Mike built a 2 story covered porch for my wife and I in at our Roswell home. He is extremely responsive, professional, and detail oriented. Our porch turned out great and it was easy to get Mike back out for a few “touch up” items, even after he was paid in full. Mike is a safe bet if you are building or remodeling.

Mike from Georgia Home Builder and Remodelers was the best to work with. He turned our recently purchased home into the way we dreamed of it.

Mike was quick, easy to deal with, attentive to detail, negotiable, empathetic, and is quick to give you solutions to your problems.

I would rate this business a 10/10 stars and would recommend working with Mike to everyone. My friends and family were shocked with the work that was done in such a short period of time.

Mike did a major outdoor deck project for us and in lieu of listing all of the accolades I will say that we definitely would hire him again.

Ace Handyman Services Cleveland West

I can’t say enough about the amazing work the Ace Professionals do. One person in particular is Tony Z, he has worked on a few projects now and has done A+ work everytime and is a very nice and easy going person. You can relax knowing the work will get done and look great.

Gabriel w Ace just built me a set of very simple deck stairs on the back of our house to exit out our sliding glass door. The quality of the finished steps is absolutely wonderful. They look fantastic and were super affordable. The final cost was $200 less than quoted because it didn’t take as long as he’d initially planned. And the clean up afterwards was spectacular. Sawing/cutting a lot of lumber leaves a lot of scrap/sawdust. I could see it all during the build. By the time he left there wasn’t even a trace of sawdust anywhere. Really outstanding job! Highly recommend!

Tony Z. Was a great communicator prior to arriving at the job. Friendly and professional. Finished installing a storm door for me and I could not be more pleased with the work! The office staff were also very responsive and helpful! Good pricing. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!

This service was wonderful. The scheduling was easy and the communication was clear and helpful. Tony did a great job on our project (fixing terrible pocket doors), explained everything he was going to do in advance (including possible places for additional charges) and then completed the job on time and on budget! I can't believe the lousy experience for how great other reviews were.  Hired Ace to replace a few rotting boards in my deck in anticipation of having them refinish it, wall off the space below the deck to block raccoons from getting under it, and remove a bunch of old paver blocks we had in the way.  The Handyman did most of the work, disconnected a railing that was never a problem but now swings around, charged a 2nd $110 fee for another guy to show up to take the pavers (who then forgot to take the last 4 bricks) and promised to return with a new step once we got rid of some ants (next day) but never came back.  Arrived more than 1/2 hour late and left early both days, but still got billed for the entire quote.  When I called the office manager to explain all this, she said it would be an additional bill to COMPLETE the job.  NEVER AGAIN!

North Georgia Replacement Windows

My experience with North Georgia was outstanding. It started with the ease of setting the appointment over the phone. Kevin was our rep and he came out and was great. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. He had a sample window with him that he could demo everything about it. We previously had a vinyl window company out and they were charging over 40% more than the Marvin Infinity. It was great feeling having the best window on the market for a fraction of the price of "budget friendly" vinyl windows. Randy was our project manager, and again just pure professionalism. When it was time to install, it was a two man team led by Kyle, I really wish I could remember the other guys name but these guys were great. I'm effusive in my praise, I know, but please understand the relief of finding North Georgia Replacement Windows after the slog of trying to "save money" with vinyl. It definitely feels like replacement windows can be a predatory sales process, but dealing with these pros made me feel lucky I found them. To be fair, I didn't really find them on this search, I knew them by reputation for a long time, but I was afraid it would cost too much so I tried to go another route. If you're in my shoes, trust me and trust them.

From the first phone call I placed, the staff involved in my project...Sales Team, Customer Service, Knowing my House and my Personal Style, Communication, Financing Options, Project Managers, Focus on Specific Requirements for my Addition,

Mr Clark came to our home to provide an estimate for service. While NGRW does not do the work we were requesting, he spent a good deal of time explaining our options, their services and their products. Very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company and they will be our first call when we decide to replace the windows in our home.

Just finished the 3rd, and hopefully last, phase of window replacement. Virtually every window on the main floor have been replaced. The work was very professional and on time. Our project manager, Dave, stayed on top of the different phases and was very attentive to our expectations.

I highly recommend North Georgia Windows to anyone that demands quality and excellent workmanship.

From Denver Clark, the salesman who put together a perfect bid and worked with me to get exactly the look. I wanted,  to John Biggerstaff, the project manager, who came out and measured, answered every detail question, and was a complete pro, to Guillermo, the crew manager, who made sure the job was done, exquisitely and cleaned everything up, the entire crew was great!
My windows look beautiful, and definitely enhance the look of the house. Even having gone through the entire process with me, my husband commented that the windows looked really spectacular, and made more of a difference than he thought they could!
We will definitely be using NGW again to do the windows on the back of the house as soon as we are able to do so.

Ace Handyman Services Buckhead Smyrna

Good morning

I wanted to reach out and compliment Jay and ACE Handyman Services on a seamless plan of action!

Jay contacted me the night before he arrived to make some necessary repairs to our front main entrance. storm door and adjacent framing on the interior and exterior of the entrance!

Jay arrived, assessed the situation and departed to gather the needed supplies.

The repairs were completed to our “total satisfaction” within 3.5 hours! The door now swings properly when opening and closing! The damaged areas on the interior and exterior surfaces were repaired and a fresh coat of epoxy, paint applied!

I was called by the handyman the day before to explain to him what needed to be done.
I even sent pictures to him.
This morning both Jason and Melanie arrived on time and from the moment they walked in the door they were kind.
Then they proceeded to complete the tasks and did a beautiful job. They knew exactly how to solve other problems I was having around the house.
Problems that no other handyman could solve.
The icing on the cake was that they cleaned up.
I will definitely use their services again.

We have had excellent experiences with this company. It can be challenging to find a reliable and  trustworthy handyman. I like that these are W-2 employees, not contractors. I feel safe with them in my home.

Our electrician, Melanie, was right on time, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. We are very pleased and will be using Ace Handyman Services again, for sure. Mike and his team at West Paces Ace have always provided excellent products and services and we are thrilled that they have launched this!

Joseph did a great job and was very nice. The job was bigger than anticipated and he was great about it. It is very pricey but they do a good job.

Chem-Dry of East Alabama

On time, friendly respectful workers. I first used them to clean 2 large area rugs and 2 bedroom carpets. Then I had them come back and clean my couch. Very pleased and even asked them to redo a couple spots and they were more than happy to do it. Competitive pricing.  Would use again.

Great service, spilled red wine on my brand new ottoman. Was able to bring it straight to them and the red wine stain was out in a matter of minutes. Will be going back for any of my cleaning needs.

Great work by the Chem-Dry team of east Alabama. The team of two young gentlemen protected the home and tried their best to restore carpets to new. I was most impressed by the time they took to clean an old couch that was in desperate need of cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed with the efforts on restoring this old couch to like new.

I needed 2 rugs cleaned within the week and Chem Dry was wonderful to work with! My house smells so fresh after getting our pet’s odor removed from our rugs. I look forward to the next time I work with Chem Dry!

Had a great experience with the guys at ChemDry. Very professional and quick. Very clean and reasonably priced. Will use them again.

Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland Metro West

Years ago Paul Davis restored our basement due to flooding and we were  extremely happy with the outcome. Just recently we had our bathtub converted into a shower and our kitchen and dining room floor redone with vinyl plank flooring.  Again we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We can’t praise enough the work of your employees, Nick Fitzgerald and his crew of Karl and Brian, they went above and beyond the call. I would recommend your company to everyone. We have had Paul Davis do multiple jobs for us the past few years and Nick Clark was the project manager for all of them.
He is absolutely amazing at his job, going above and beyond with everything. BY FAR the best contractor we have ever used or found! He is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He does not cut corners or try to lie to you like so many other contractors do.

Brian arrived on time as scheduled. He was very polite and professional. He looked over the work that needed to be done and was done in about 5 hours. It perfectly matches my wall. He even moved things back to where they were originally. He’s a very good asset to Paul David Restorations.

The issues I had at my home happened at 11pm. I called my insurance company, filed a claim and they asked if I wanted a call back from a contractor within an hour. I said yes. Ish Soltay with Paul Davis had called me back within that hour just as requested. He was at my house first thing the following morning. He was fast, efficient, thorough and kept me informed of what was happening the entire time. He had his techs, Arnold, Joel, Derek, Josh, Rich and Freddy there right away and they were awesome! They took care of everything that needed to be done with professionalism and precision. Working with this team from Paul Davis has been outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to use this team in the future. I'll be recommending them to friends and family!

Nick, Jeremy and the rest of their team from Paul Davis restoration helped up clean up and repair some major water damage cause by ruptured pipes from the Christmas storm. Like many in this area we had multiple water lines burst and due to the volume of these issues it was a nightmare dealing with insurance and trying to find plumbers that were available. Paul Davis not only cleaned up and got us dried out they also handled the remodel and made or damage area better than it was and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Nick and the team were very responsive and helped deal with the insurance as well as working around my schedule. I hope we never have a major issue like this but I know who I’ll call and who I’ll be referring my friends to.

Service Air Eastern Shore, Inc

The mini-split heat pump in the sewing room quit after about 12 years.  I reached out to several companies and didn’t receive help.  A friend recommended Service Air.  I read the reviews and then called Service Air.
I contacted them yesterday morning and a technician came out a few hours later and made a recommendation.  The install was completed this morning.  So, in less than 24 hours the old non-functional unit was removed and the new unit was installed and operational.
The technicians were knowledgeable, polite and answered my questions thoughtfully.  They were on time and the tech sent a text when they were en-route to our home.   Good job!

He also explained the monthly service I as a homeowner can perform to help keep my HVAC system working properly. I replaced my HVAC system in October and decided to go with Service Air after getting several estimates. I had a service call years ago. Tech showed me how to do it myself next time and save that money. I said won’t the boss get on to you? He shyly said, I’m the owner.  We’ve used them ever sense. This week we had a fan start having issues on outside unit. Greg came out and checked it out. It was now working but he said, I can hear it and it’s gonna to out soon. I’m gonna go ahead and order the part and put it on my truck.  It went out the next night, had it fixed and done in an hour. I can’t recommend a company more!

Alex was on time. He and his associate went to work right away. Very polite, well mannered.
They cleaned up well when done. They explained the operating of the mini split to me before they left.
Great experience.
Also, the estimating process was great, and affordable.

Budget Blinds of Newnan

Start to finish Budget Blinds of Newnan was good to their word.  They were professional In communicating and accommodating to meet my needs as a buyer.  The delivery and install was quick and timely. I was very happy with the turn around time. The installer was professional, knowledgeable, and explained proper use and care of the plantation blinds. I highly recommend this company.

Bryan and his crew are very professional, personable and prompt. Spoke with Bryan based on a recommendation from my builder and real estate agent. Bryan came out right away and measured for the blinds, showed us our option and had the blinds installed into the new home within a week. I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Newnan.

The manual blinds were installed and work great. Would give 5 stars but…
However we spent over $700 for one motorized blind. And it has not worked properly yet. They repaired it once and it failed. They came back and took the blind with them and replaced the motor. Reinstalled it and it worked. Several months later it quick working. Replaced all batteries and in remote, but still did not work. Called them and they said it would be a $100 service call to look at it. So instead of making it a $800 blind, I removed the blind and took it to them. Funny it worked when I got there. Must be my rough handling that fixed it! Still not happy for $700 as it hasn’t worked properly for at least a year. Maybe they need to chose another manufacturer

We consulted with Budget Blinds of Newnan for our new construction home about a month ahead of our closing date. I worked directly with Bryan who was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. After he measured our windows he provided us with an immediate quote. We approved the quote that day and were able to schedule our blinds for install on the day of closing. Andrew quickly installed our blinds. We highly recommend Budget Blinds of newnan. Another perk was that their blinds are manufactured in the USA!

I do not post many reviews. Someone has to really go above and beyond for me to recommend them online. The experience I had with Timoh and his team at PuroClean was my a mile the best home improvement experience we have ever experienced. Not only are they thorough, punctual and communicative. But, they get the job done in the time they say and the quality of work is second to none. When we initially selected PuroClean, we got three other bids. However, after using them twice now, I can comfortably say we will never use anyone other than Timoh and PuroClean.

On a Friday evening, we came home to find that our water heater had leaked and flooded a portion of our basement. I contacted PuroClean. Temoh immediately responded and was at our house within hours to begin to mitigate the damage. PuroClean helped coordinate with the insurance company all necessary paperwork and photos needed for the claim. From remediation to restoration Temoh and the PuroClean team were professional, responsive and made an unfortunate situation easy to deal with. Highly recommend PuroClean of Sandy Springs. 5 Stars.

We had a tree fall on our home a few weeks ago.  We have holes in the roof and ceiling which allowed rain into our home.  The drywall and hardwood floors were very wet.  We called Temoh at Puroclean and he came and assessed the moisture and water damage and set up equipment to clean up the water. He came back daily to check on the remediation progress  until we were in a good place.  Temoh provided communication to us and to our insurance company to make the process as easy as possible give the circumstances.  We were very impressed with the services Puroclean offered and would highly recommend this business.  I would give Puroclean more than five stars if I could!

PuroClean helped us out of a nasty situation when our basement sump pump over flowed. The team was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They got their hands dirty right away to mitigate the damage, ensure no lasting effects, and put our basement back to the way it was. Can't recommend Puro enough!

Temoh and his team were recommended to me by another PuroClean, and I'm sure now it was not by chance! My basement flooded on a Friday evening. I called Temoh Saturday morning, he picked up immediately and was at my with all his equipment in less than 2 hours. Upon arrival he was dressed professionally and was very cooperative and sensitive to my mask request. His demeanor was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He clearly communicated with me what needed to be done and got right to work. Not only was he quick and efficient, but his follow up was what really put my mind at ease. He came back on a Sunday to make sure everything was working properly and continued to check in daily.
