They have communicated with me on 10/29 (Tylor) warning that I needed to remove the review in order to get paid.
I have screenshots of how this "manager" has threatened to make all the checks owed to me not get paid.
This company has only shown no type of professionalism. They think because I am a minority I will let them treat me with no respect. That's going towards Tylor who thinks they can disrespect the people that work for me. And no I will not delete my review. I want everyone who's thinking of working as a subcontractor for this company to think twice. They will not pay & only threat you.
I will continue to warn everyone trying to work for this company as a subcontractor.

To the people that are currently working for them, be careful. You start a job for them & they don't let you finish the job with some excuse that the client refuse to get the job done or the materials will not arrive on time. Just for that moment of not finishing that job they will not pay the remaining balance due.
I will not get tired of fighting for my money. You know why, because that money I worked very hard for. I did not steal it or won the lottery. So of course I will continue to fight. Since I seen how many more subcontractors they owed to, we are making this companies rich with our hard work money they are stealing!!  Privileged companies stealing from the minorities who work hard everyday.

They did a great job on my Father in Laws home when his entire ceiling collapsed. Cleaned up, repaired, and replaced all affected material. I went to bat for other items that needed to be included with the insurance company and got all returned to where it should be.

Their team was very helpful at my mother's home. Showed up when scheduled, did the work promised and for the price promised. They even helped her with removing items from her basement not initially affected by the remediation issue. Overall a positive experience for an unpleasant situation for her.

I give a 5 star rating.  The crew was a pleasure to work with and so very efficient in getting the work done in record time.  I would not hesitate to use Paul Davis again if need be, and I would certainly recommend them.  The phase 2 part is now underway, and I am confident that their expert work will continue.

The work in my basement has been completed, and I am so very pleased. Steve Burton has gone above and beyond in making sure everything was well done.  I was comfortable in dealing with the work crews, and I will continue to sing the praises of Paul David Restoration.

I called Paul Davis to get an estimate on some mold remediation in our home.  Jeff was able to come out the next day and take a look.  After relaying my concern that I didn't know where water was coming in to create the mold issue, Jeff took his time and looked around the exterior and interior of the home to try to find a cause.  After not finding any obvious problem spots, he took a look inside the wall where we were having issues and immediately realized that mold was not the problem, it was a termite infestation.  He then went a step further and suggested some next steps to take if we wanted to save money and tackle some of the necessary renovations ourselves after the termites had been treated.

I was extremely pleased with Jeff's above and beyond service, especially since I had actually gotten two mold remediation quotes prior to calling Paul Davis.  Both of those companies came out, measured the wall in question, and estimated about $1,500 to remedy the situation.  Neither of those companies looked closely to help determine what was causing the problem.  I'm glad I made the call and met with Jeff--he just saved me $1,500 in unneeded mold remediation costs.

Glass Doctor of St. Joseph, MO

This company has great customer service.  Employees are getting the job done! They came to my home to see what I needed and gave me an estimate. They quickly ordered the glass I needed, and installment was completed as promised.

I needed a replacement glass for my RV rear window. The Glass Doctor ordered it and when it arrived it came without the frame! Mark, the installer, was able to fit the glass into the old frame. It looks awesome! Everyone at the Glass Doctor was very helpful from the very beginning. I would highly recommend The Glass Doctor for any of your replacement window needs!

Going back and forth to KU hospital with husband cancer surgery. Dropped off to keep my Jeep and work it in with new windshield install to get vehicle license. They did immediately after I dropped off and ready 2 hrs later and receptionist so nice and empathy for my situation. Thank you plus cheaper then other places and convient location!! Thank you!!

I had been fighting a problem window for over two years and found Glass Doctor. I was having trouble even getting anyone to come to our house because we live in the country and the first company I had came out and did a very poor job. Glass Doctor showed up when they were supposed to and did the work they were supposed to in a timely and professional manner.

Craig, Sean, and the team were awesome! When I called to schedule they could get me in the next day. Everyone I talked to in the office was responsive and has great customer service. Their services are an amazing and at a great price! They cleaned the house and got the carpets cleaned before I moved into a new house. I highly recommend them!!

This is our second time using AFC. Shawn did a great job explaining the process ahead of cleaning our carpets. He had great recommendations on how best to clean higher traffic and pet areas. Our carpets are clean and the house smells nice and fresh! We will definitely call again.

Wonderful team! I called AFC after 5 on a Friday on a holiday weekend and they had a crew out to my house within an hour. They were quick, friendly and went above and beyond to get the water out of our basement and try to save our belongings. We are so grateful that they were able to get things cleaned up quickly and that they worked late on a Friday.

PuroClean of Olathe

PuroClean did top notch restoration work for us following a fire.  They started the day after the fire and worked through the weekend.  They completed most aspects of the restoration including hanging cupboards, painting, fixing trim, etc. in a week.   All personnel were friendly and professional. I would completely , absolutely recommend this company.

Our pipe busted in the basement theater area of our home on 23 December. These folks came in and did water remediation that night. They set up fans and did a lot of water extraction to keep the damage as minimal as possible. They took a lot of photos of all the damaged areas, all the water readings, and all of the debris that was taken out of the house for insurance purposes. Everything they did was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend their services for horrible situation as we had.

This is 100% the company to use if you have any water/mold/fire/etc. needs. The workers that have been to our home have been extremely kind and extremely good at explaining everything to use. Obviously we are not happy to have water damage in our new home but I am very happy this was the company to take care of it, excellent customer service and very very knowledgeable about each aspect of what they are doing and why they are doing it. If we need anything in the future(hoping not though) we would never use any other company besides this one and would always recommend this one to anyone we know in need.

A Total Door, Inc.

My garage door quit working after we moved into our new house nine days ago! Austin and Seth came and fixed our door! They were wonderful! Very nice to work with, and our garage door is now working…Yay, to two hard working guys.

Richard Hammond with A Total Door came out for a service call and got my door working again. Our door was damaged in a storm. He was great and got straight to work. I'd definitely have him come out to service our garage door again. Thanks Richard!

Total Door quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the garage door opener. They did an expert job and provided great service. The previous company sent by my home warranty company said the opener was fine (which I knew it wasn't) and only wanted to sell me a whole new garage door at the price of over $2,000 (which surprisingly was to include a new opener). Total Door recognized that it was the opener that was broken, and that the door was fine. I highly recommend Total Door.

Richard did an excellent job installing our garage doors.  Hard to believe that one guy can remove and install three garage doors all by himself in one day!

From misery to ecstasy! Our small, old commercial building had 2 steel framed glass exterior doors, both with issues - sticky, hard to lock, slow closing............. and more. Based on our comments and photos A Total Door gave us a tentative bid which we thought was reasonable, and scheduled an appointment promptly. Two techs arrived, diagnosed all the [multiple] issues on both doors, fixed them including replacing a couple of parts - and then told us the fixes were less complicated than their bid, so charged us about half of the [reasonable] bid. And all the while were professional and even fun guests in our space. Fast? Check. Professional? Check. Competent and qualified? Check check.

I recently hired a handyman from Ace Handyman Service to replace the frames and sills of four windows in my home that were suffering from wood rot. We had contacted several contractors for bids for our job. It had been 4 months and we only got one bid and it was extremely high. I found Ace Handyman online. I called on Monday and they were working by Thursday. They showed up right on time, did the work as bid and the price was exactly as quoted. They took great care of our flooring while they did demo and even cleaned up after. I would highly recommend them.

This group did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel and fireplace remodel! Our previous contractor had left us hanging after my husband had done all the demolition on our master bathroom. I contacted Lauri and she and her team got started right away! Moving plumbing, moving walls, running electrical, tile, installing shower, vanity, soaker tub, toilet. They removed the outdated fireplace front and shiplapped and tiled it. The guys all showed up on time, worked hard, were very knowledgable, and were professional. I am a very picky person and their attention to detail was GREAT! I enjoyed working with them. My team consisted of Chris, Frank, Jeremy, Daniel, Jon. I would highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call them again!

They contacted me through angi listing and came out to give bid for garage renovation.  Chris (GM) didn't seem too friendly as he stared me up and down a couple times and was a bit rude with his responses. Only time he started being a little more friendly was when it was time for him to leave. Received an email a day or two ago, stating they can't proceed with my job due to structural damages or whatever. I didn't know there was such a thing, and if it was, not sure why he didn't just provide the feedback when he was here, instead of getting my hopes up that they were going to be able to assist, since they are supposedly the "best", and then sending an email just to tell me they weren't going to take on the job.

Dave and Grady did an excellent job. We had significant wood rot around our deck door and they replaced the door frame, threshold, and installed a new door. It looks brand new again. They also fixed two other doors (front, basement) so they would open/close easier and replaced locks. Grady returned for another time to complete the job and did an outstanding job. He had great vision to swap out the used deck door for the basement door (they had just installed a new deck door so the used one was not needed anymore and in better shape than the basement door). He saved us money by using what we had instead of suggesting we buy another new door. Grady was thorough and so knowledgeable. He was easy to communicate with and pleasant. Dave was as well. This was our first experience with Ace Handyman Services and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

COIT Cleaning and Restoration

We’ve used them twice. The first time was for an emergency pet issue, they came right away and were so thorough. When it was time to clean our ducts, it was no question they’d be the ones to call. Once again professional and courteous, they explained the process and what to expect afterwards. Definitely recommend them!

We had our air ducts cleaned and entryway stairs shampooed. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They were also very friendly and professional. Will definetly use in the future and recommend to anyone!

Brian arrived on time for our carpet cleaning appointment. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and got right to work.  I asked if he could clean my husband's favorite chair - which he did - and it looks like new!  I will definitely be using Coit again for any carpet or furniture needs in the future.

The duct cleaning is amazing. I confess I had some doubt, my house seemed so dirty and I bought a good furnace filter. I went from dusting 3x a week to just once a week, I am so impressed! My house is so clean now!

Brian has been cleaning our carpets for years. I was a little surprised to see a new employee show up this time, but he did an awesome job as well, even attempting and succeeding at getting some slime out that had been in for years.

Thermal King Windows

Very happy with Thermal King and our new James Hardie board siding. Davis was great to work with. The subcontractor did fantastic work. Quick, professional, skilled, hard workers, and cleaned up well after themselves. Highly recommend. The siding looks wonderful and we have had so many compliments. Thanks Thermal King!

Thermal King replaced all 11 of my windows and my patio door. Eddie gave a great product demonstration, much better than the other 3 companies I got bids from. I am very happy with everything and the installers did a great job. The whole house seems brighter. The only drawback I experienced was the time to start the installation. I was told 10-12 weeks, but it ended up being 16 weeks, which they said was due to a back log at the warehouse. I would recommend them to others to at least give them a chance if you are considering replacing windows.

UPDATE. They replaced the worst of the leaking bowed windows as promised. These seem to be good. When the winter winds hit we will know for sure. If they are fixed, the rest will be replaced with this fix.

Have had them out several times. They have stuffed enough fuzzy caterpillars in some windows are impossible to open. Wind blows through between their window and their frame. Their screens turn to powder after a year. They came out today. Said they are going to replace the windows that were bowed.

Thermal King Windows has amazing service, employees and finished products! From our salesperson Andrew who was beyond through, transparent & friendly to the hardworking and super efficient crew who assembled our beautiful new 8 windows and Steve who made a house visit to adjust our screens the very next day. They are great about communication, pricing was definitely worth it and the quality is so great! Would highly recommend them.

Thermal King did a fantastic job with removing our bay window & putting in a custom picture window. They also did a new large custom slider for our patio remodel which is gorgeous. There was a delay due to custom factory pieces but, they kept in communication throughout & got it done perfectly! There team is also fantastic & knowledgeable!
We are super happy with the end results & would definitely recommend them to family & friends!
