We had a sewer back up in our basement and PuroClean was quick to respond! Our project manager, Jay, was incredibly friendly and helpful! The staff who attended to clean up the mess were all very friendly and worked quickly to get things removed. The repair process went quickly and smoothly and our basement looks better than it did before the back up! Thank you Jay and all of the PuroClean staff who helped us work through this! Hopefully we do not need your services in the future, but we would be happy to choose PuroClean again if we have any other disasters in our home!

The staff at Puroclean are professional, respectful, and generally a pleasure to deal with. Correspondence is very good and I always receive a phone call to confirm when someone is coming. Michael did the actual repairs following the initial clean-up and his work is very well done. I highly recommend Puroclean as they have made every effort to make a stressful situation as hassle-free as possible.

Jay and his team are the best I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. Jay kept me informed at all times and the team he sent to do the removal of damaged items and packing were fantastic!! The same girls were here to unload and clean the downstairs and they are considerate and so polite, they worked very hard to put my rooms back together again and did a wonderful job. I’d recommend this company to everyone who needs their help. Jay Won was on top of the contractors and his schedule was impeccable. I never had to worry about a thing. He called and let me know what was happening at all times. In times of disaster or broken water pipes, this company was the best ever.

Excellent workmanship done by DC Roofing Inc. The shake roof was replaced on the gazebo and the eavestrough was replaced on the garage. Looks great! Work was completed in a timely manner.
