I have been using AireServ for several years now and continue to be satisfied with their service and professionalism. They always show when scheduled and are on time. Communication is great from office staff to techs, and quality continues to be great. I have used them for minor repairs as well as a full furnace replacement. I value the honesty and transparency of the salesman as well as their techs. I wish I could find a reliable and trustworthy company like AireServ for all types of my home maintenance and repairs!

I called Aire Serv of CB a call to come look at the boiler in my home. Hayden estimated its age was original with the home 1954. He did not recommend running the boiler as it was unsafe. He gave an estimated quote to replace the boiler and said it would take a couple of days to get me an actual estimate. Within 2 days he had the quote to me, and it was on the lower end of the verbal estimate he had given me 2 days prior. I decided to go with Aire Serv. Hayden and Shaden were able to install my new boiler the day prior to temps falling into the 20s at night. The boiler did not seem working the next morning and Hayden came out that day and fixed the problem. I haven't had any problems since. There are not that many HVAC specialists in this area that know about and install boilers. I am very happy that I decided to go with Aire Serv of Council Bluffs.

Called AireServ when my AC went out. They were able to send someone out that day. Even though I needed a new unit, the repairman was able to fix the old one well enough to last a few days until they could install the new one. The install crew was also very professional and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Would give more stars if I could.

We had a unique situation that Airserv was super accommodating for. First we thought we were going to need an A/C installed right after new homeowners moved in and then that deal fell through. On the next deal we had to have it installed the day of closing and Airserv made it happen. Thanks guys!
