Paul Davis Restoration of Western PA

We found water in our basement which was determined to be coming from a pinhole leak in a water pipe. We contacted our home owners insurance company and they sent out Paul Davis Restoration to dry out the basement. Everyone who came out was courteous and friendly, especially Becky who made 4 trips out to our home. I would highly recommend this company.

After a fire in our 80 unit apartment building. they gave us 1 week notice to vacate and get our stuff out. no plan, no schedule, or communication… would not give us a completion date or even an estimate so we could make plans, forces us to keep our power on and pay their energy bill for a year and then gutted the entire building regardless if there was damage and then refused to replace it if anything wasn’t building original. Awful company who cares only about insurance and nothing about the tenants… just shady

Our experience with PaulDavis was very positive. Dan Kegley and Devin Kelosky were very professional and personified the company well. Dan was outstanding with his communications with us, following through and keeping us on track with what was going on. It was refreshing to deal with contractors that seemed to care about us. The workers that came were neat and also very personable. A job well done!!!
