Darin and Brian are both awesome!  They have now sold two houses for us and Darin found us our dream house in the country. Darin is very knowledgeable and knows the value of your home and will sell it FAST!  Brian takes the best photos and will help with staging and decluttering your home. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend both of them.

We are so thankful that we were able to work with Darin and his team. We live out of state and we needed to sell my parents home. They did a great job of watching over the house until it went on the market and they took care of arranging any repairs needed. The house went on the market on a Thursday and we accepted a great offer three days later. Our closing was yesterday and everything went so smoothly and stress free. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would without hesitation. I believe I worked with the owner today on an old AC unit that stopped spinning. I recently purchased a new fan motor, start capacitor, and fuses. Everything was installed and working well until 2 days ago. I brought in the start capacitor and fuses to get tested and found one of the fuses was bad. I was advised the capacitor was good and given kindly a new set of fuses. After putting back the capacitor and new fuses the ac unit and fan kicked back on!! You guys are a true life saver!!!

THE best place to get parts for appliances here in Wichita. Stoves, Washers, Dryers, Refrigeration (including filters), A/C systems and more: Washers Spec has got it. IF they don't, they can help you get it. Will always use them going forward.

Only place around this area that truly knows what they have and knows their business. The team there is always helpful and quick.  The "Big Box" stores are not even close.....

Air Source Heating & Air Conditioning

I usually have Brandon come service our systems. He is so so good at what he does. So polite and would highly
recommend Brandon and Air Source for maintenance.

However today, I met Dakota and Philip who came to my home to complete winter maintenance.  I am at awe over these two men. So nice, on time, knowledgeable and provided recommended information. They also told me of how we could save and have better quality air.  There was no pressure. They offered information and answered all my questions. So Brandon you are still good but Dakota and Philip were a wonderful hidden gem I didn’t know about. I highly recommend any of these guys!!  Thank you for a great job and educating me on new technology available and savings I could take advantage of.  I love Air Source!

Thanks to our technician Brandon for getting our system back up today. I’m a first time customer and they were able to come out the same day.

I had been told by another company I need a new compressor and I called for a second opinion.  Sure glad we did - Brandon found that our unit actually had a leak!

He repaired the leak and charged the system!  We were elated that our system could be repaired tonight.

Last week when temperatures were 102 plus my A/C quit.  Called Air Source they come out that morning and fixed A/C in no time.  They are a great company.  I use them for my 3 rental as well as my personal home.  You can't go wrong with Air Source.

We truly appreciated the team coming in and assessing our commercial situation with our A/C units, giving us valuable advice and being honest about what they needed to do versus what we could do in order to save us some money. A quality team that we’ll definitely use again!

First time using their service. Had problems with two rental properties air conditioning. Showed up in timely fashion despite heavy call load and diagnosed and fixed both problems as quickly as possible and at a reasonable rate. Will definitely use again. Seem honest and professional. I live out of state and this is very important in my situation. Definite 5 star review.

Great place! My wife needed a whole new windshield. After calling several places and receiving similar quotes we called Metro. The quote was nearly $100 less than the others. The work was done quickly, professionally and perfectly. It’s no fun to replace glass but when you need to - call them first!

Not only was I quoted a price that was better than several others shops, when I picked up the car they told me that my car has an automatic calibration system so they took that off the bill.  Lowered it another $300 bucks.  I would have never known. That is 💯% honesty at its finest.  Great workmanship and service.

Kansas Fence Co., Inc.

Phenomenal response time when we had an accident on property that wiped out a patio fence.  They came in within the next couple days and had it replaced--- looked like the accident never happened.  We have them installing another one for us in the coming weeks for another patio.  Extremely professional with quality results.  Highly recommend!

Paid 9k for a fence that lasted18 months. Called once a week for a month to repair. Still no response.  Do not recommend.

Would not recommend. Could not even get the bid to me. There communications are very poor and they dont return calls or show up when they say they are.

We are thrilled with the fence.John and his crew did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Also, appreciate all that Jordan did for us.

I would not recommend services of any kind from this company. Paul Davis was assigned to me from insurance. There were several communicative and ethical issues throughout our entire collaboration. My contractor made several changes to the contract without my knowledge and then proceeded to have me sign the contract after the work was done. The quality of work was of very low standards. There was work completed such as painting closet doors in which were deemed acceptable while the underlying wood was still exposed. A project that was estimated to take one month continued for four. There were times I did not hear from my contractor for weeks at a time. They had the excuse of staffing issues. But also had no resolution. Unprofessional, disappointing, and poor communication. I would advocate to find other options if insurance suggests Paul Davis.

Everyone was very congenial, courteous, professional, accessible and timely to work with. The workmanship was very good quality as well. From the mitigation project manager Edwin, the project director Josh, the foreman Marc, to all the reconstruction workers, everyone was great to work with. I would definitely use Paul Davis in the future and highly recommend them.

Bill Kirby was my contractor. My project required help from 3 separate groups, each group was respectful to my house and informative to me. Everything was done timely, Bill stopped by to check daily on the progress. The whole process went smoothly and I think that was due to Bill monitoring the whole process.

Paul Davis responded quickly and timely to a very tragic situation. We greatly appreciate their professionalism, organization, compassion/customer service. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who would be needing their services.

Paul davis has been wonderful Getting our lives back to normal after our house caught on fire. If made sure that we are aware of every step of the process in our insurance claim as well as the restoration process on our house. They work very well with our insurance company making it minimum hassles for us. I highly recommend them.

Very responsive and professional, which goes a long way trying to find good a handyman. However, he missed caulking the entire top of the window. I did it myself because there was a chance of snow.

I was extremely impressed with the office staff and the Craftsman, Eric!  Everything was coordinated swiftly and easily.  I am having them do another job for me next week and will refer them to anyone I can.  Eric did an outstanding job and got everything done for me the same day.  Angie arranged the job for me and was very efficient and friendly!  Money well spent!

George did exceptional work for me hanging a swing , a makeup mirror and curtains rods. He was on time, polite, professional and efficiently used the time I had booked.  Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic service, and Dan was a pleasure to have in my home doing the work.  It was a relatively small job (tv mounting and furniture assembly), but I will definitely use them again.
