I'm an occasional woodworking hobbiest recently moved into the area.  I found RBM Lumber online and called them about S4S for a small furniture project.  Super helpful over the phone, and then in their amazing warehouse of lumber, flooring, siding, and custom doors.  My new favorite project resource!

Great products and helpful employees. Just order early as they get booked out far sometimes.

It is an amazing resource for slabs, siding, flooring,  interior wood, and a lot of things that I haven't seen yet! Huge warehouses, huge stock of it all. And an amazing group of knowledgeable, very helpful staff. I'd drive 100 miles to go to this place :)

We called and were able to get an appointment the very next day.  We had 2 small chips in our windshield we were in and out in no time with very reasonable prices.  Staff was very polite and courteous.  Highly recommend this facility!!!

The Glass Doctor is a professional, clean, respectful, knowledgeable, and prompt business. They will be my “go to” place for glass repair from now on. After several failed attempts by another business in town to fix my windshield, I visited the glass doctor. They provided prompt, efficient service and were able to get an appointment to fix my windshield the following morning. It was finished within 45 minutes as opposed to more than 2 hours by the other business I had originally visited. The owner was understanding and professional. My truck is finally fixed! Fantastic service! I smoked a bird at 70MPH and it blew my windshield out. I saw they were voted best in the Flathead for windshield replacements so I thought I’d give them a try over the National chain I’ve used in the past. They even had one in stock for my truck. They did same day appointment and had great customer service. The little things like cleaning up the broken glass inside the truck stood out to me. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for anyone needing glass work.

Montana Fence

Montana Fence was an all around fantastic company to work with. They squeezed in my materials purchase for a fence I was building myself right before the end of the season and had my stuff delivered by Friday so I could get going on the weekend. The sales guy, Barry, was terrific, and the delivery driver, Tony, was cut from the same cloth. Great company with great people and great prices. Thanks again y'all!

Added on some fencing at my house. Some 6' cedar pickets. Some 4' metal panels. Including a 27' rolling gate with pickets, and a man gate for the 4' section. Got all the materials from Montana Fence. I worked with Shawn throughout the whole process, and couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was thoughtful, patient, and efficient every time I called or came in. He caught an error I was making when ordering the large gate that would have cost me over $1000! And props to the guys in the fab shop because the gates fit perfectly. I was also quite pleased with material quality and price. I checked pricing at a lumber yard, and it would have cost me more. If you have a fence project, go talk to Shawn at Montana Fence. And give that guy a raise!

We just had our 4' transition  to 6' cedar fence installation done and I can say I was beyond impressed with the wood fence crew. Not only are they professional, but courteous, friendly, and they do a fantastic job. The transitions are perfect,  the fence is everything I could have wanted and more. These guys really knocked it out of the park! I will never use anyone else for my fencing needs!

These guys are joke from the inside out.  Management is shoddy at best, materials are garbage half the time and half decent the rest.  They hire thieves as installers.  I would be wary hiring them to do an install job, especially if it will be anywhere near your house or storage areas on your property.  My suggestion, get your materials from them, but have your plan laid out, don't let them calculate materials for you. Don't have them to install unless they will be doing so far from your valued possessions, and just be wary.

I own a fencing company in Canada and have been coming to Mild Fence since 2010 to get my fencing product.  I've bought thousands of feet of fence from them and they have always been reasonable and fair with me.  The Crew that they have is polite and helpful.  I have looked around to find better pricing and haven't found it.  Thanks guys for being on top of your game.    I have attached a few pictures of fences that I have built with there product.

PuroClean Restoration Rescuers

My pipes burst during the cold snap on Christmas eve and my ceiling fell in due to the water. They responded quickly and got all of the affected areas cleared out and dry. They responded to my questions quickly and they were super friendly....explaining what was happening and when. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for another job.

We had a water leak back in July, I called Puro Clean they came out promptly put equipment down and did an amazing job. The crew of techs was very friendly ,  reassuring and super helpful! 10-10 I recommend this crew!

My experiences with Steven have been phenomenal!  I have personally witnessed his care and attention to his customers’ needs on multiple occasions.   He is an excellent source of knowledge and you can trust that his recommendations have your best interest in mind.  You can absolutely trust Puroclean with any of your restoration needs; of course you can’t go wrong with a free evaluation!

PuroClean is a phenomenal company! We had a faulty part on our toilet that broke in the middle of the night and PuroClean was here to help within an hour after we called them. They spent 3 days removing the damaged flooring, ceiling, kitchen, etc. out of our house that the water caused. They communicated in a professional timely fashion, showed up when they said they were going to, cleaned up after themselves, and explained their process fully. Highly recommend this company!

Montana Build

Young women should be SUPER cautious when applying for a job here. Paul, the owner, likes to do a bait-and-switch with his "personal assistant" type jobs. He actually wants you to be his housekeeper. Also, he will constantly hit on you and make you feel uncomfortable.  It seems like every 18-25 year old woman in the valley has gone through this charade.

Montana build built our home, it was an exciting and fun process. I would recommend anyone looking to build to Paul and his team

PuroClean Property Paramedics

We had a sewer back up in our basement and PuroClean was quick to respond! Our project manager, Jay, was incredibly friendly and helpful! The staff who attended to clean up the mess were all very friendly and worked quickly to get things removed. The repair process went quickly and smoothly and our basement looks better than it did before the back up!
Thank you Jay and all of the PuroClean staff who helped us work through this! Hopefully we do not need your services in the future, but we would be happy to choose PuroClean again if we have any other disasters in our home!

The staff at Puroclean are professional, respectful, and generally a pleasure to deal with. Correspondence is very good and I always receive a phone call to confirm when someone is coming. Michael did the actual repairs following the initial clean-up and his work is very well done. I highly recommend Puroclean as they have made every effort to make a stressful situation as hassle-free as possible.

Excellent workmanship done by DC Roofing Inc. The shake roof was replaced on the gazebo and the eavestrough was replaced on the garage. Looks great! Work was completed in a timely manner.

Paul Davis Restoration of Western PA

We found water in our basement which was determined to be coming from a pinhole leak in a water pipe. We contacted our home owners insurance company and they sent out Paul Davis Restoration to dry out the basement. Everyone who came out was courteous and friendly, especially Becky who made 4 trips out to our home. I would highly recommend this company.

After a fire in our 80 unit apartment building.
they gave us 1 week notice to vacate and get our stuff out. no plan, no schedule, or communication… would not give us a completion date or even an estimate so we could make plans, forces us to keep our power on and pay their energy bill for a year and then gutted the entire building regardless if there was damage and then refused to replace it if anything wasn’t building original. Awful company who cares only about insurance and nothing about the tenants… just shady

Our experience with PaulDavis was very positive. Dan Kegley and Devin Kelosky were very professional and personified the company well. Dan was outstanding with his communications with us, following through and keeping us on track with what was going on. It was refreshing to deal with contractors that seemed to care about us. The workers that came were neat and also very personable.  A job well done!!!

Ace Handyman Services Butler Central

I want to share my experience with ace handyman service start to finish. I called about having a new newel post, balusters and handrail installed in my home. I spoke to the service manager which was pleasant and explained the pieces I had and what I was looking for. At this point I double confirmed that the ace handyman service would cover a carpentry job at this level. I was assured that it was multiple times by the manager. First guy came out and was super polite, but clearly but off more than he could chew or his skills were matched with. He damaged part of my wall that I just had repaired and painted by a professional painting service. Now this was just the beginning. He stated he would be back to finish (obviously fix a few things too). Second day I called and stated I was unhappy so the manager sent another service man to help out. He came out and stated he was ready to go at 2PM. Well he looked and said “I can’t start this today I would be here until 7-8pm”. Ok not my problem in all honesty, but I was understanding and asked if he could return AND finish the job the next day. The second service man came and finished the job in a little over 4 hours (which I was quoted 2hours and I KNEW it wouldn’t of taken 2 hours for what I was asking) but he finished. It’s a 75% complete job in all honesty I will have to have a professional carpenter come and clean things up. I give this a 3/5 only because they did work with my on the bill and damages the first service man caused, but if it wasn’t a small task like cleaning gutters, fixing some light light plumbing, or something very small I would never use them again.

Jeff was an EXCELLENT handyman! His work was perfection. He was very professional, cleanly, and polite. I didn't give a 5 star rating simply because I think the price ACE charges is a little steep. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have looked elsewhere.

Used AHS for a toilet repair.  The technician was on time, brought a repair kit with him and completed the repair efficiently.  We were pleased with the service and are considering having them do a few other small projects at our house.

By far, there is no more reliable, accurate and professional handyman service in this area. Ask for Andrew… he is so personable and honest, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve used them at home and business close to a dozen times and I will continue. I can only congratulate management for choosing their employees so well.

My preliminary review is not on the service itself, but the cost of the service relative to what you get.

I initially contacted this company to help install a portion of fencing on my property, and was told that to have someone come out and look at it it would be a $70 charge and if I went with them, I would then get that credit against my bill.

Ace told me that it may not be a project they are able to do, and I offered some additional work opportunities to which they scheduled. Why would I pay $70 to them if they can’t commit?
It was agreed that at that scheduled service they would look and determine if there was ability to do the work.

The craftsman arrived on time, did good work installing two sets of blinds, was respectful of my house. It took less than an hour, and that includes quickly looking at the fence area that I had initially contacted them about.  I anticipated they would charge me at their hourly rate of +/- $110/hour despite being done early.

I was shocked when they still charged me an additional $70 for a “service charge” despite being done early & paying for an hour of service.

Do not recommend based on costs/charges alone.
