I cannot say enough good things about Puroclean! They came to do our remediation work after our roof leaked and did damage to the inside drywall and hardwood floors. They came the same day they were called and their team knocked everything out so quickly and efficiently. They were SO reliable and professional that I asked them if they could do our renovation as well. Even though they were booked out four months, Rochelle put me on a waitlist and sure enough, called me a few weeks later to squeeze us in. Albert and Santos were also extremely professional, reliable and detail oriented and did an incredible job with the remodel. Don't hesitate to use this company. They are THE BEST!

I had water damage to my bathroom. My insurance contacted PuroClean and immediately they called me to start drying my house. They worked quick and clean to stop any further damage. They had excellent communication through the whole project. They answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to move forward after their part was done. They worked directly with my insurance making my life easier along the way. I highly recommend.

We found a water leak in our wall from a water spicket on Sunday we were unsure of the amount of damage we called our insurance company not knowing if we would file a claim. We were called back by John, who I explained the circumstance we had shut off the water prior to him calling us back. When John and I spoke i stated he could wait and come on Monday he said he would give me a cost estimate and the clean up may be under our deductable . I shared with him I would rather pay then then filing a claim if the cost estimate was low. I did not see him on Monday they were 4 hours later and two service crew came out started to work, cut open my bedroom wall, pulled back carpet and put in 2 fans and one evaporator I again asked for a bid, He said john would call me he was on a "big"job. they said they would be back they showed up the next day on their way back from another job they spent less than 10 minutes. I still did not get a bid. I called John that afternoon and told him to cease work. I told him we would deliver his stuff he said no they would be there by 9:00 am little did i know he wanted to charge an extra 2 hours, 30 minutes of travel and mileage. When we finally received a bill not ever an estimate the bill was for 1000.00. When I contacted Rochelle, the owner to discuss the bill she stated in a email " I bill what insurance pays." I had pulled my claim back due to the small amount of damage prior to receiving their "clean up" bill They charged rental on a fan i did not receive emergency service tech call - never showed up COVID cleaning charge of fans 2 hour minimum charge per call total of 6 hours when they were at my home 9 minutes one day, 2 minutes the last day and 1 hour the first day documented by my cameras. What an insurance scam, I would not recommend this company due their billing practices - in my opinion fraud When I called to discuss my bill neither owner would discuss I was told in an email " pay by the 30 days or I will place a lean on your home and send you to collections" My total repair cost was under $ 800.00 Puroclean showing up for less than 2 hours $1000.00

This team did an amazing job cleaning up water damage from a flooded upstairs bathroom that seeped through to my bonus room and garage. Everyone from the initial phone call to the guys that provided the service was honest, friendly and compassionate. They explained everything in detail, we’re quick with response time and very efficient. 5 star company that I would use again and again.
