From the first call with Megan to set up my visit, and then having Levi and Dylan out to do the things we wanted done, was great. Simple, easy, hassle free. These guys were very professional , helpful and did a great job. Everything was done the way we wanted it and they were very efficient. We would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Levi installed three ceiling fans, assembled a bed in the master and installed drapery rods and draperies in three rooms.  Levi was prompt, professional and knowledgeable!  Levi worked efficiently and effectively to finish my projects in a timely manner. I will definitely use the services of Ace again.

I want to start off this review by saying these guys are not the cheapest by any means, quite the opposite actually. Their prices are up there. That being said I scheduled a handyman, I had just moved into my first house and I was doing most of it by myself and just physically did not have time to do it all. I needed some stuff hung, help assembling some furniture and a few other odds and ins. Zachary was the handyman I was assigned, he left me a voicemail confirming the appointment and sent a text letting me know he was on the way. Let me just say I can't speak for every one of their handymen but, I will definitely be using Zachary again in the future. He was a great person to talk to while he and I both worked on separate things and we had some amazing conversations. He was very friendly, personable, and all around a knowledgeable and great guy. Not only was he amazing he did amazing work. Everything he did, he did 100 percent and exactly how I wanted and would often double check before things were final to make sure I got exactly what I was wanting. I ended up having to run an unexpected errand and had to leave him alone with my girlfriend, which is not something I like to do with someone I don't know that I just met off the Internet. However from talking to him he came off very trustworthy and friendly and the fact that I was able to trust him with that means a lot to me that's not something I take lightly. While I was gone, my girlfriend said he was very friendly and she felt comfortable around him. Zachary did absolutely phenomenal work and had phenomenal customer service and I will definitely be using him again in the future. The work he did far outweighed any price I payed.

Budget Blinds of Boise & Nampa

Budget Blinds did an AMAZING job for my family and I! We have 30 windows in our home and I thought this was going to be an absolute nightmare! Haha… They came out and did great at explaining the entire process of ordering custom blinds, the different options available, and exactly what this was all going to cost. I was surprised at how affordable this was as opposed to other quotes I had received for the same quality window treatment. They got my order completed early, and installed literally the next day after they arrived to their warehouse! All in all, I would give them 10 stars if I could and recommend them to any and everybody needing a window treatment. Thank you again for the great work!!

We are very pleased with the beautiful blackout drape we bought from Budget Blinds. And we were especially pleased with the installation crew. They were very professional and efficient, even giving hints about how to manage the product. Damion was one of the installers and I apologize my old brain can’t remember the other. Paul Davis Restoration of Central Georgia

I have absolutely all good things to say about Paul Davis...and I am not easy to please (It's a major character flaw...I'm not bragging).  Overall, the communication is excellent.  The members of the team all seem to communicate really well together and they are very responsive to my phone calls and emails as well.  I also had to call their office a couple of time and my call was always answered with a friendly greeting.  I have found it difficult to find contractors that work with residential housing, that are reliable, and do good quality work.  This company seems to fit all those things.

My project was floor repair from water damage and the whole process was a positive experience.

Josh Mumford (Mitigation Manager):  super helpful and thorough.  Bent over backward to help me...especially when I had to leave town all of a sudden for a family emergency.

Ed Mullins (Associate): Very punctual and professional.  Also very prompt with drawing up quotes.

Brian Owens (Project Manager):  Very friendly and helpful.  The crew that he hired to do my floors was also very prompt and thorough.  Since I am a stickler, they did have to come out and do some touch-up work.  Brian was in communication with me the entire time and made the whole process fast and easy for me.

I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future to repave my driveway.  I would absolutely recommend them to any homeowner.

UPDATE:
I just recently finished my second project with Paul Davis.  As with my first experience, I was very pleased with the level of communication and work product.

Their communication is the best I've ever experienced. You can always rely on them to be where they say they're going to be and do what they say they're going to do. If something comes up I always get a phone call or text message to update me or to reschedule. Ed is always so punctual and helpful. Brian is a great project manager.

I've used the company twice now, once for my kitchen floors (a small project) and another time for concrete work outside my house for my gravel driveway that I wanted widened and paved (a fairly large project). I will definitely be using the company again in the future for any home-improvement needs.

It's giving them trying to make the most money out of this and they seem more money motivated than customer service motivated. Since giving my deposit, the communication and way things are handled are off. From not getting step by step updates, to them constantly requesting supplements for things that should have been quoted the first time. Now them asking me to pay something before they can finish ordering cabinets so last minute is beyond me! My contract says i dont have to pay until the job is done and its no wjere near done. Two months later and nothing but drywall has been done. My husband is too busy to get on them about this behavior and my health isn't well and having to deal with this and not able to stay in my own home is not ideal. They keep extending how long we will be out of the home and im over this. Its costing us way too much money and this is not ideal for a toddler to not feel like he can be himself in his own space. moving our . Due to lack of surveying the project correctly before hand, it was communicated not to pack out my kitchen even though if you looked, youd see there were things in the cabinets. So now got my dishes and seasonings on the floor all nasty looking with drywall debris on them pushed into another room when a big dumpster is a part of the bill. These restoration companies are not worth it. All this stress and I should have found my own companies to handle this. Edited to add: departments should have contact with eachother and be able to hold eachother accountable.  Too many "thats not my department" when there are issues being address and no one sensing me to who is in charge of all departments, apparently even a supervisoror a certain departmentsaid that to me as well, even though i wasnt aware he was the supervisor.  I'm not into finger pointing and no one helping me find out who to talk to about ALL of this and of no one has that information, thats an issue. I should not be addressing these things to multiple people.

Poor  service . Outside hired contract person are liars and not dependable.
I would not advise anyone to use this company because of the non depend able people they contract to do their work.

On Christmas Eve, we had a pipe burst, flooding the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We had another restoration company conduct our water mitigation and planned on working with them on the restoration. However, the other company's project manager was combative with my husband and walked away from the job. That's when we called PDR. Matthew Reasoner was our assigned PDR project manager. From the first meeting, we felt at ease with the process. We informed him we'd like to be done by a certain date due to an upcoming medical procedure and he assured us he'd do everything to meet that! He was very accessible to answer our many questions and concerns. Our home restoration completed a week and a half early!!! Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and professional (administration, construction crew, flooring, cleaning crew). We'd definitely use PDR of Central GA should we need restoration again!

Julio was very friendly, polite, respectful and professional. Crew was as well.

Kevin Cooper was our project manager and he was amazing! He helped us more than our insurance company did. He called to keep us in the loop and helped us above and beyond what a mitigation team would normally do. If anything every happened to our house again they will be the first call that i make!

Kevin and his crew were called in to clean up my house after another mitigation/ remediation company had botched my job, making things worse after a water incident. From the moment I spoke to Kevin on the phone, I calmed down and felt more at ease. His crew came in and were 100% professional and knowledgeable about what needed to happen to get me on the path to renovations. I would absolutely recommend PuroClean of Greer (be sure to request the Greer location!)

Bill and his team at PuroClean were at my house within 30 minutes of a water spill on a Saturday. They were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They offered a turnkey solution for restoring my home back to its original state. We were in a panic after our fish tank broke and poured dozens of gallons of water into our HVAC. I have have the utmost confidence that Bill and his team can mitigate your emergency if you find yourself needing their service.

Christmas of 2022 brought single degree temperatures to our area (0 degrees counting wind chill). Like many who were affected, we had a pipe burst in our home causing significant damage. PuroClean was the only mitigation company out of others in the area that actually stayed in contact with us while we moved up their waiting list. This was important to us because we otherwise had no way of knowing how long we’d have to wait to even just have water removed and mold treated.

Upon a spot opening up, Kevin was very prompt in setting up our inspection. When him and the team arrived and completed the inspection, they set up equipment the same day and got the process started. Joshua and Jimmie were the main guys doing our work, though I believe there were a couple I didn’t get to meet personally. They were very knowledgeable about the mitigation process and communicated with us every step of the way. We were always notified of when they’d be coming out, which helped in working with our schedules. The mitigation process was swift and handled with professionalism all the way through.

They worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make sure everything was accounted for. Brandi worked with us on our account with them. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very responsive throughout despite the demanding workload these companies were facing.

PuroClean was the first to reach out in such a troubling time, and with how they took care of our situation we definitely know who to call in the future.

I am delighted to share my experience with Boise Valley Heating and Air. They recently installed my furnace and AC, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The installers were absolutely fantastic, displaying exceptional skill and professionalism. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Chloe, who answered the phone; her friendly and helpful demeanor added to the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Boise Valley Heating and Air for their outstanding service and top-notch team.

These guys saved the day! The fan on our mini split was not functioning. I originally called another company. They came out and told us we need to replace the fan motor for $1,600 (The motor was under warranty... That price was all labor). We were NOT expecting that because the unit was brand new! Considering the large price tag I decided to get another quote. Thank goodness I called Boise Valley Heating and Air! When they came out to give us their bid they found that our mini split had a loose nut on the end of the fan blade which was preventing it from spinning correctly. That's it! Just a loose nut! They tightened it up and we were good to go! The technician, Jared, said he wished all calls were that easy! I am so glad I called them! They suggested that because the mini split was so new... the nut had probably loosened in shipment. The other company that came out and gave us a bid were respectable and nice... But they didn't ascertain the situation logically. They went to the largest price point instead of inspecting simple causes. Jared was given the same information as the other company... And had us up and running in minutes!
Needless to say... We will definitely be using Boise Valley Heating and Air in the future!

Cody was great! I asked him to come service my car’s ac and while he was here my mom also wanted hers done, Cody was awesome and did both services for us.
