Good morning I wanted to reach out and compliment Jay and ACE Handyman Services on a seamless plan of action! Jay contacted me the night before he arrived to make some necessary repairs to our front main entrance. storm door and adjacent framing on the interior and exterior of the entrance! Jay arrived, assessed the situation and departed to gather the needed supplies. The repairs were completed to our “total satisfaction” within 3.5 hours! The door now swings properly when opening and closing! The damaged areas on the interior and exterior surfaces were repaired and a fresh coat of epoxy, paint applied! I was called by the handyman the day before to explain to him what needed to be done. I even sent pictures to him. This morning both Jason and Melanie arrived on time and from the moment they walked in the door they were kind. Then they proceeded to complete the tasks and did a beautiful job. They knew exactly how to solve other problems I was having around the house. Problems that no other handyman could solve. The icing on the cake was that they cleaned up. I will definitely use their services again.

We have had excellent experiences with this company. It can be challenging to find a reliable and trustworthy handyman. I like that these are W-2 employees, not contractors. I feel safe with them in my home.

Our electrician, Melanie, was right on time, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. We are very pleased and will be using Ace Handyman Services again, for sure. Mike and his team at West Paces Ace have always provided excellent products and services and we are thrilled that they have launched this!

Joseph did a great job and was very nice. The job was bigger than anticipated and he was great about it. It is very pricey but they do a good job.
