Aire Serv of Kalispell

Built new shop. Had to change appointment a few times because of delays on build. They were always understanding and accommodating. Price on their mini splits were much more economical then their competitors. Very professional installers. Would highly recommend.

Doing business with Aire Serv was probably the best experience I’ve EVER had with a service company. From the initial contact through the sales process to installation and even post installation, professionalism is clearly their top priority. If you are looking to purchase a ductless air conditioning system this IS the company you want to use. Cole Peterson who sold the system was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Jessie and Patrick installed the system and were so fun, also entirely knowledgeable and accomplished a clean and beautiful installation. It was a particularly big job due to the layout of my home but they did not cut corners and showed patience and humor and got the job done impeccably. I even got to meet Chad, their manager, and he was engaged and very personable. The office Manager who “wrapped up” with the project was delightful and caring. You will NOT be disappointed if you use Aire Serv for your air conditioner needs. I highly encourage you to do so.

We recently bought our home and knew that previous owners had used Aire Serv. It was easy to schedule the appointment, and they kept us informed about when David the technician would arrive. David was highly competent, pleasant, and professional. The annual maintenance contact is a very good value.

We contacted Aire Serv for routine maintenance on our old furnace. Alex did a thorough checkup on it and diagnosed that it needed to be replaced and explained why and what issues we were dealing with. He provided us with all of the information we needed in order to make the best decision for our family. Adam and Eddie installed our new furnace today. They did an excellent job and we are very happy to recommend Aire Serv!

Chris was on time, thorough, and made appropriate recommendations of what in his expert opinion I might consider having done to my 33-year old furnace. He showed me a photo of lines and a possible crack in a part that might leak carbon monoxide in the future. He checked and found none in the air stream at the time, but we made arrangements to have his colleague come the following day to further investigate and present options. I am very favorably impressed with his work, and glad I left my previous HVAC provider and came to Aire Serv.
