North Georgia Replacement Windows

My experience with North Georgia was outstanding. It started with the ease of setting the appointment over the phone. Kevin was our rep and he came out and was great. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. He had a sample window with him that he could demo everything about it. We previously had a vinyl window company out and they were charging over 40% more than the Marvin Infinity. It was great feeling having the best window on the market for a fraction of the price of "budget friendly" vinyl windows. Randy was our project manager, and again just pure professionalism. When it was time to install, it was a two man team led by Kyle, I really wish I could remember the other guys name but these guys were great. I'm effusive in my praise, I know, but please understand the relief of finding North Georgia Replacement Windows after the slog of trying to "save money" with vinyl. It definitely feels like replacement windows can be a predatory sales process, but dealing with these pros made me feel lucky I found them. To be fair, I didn't really find them on this search, I knew them by reputation for a long time, but I was afraid it would cost too much so I tried to go another route. If you're in my shoes, trust me and trust them.

From the first phone call I placed, the staff involved in my project...Sales Team, Customer Service, Knowing my House and my Personal Style, Communication, Financing Options, Project Managers, Focus on Specific Requirements for my Addition, Install (A) Team Members, Product Function - Choices, Painters to Final Inspection..My experience COULD NOT have been any better!! I wish every company out there would model themselves off of N Ga Replacement Windows. I highly recommend!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mr Clark came to our home to provide an estimate for service. While NGRW does not do the work we were requesting, he spent a good deal of time explaining our options, their services and their products. Very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company and they will be our first call when we decide to replace the windows in our home.

Just finished the 3rd, and hopefully last, phase of window replacement. Virtually every window on the main floor have been replaced. The work was very professional and on time. Our project manager, Dave, stayed on top of the different phases and was very attentive to our expectations. I highly recommend North Georgia Windows to anyone that demands quality and excellent workmanship.

Hands down the single best remodeling experience ever! From Denver Clark, the salesman who put together a perfect bid and worked with me to get exactly the look. I wanted, to John Biggerstaff, the project manager, who came out and measured, answered every detail question, and was a complete pro, to Guillermo, the crew manager, who made sure the job was done, exquisitely and cleaned everything up, the entire crew was great! My windows look beautiful, and definitely enhance the look of the house. Even having gone through the entire process with me, my husband commented that the windows looked really spectacular, and made more of a difference than he thought they could! We will definitely be using NGW again to do the windows on the back of the house as soon as we are able to do so.
