106 degrees yesterday and 86 degrees inside. Air was out for 5 days. Contacted another outfit in town that was hell bent on selling us a new AC system. Got a hold of Custom Air at 9AM and our AC was operating by 2PM. We only needed the blower replaced and told that our AC system has a few years left on it. They were super nice and super affordable. Two great qualities you look for. Make sure they're your first call.

Just had our 1.5-ton A\C unit replaced, with a larger 2-ton unit. We went with Custom Air of Idaho. They did an incredible job, for half what the local big outfit A/C company quoted us. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all of our friends.

Built new shop. Had to change appointment a few times because of delays on build. They were always understanding and accommodating.  Price on their mini splits were much more economical then their competitors.  Very professional installers. Would highly recommend.

Doing business with Aire Serv was probably the best experience I’ve EVER had with a service company.  From the initial contact through the sales process to installation and even post installation, professionalism is clearly their top priority.  If you are looking to purchase a ductless air conditioning system this IS the company you want to use.  Cole Peterson who sold the system was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.  Jessie and Patrick installed the system and were so fun, also entirely knowledgeable and accomplished a clean and beautiful installation.  It was a particularly big job due to the layout of my home but they did not cut corners and showed patience and humor and got the job done impeccably.  I even got to meet Chad, their manager, and he was engaged and very personable.  The office Manager who “wrapped up” with the project was delightful and caring.  You will NOT be disappointed if you use Aire Serv for your air conditioner needs.  I highly encourage you to do so.

We recently bought our home and knew that previous owners had used Aire Serv. It was easy to schedule the appointment, and they kept us informed about when David the technician would arrive. David was highly competent, pleasant, and professional. The annual maintenance contact is a very good value.

We contacted Aire Serv for routine maintenance on our old furnace. Alex did a thorough checkup on it and diagnosed that it needed to be replaced and explained why and what issues we were dealing with. He provided us with all of the information we needed in order to make the best decision for our family. Adam and Eddie installed our new furnace today. Chris was on time, thorough, and made appropriate recommendations of what in his expert opinion I might consider having done to my 33-year old furnace. He showed me a photo of lines and a possible crack in a part that might leak carbon monoxide in the future. He checked and found none in the air stream at the time, but we made arrangements to have his colleague come the following day to further investigate and present options. I am very favorably impressed with his work, and glad I left my previous HVAC  provider and came to Aire Serv.

Paul Davis Restoration of Western Pennsylvania

After a plumbing link that caused damage to the drywall we decided to have it repaired but not a DIY.  WE contacted our State Farm agent, Chuck Jackson, to get some names of companies that do drywall repair work.  The estimator came and measured all areas and gave us a very reasonable price.  Next came a project manager who verified the work that had to be done.  Finally the worker, Kevin, came and did the work.  He kept the work area neat and clean and cleaned up every night.  We feel that Kevin is a true artist in the fact he matched the textured finish that was 40-50 years old.  I asked to get an estimate on some exterior work.  It came back again very reasonable and we said "See you on Monday."  We would not even consider any other company to work on our home and will request Kevin every time.

We reached out to Paul Davis to complete an outdoor project. We'd removed an above ground swimming pool, and wanted to build a pavilion. It was not easy to visualize, but I had a rough drawing of what I wanted. Both the gentleman I signed a contract with and the project manager worked with me each step of the way to build the design and to update me at each stage to ensure our estimate of a cost was accurate, and we were happy with the results. We were/are very happy both in terms of the pavilion and our pockets - they worked hard and managed to stay under the estimated budget!

One of the best benefits of working with Paul Davis is the relationships they've built with various skilled professionals. For each task, they were able to line up people who were highly skilled in that particular element of the job. They were also, every last one, pleasant to work with on the projects.

I cannot say enough good things about Puroclean!  They came to do our remediation work after our roof leaked and did damage to  the inside drywall and hardwood floors. They came the same day they were called and their team knocked everything out so quickly and efficiently. They were SO reliable and professional that I asked them if they could do our renovation as well. Even though they were booked out four months, Rochelle put me on a waitlist and sure enough, called me a few weeks later to squeeze us in. Albert and Santos were also extremely professional, reliable and detail oriented and did an incredible job with the remodel. Don't hesitate to use this company. They are THE BEST!

I had water damage to my bathroom. My insurance contacted PuroClean and immediately they called me to start drying my house. They worked quick and clean to stop any further damage. We found a water leak in our wall from a water spicket on Sunday we were unsure of the amount of damage we called our insurance company not knowing if we would file a claim.   We were called back by John, who I explained the circumstance we had shut off the water prior to him calling us back.  When John and I spoke i stated he could wait and come on Monday he said he would give me a cost estimate and the clean up may be under our deductable .  I shared with him I would rather pay then then filing a claim if the cost estimate was low.   I did not see him on Monday they were 4 hours later and two service crew came out started to work, cut open my bedroom wall, pulled back carpet and put in 2 fans and one evaporator I again asked for a bid,  He said john would call me he was on a "big"job. they said they would be back they showed up the next day on their way back from another job they spent less than 10 minutes.  I still did not get a bid.   I called John that afternoon and  told him to cease work.  I told him we would deliver his stuff he said no they would be there by 9:00 am  little did i know he wanted to charge an extra 2 hours, 30 minutes of travel and mileage.

When we finally received a bill not ever an estimate the bill was for 1000.00.
When I contacted Rochelle, the owner to discuss the bill she stated in a email " I bill what insurance pays."

I had pulled my claim back due to the small amount of damage prior to receiving their "clean up"  bill
They charged rental on a fan i did not receive
emergency service tech call   - never showed up
COVID cleaning charge of fans
2 hour minimum charge per call  total of 6 hours when they were at my home 9 minutes one day, 2 minutes the last day and 1 hour the first day documented by my cameras.

What an insurance scam,  I would not recommend this company due their billing practices - in my opinion fraud

When I called to discuss my bill neither  owner would discuss  I was told in an email " pay by the 30 days or I will place a lean on your home and send you to collections"

My total repair cost was under $ 800.00

This team did an amazing job cleaning up water damage from a flooded upstairs bathroom that seeped through to my bonus room and garage. Everyone from the initial phone call to the guys that provided the service was honest, friendly and compassionate. They explained everything in detail, we’re quick with response time and very efficient. 5 star company that I would use again and again.

All I can say is wow!

We got back from a week long vacation in Portland, Oregon tonight to find our AC unit not working and it was over 100 outside. Talk about a rude homecoming! We called Arctic Air as they had provided service for us before.

Even though it was after hours, the answering service said they would have a technician call us as soon as they could. I wasn't expecting to hear back within 15 minutes - but that is exactly what happened.

The technician Scott M. told me he could be at our house in about 5 minutes and sure enough he was! After quickly looking things over he said he needed to replace the capacitor, and run some tests. It took a total of 10 minutes and he was done, and cold air was once again flowing in my house.

Now I realize we had some good luck in that Scott was near our house already and had basically finished for the day, and we caught him just in time. Still, the fast and friendly service was deeply appreciated and solidified Arctic Air as the only place we will have this type of work done. Thank you, Arctic Air, and thank you, Scott.

Mike was awesome! He let me know when he would arrive and was within the window we scheduled. He wore booties to keep my floor clean and was efficient. He let me know about improvements needed with suggestions on how to protect my heat pump from grass growing inside it. So grateful for Artic!! Their technicians have always been kind and professional. They have been amazing to work with over the last 5 years!

Dean was thorough and explained everything and answered all of my questions.  Signing up for the annual program also saves money and the issue of remembering to schedule service on both units. I also had a remote installed on my fireplace and an air purifier installed on the unit.

For any truckers delivering here. Yes, this is the right place. No, Google is not taking you to the middle of nowhere. I also used a Rand McNally TND 740 to get here and they both took me to the same place. The snow was high so if there was a sign I didn't see it. Pull around back. Make sure to leave room for them to open your doors. Theres no dock. Really nice people though. Got me unloaded quickly.

Kalispell Glass

Kalispell Glass made a replacement glass table top for an antique wrought iron base that has been in my family for years.  The old table was not perfectly square so they carefully torqued the base back to square and the new top fits perfectly.  Great service and reasonable price.  Thanks.

I was charged $70 for a 24" x 23" screen replacement that took about 5 minutes to repair. Women beware!

We used Kalispell glass and I could not be more disappointed. 1 year it took to get done. They would tell me they were coming and not even show up or even a phone call. 4 times this happened. They told me they had other more important client's. I have never left a bad review. I strongly advise you to use a different company.

Kalispell Glass supplied all the Jeldwen windows, lifetime guarantee, for this three bedroom house we built. Two large view windows lost their seal, condensation plus manufacturing debris sandwiched between panes, they were replaced, great! A third failed back in late Feb, was to have been replaced. It is late September now, nothing after several calls. Keith asked me “ they weren’t sent to you??” No, and how am I going to install a heavy window overhead alone when it took three men? Another month and nothing. Big window looks like a shower door after a shower, constantly.😡 Guess I’ll stop by tomorrow, no more polite calls. I don’t think it was ever ordered...
I cannot recommend, although I would have.

We used Kalispell glass because after calling around they were the ones that could do the glass shower door that we wanted. The reason that I’m giving them three stars is that everything Was perfect with the glass door, but it was with the installation I’m not happy with. It has a Chrome rail that the glass slides across.  And one the installers who is Kim had a helper with him and during the modification they put scratches in the chrome. Also the pieces that they mounted the chrome rail was not very well thought out. Looks like two blocks of wood, instead of trimming it out all the way around to make it look better and trying it in. Also when Kim came over he asked me for a stud finder, which living in a condo I gave all that kind of stuff away. To me he seemed totally unprepared to do the job. This was a 1800.00 dollar job. If I didn’t wait so long for the door from order it and finding someone to do the job I should of had them replace it. That’s on me. But I would use caution on the workmen ship.
