the work in late July that same year.  The color match was good and the workmanship looked solid, until the following spring.

The following spring, we noticed a downspout extension had fallen off.  We contacted ABC in late April or early May and requested they come fix the issue, as the gutters were less than one year old and should not be falling off.  We also had a couple minor issues that we asked to be addressed.  Essentially, we requested a longer downspout extension to resolve both issues.

This was where things went sideways.  Through May, June, and July we continued to contact ABC to request them to come fix these issues.  They were contacted by phone, by email, by their website chat function, through their website contact form, and left several voice mails.  Sometime in the beginning of July, I was contacted by the person who was going to fix the issue, “Thursday.”  Thursday came and no one showed up.

Eventually, I sent 2 or 3 more written messages letting ABC know I would be posting my truthful experience on several websites and through Social Media if they continued to ignore my requests.  I was contacted the next day and told someone would be out Friday to fix my issues.

Friday came and they did send someone out who tried to fix my issues.  The pictures show how my issues were fixed.  Both downspout extensions look terrible.  One isn’t even screwed in.  The other was cut so poorly the jagged edge cut my son’s foot as he brushed against it.

After waiting nearly 3 months, the gutters looked worse after they "fixed" them!

For what we paid for these gutters, I am left unimpressed by the workmanship and amazed at the lack of professionalism in their follow up.  I cannot and would not recommend them for any project, see as how my family was treated for what I would consider minor issues with fairly easy fixes.  My family and I were treated extremely poorly and unprofessionally.  With downspouts falling off the house after less than a year, the workmanship was exceptionally bad as well.  Buyer Beware.

***Edited to add: After several reviews, pictures, and a complaint posted through the BBB; ABC Seamless came back out to fix the issues.  The same person that "fixed" them the first time was the used the second time.  I requested he come get me before he left so that I could inspect the work.  He showed up before 7am and then PRETENDED to ring the doorbell before leaving.  I guess I'd be embarrassed, too.

I'm still disappointed in the lack of professionalism and poor workmanship.  I will begrudgingly give them credit for FINALLY fixing the issues, but I will ultimately recommend against anyone using them in the future.  I added a single star to my review for addressing the issue.

We used ABC Seamless for our metal siding, storm door, and sliding door. We are very pleased with all the products. The crew (Ben and crew) were extremely knowledgeable, professional  and pleasant to have on our jobsite. They always had solutions to difficult tasks and worked long hours to complete the job in a timely manner. I would recommend their expertise to others. I would also like to mention that the professional office staff was great.

ABC installed our new siding and gutters. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Jason and the siding crew did an excellent job and clean up was good. The gutter squad, Williams crew worked quickly too!  We love how everything looks!

Metro Fence

Cannot talk them up enough, they estimated approximately 4 weeks on install on a 6 foot wood privacy fence, which was quicker than most, came in below many of the bids I got, and had it installed within 2 weeks instead! The fence looks great, they covered all of my concerns with making sure my dogs would be secured, and were great to work with! Definitely recommend!

We had a large privacy fence put up and we couldn’t be happier with the service we got from Metro Fence. From the manager to the installer’s it was great! We had an issue with a small area of the fence and the crew was here at our earliest convenience, took down the area in question and re-did it. Very impressed with this company.

Best price without cutting corners. They put my fence right where they said they would. Took down an old wood fence and put up a new vinyl fence in just four days on a large property.

We called around for 5 quotes before selecting Metro Fence and the fence turned out great!  They gave us a good price and took care of our requests without issue.  Highly recommend!

We had a very poor experience with Metro Fence. We got quotes from several companies and we went with Metro Fence, in part, because of the cost. But communication after the quote was terrible. We were ultimately charged over $800 more than we had been quoted on one of the fences (18% over budget) and we had no idea that extra charges were coming until we got the bill. The paperwork we signed did say footage was an estimate and we'd be charged for fence holes that had to be dug by hand. But there was no reason they should have measured the fence length wrong (they said it was because of a change we approved, but that DECREASED the footage). And they said they had to hand dig EVERY SINGLE hole. If that was the case, they probably had an idea of that in advance and should have communicated with us. There was another extra charge that was also a communication issue. If they had communicated along the way, this could have turned out differently. We're also not even happy with aspects of the install, which they were dismissive of.

American Fence Company - Omaha

Sales person professional, prompt and followed up regularly. Once my project was scheduled, I was given weekly updates and there were no hidden costs. My final bill was exactly what the quote said it would be.

Great experience working with American Fence Company. Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly. Penny is the office was especially great. I love the way the fence looks. And the workmanship appears to be excellent. Can't recommend AFC highly enough. You can't go wrong!

We replaced an old chain-link fence in our backyard with a new vinyl fence installed by American Fence Company. The whole experience was so simple and painless. Both our estimator (Steve) and the office contact (Penny) were so professional and responsive, and that was very reassuring. They completed the project ahead of the quoted timeframe, and the end result looks great! On top of that, they beat out 3 other companies on price during the bidding process. We will definitely hire them again for any fencing needs.

They do a great job, but you need patience because it will take a while to complete.  In fact, I am still waiting for the entire project to be complete.  Don't get me wrong. When the posts are dug, set, and cured, the actual fence erection only took a few man days to complete... and that's even taking bald days off because of grueling heat conditions.   Safety first!! Totally understandable! But the fence is up now, and it looks great.  Now I am just waiting on repairs on my sprinkler system.  Folks, this is where you will need to keep on them.  It seemed like I had to call them about the damaged sprinkler system.  Then call them a week later to get an update.  Then wait for almost another week to get a response.  Oh well, I guess it's a good thing three city is asking for a voluntary water restriction right now.  There you have it - my experience with this company.
Oh, by the way,  I highly recommend getting their sprinkle system damage insurance.

Once The fence was fabricated they had the posts up and came back soon after to put up the fence! Easy to work with. Seemed very knowledgeable and confident! Finished product was very satisfactory!!

THREE BROTHERS GARAGE DOORS

I'm very pleased with this company. Had a spring break on the garage door, called Wednesday late afternoon and they worked me in and was here as planned at 8am. Mauro was fast, courteous and polite and replaced the springs and fixed the safety sensor the correct way. The lady I talked to on the phone was also polite and courteous. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Best company I have worked with in a long time!

I have used the former Coates Garage door for 15+ years. I was anxious about the ownership change to 3 bros., but decided to give then a try. After a couple of follow up phone calls without resolution, I was finally able to get a repair scheduled. Ameila stated she would call for payment when tech was onsite. When Amelia called for payment, she stated there would be an addtl' 3.5% to pay by card, & did not provide any other payment option other than meeting onsite to pay. Payment policy should be covered prior to sending techs out, & as a small business owner it is poor practice to pass along processing fees to customers. Especially LOYAL ones. #BringBackCoates

Excellent. One of the best businesses I've ever dealt with. I had a stuck garage door, one of two 38 year old doors. I called at 7:15 AM and Mauro was out at 10 AM. The secretary called and let me know when he would arrive. He replaced 8 worn out pullies in both doors and got everything back in alignment after 38 years of use. Both doors now operate like new. What took him a half hour would have taken me a couple of days. And the best part was the pricing. VERY reasonable. Mauro, a very pleasant young man, even liked our big scary looking dogs.

Three Brothers did an amazing job installing my new door.  They were a pleasure to work with from Amelia in the office to Joseph doing the install.  I love it and it gives my home much better curb appeal!  Thank You!

I have been using AireServ for several years now and continue to be satisfied with their service and professionalism. They always show when scheduled and are on time. Communication is great from office staff to techs, and quality continues to be great. I have used them for minor repairs as well as a full furnace replacement. I value the honesty and transparency of the salesman as well as their techs. I wish I could find a reliable and trustworthy company like AireServ for all types of my home maintenance and repairs!

I called Aire Serv of CB a call to come look at the boiler in my home. Hayden estimated its age was original with the home 1954. He did not recommend running the boiler as it was unsafe. He gave an estimated quote to replace the boiler and said it would take a couple of days to get me an actual estimate. Within 2 days he had the quote to me, and it was on the lower end of the verbal estimate he had given me 2 days prior. I decided to go with Aire Serv. Hayden and Shaden were able to install my new boiler the day prior to temps falling into the 20s at night. The boiler did not seem working the next morning and Hayden came out that day and fixed the problem. I haven't had any problems since. There are not that many HVAC specialists in this area that know about and install boilers. I am very happy that I decided to go with Aire Serv of Council Bluffs.

Called AireServ when my AC went out. They were able to send someone out that day. Even though I needed a new unit, the repairman was able to fix the old one well enough to last a few days until they could install the new one. The install crew was also very professional and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Would give more stars if I could.

We had a unique situation that Airserv was super accommodating for. First we thought we were going to need an A/C installed right after new homeowners moved in and then that deal fell through. On the next deal we had to have it installed the day of closing and Airserv made it happen. Thanks guys!

Glass Doctor of Council Bluffs

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
I went to the location in Omaha, but these are affiliated.
I needed to get my windshield replaced due to a small crack. I had an appointment scheduled and they didn't even take my car in until 3-4 hours after that. Trish said they couldn't do it because it was raining, if they did it at the scheduled time it would've been done.
Trish rescheduled me to another day, and again it was raining so they couldn't do the repair. However, the technician touched my car/windshield (although they couldn't fix it that day) and made the crack larger AND created a new 6-8 inch crack (See photo). They didn't even bother to let me know, I realized when I picked it up.
At this point, I asked Trish for a refund and wanted to go elsewhere. Trish told me that isn't necessary and that she'll get manager approval to give me a partial refund. For some reason I agreed to this.
They installed the new windshield and Trish said I'll be receiving a $200 refund within 5-7 days. It's been 1 MONTH and there is still no refund. I call consistently and ask the status, Trish keep saying it's pending, it'll post in a couple days, and that they've switched vendors so it's taking longer than normal. No one in their right mind, knows that it takes over a month to receive a refund. It's now to the point where whenever I call Trish sends me right to voicemail and Matt, the owner, won't even speak to me.
THIS BUSINESS IS PATHETIC AND HAS NO INTEGRITY. STAY AWAY!

By far the most professional glass repair company that I have had the pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately, we had 3 of our 4 cars require windshield repairs, all within a few months of each other. And each time, Glass Doctor of C.B. was quick, courteous, explained everything in detail and performed quality work. They even called me back when I called the first time, but I had hung up before giving them a chance to answer as I had forgotten to grab my insurance info prior to calling.
Kudos to Dillon, the gentleman that did our repairs, and also Ally at the front desk. You both are amazing!

Glass Doctor took care of my rock chip on my windshield while I waited. The employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. Had a rock crack windshield.Tried these guys because they were in Statefarms network. They replaced windshield as promised. Wipers got reinstalled out of alignment and there was wind sound coming from windshield now. Took it back and Dylan was so polite and eager to make it right. They did not give up until both issues were resolved. Highly recommend them. Trustworthy.

They were able to get me in faster than expected.  They worked with my insurance company seamlessly.  Very informative and professional, and courteous staff!  I will call them first for my auto glass repair.  I also learned they do shower glass installs, and home and business glass as well.

Top of The Line Steel Buildings LLC

It’s been 8weeks and still no building. Was supposed to be installed on 12-21-20 and when I called to confirm, to my surprise they are closed until 01-04-21. No communication to let me know anything. Very unprofessional. Also, when you call, the message says if you require assistance press 1, then it hangs up! Terrible customer service.
