Cannot talk them up enough, they estimated approximately 4 weeks on install on a 6 foot wood privacy fence, which was quicker than most, came in below many of the bids I got, and had it installed within 2 weeks instead! The fence looks great, they covered all of my concerns with making sure my dogs would be secured, and were great to work with! Definitely recommend!
We had a large privacy fence put up and we couldn’t be happier with the service we got from Metro Fence. From the manager to the installer’s it was great! We had an issue with a small area of the fence and the crew was here at our earliest convenience, took down the area in question and re-did it. Very impressed with this company.
Best price without cutting corners. They put my fence right where they said they would. Took down an old wood fence and put up a new vinyl fence in just four days on a large property.
We called around for 5 quotes before selecting Metro Fence and the fence turned out great! They gave us a good price and took care of our requests without issue. Highly recommend!
We had a very poor experience with Metro Fence. We got quotes from several companies and we went with Metro Fence, in part, because of the cost. But communication after the quote was terrible. We were ultimately charged over $800 more than we had been quoted on one of the fences (18% over budget) and we had no idea that extra charges were coming until we got the bill. The paperwork we signed did say footage was an estimate and we'd be charged for fence holes that had to be dug by hand. But there was no reason they should have measured the fence length wrong (they said it was because of a change we approved, but that DECREASED the footage). And they said they had to hand dig EVERY SINGLE hole. If that was the case, they probably had an idea of that in advance and should have communicated with us. There was another extra charge that was also a communication issue. If they had communicated along the way, this could have turned out differently. We're also not even happy with aspects of the install, which they were dismissive of.
