PuroClean of Sandy Springs

I do not post many reviews. Someone has to really go above and beyond for me to recommend them online. The experience I had with Timoh and his team at PuroClean was my a mile the best home improvement experience we have ever experienced. Not only are they thorough, punctual and communicative. But, they get the job done in the time they say and the quality of work is second to none. When we initially selected PuroClean, we got three other bids. However, after using them twice now, I can comfortably say we will never use anyone other than Timoh and PuroClean.

On a Friday evening, we came home to find that our water heater had leaked and flooded a portion of our basement. I contacted PuroClean. Temoh immediately responded and was at our house within hours to begin to mitigate the damage. PuroClean helped coordinate with the insurance company all necessary paperwork and photos needed for the claim. From remediation to restoration Temoh and the PuroClean team were professional, responsive and made an unfortunate situation easy to deal with. Highly recommend PuroClean of Sandy Springs. 5 Stars.

We had a tree fall on our home a few weeks ago. We have holes in the roof and ceiling which allowed rain into our home. The drywall and hardwood floors were very wet. We called Temoh at Puroclean and he came and assessed the moisture and water damage and set up equipment to clean up the water. He came back daily to check on the remediation progress until we were in a good place. Temoh provided communication to us and to our insurance company to make the process as easy as possible give the circumstances. We were very impressed with the services Puroclean offered and would highly recommend this business. I would give Puroclean more than five stars if I could!

PuroClean helped us out of a nasty situation when our basement sump pump over flowed. The team was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They got their hands dirty right away to mitigate the damage, ensure no lasting effects, and put our basement back to the way it was. Can't recommend Puro enough!

Temoh and his team were recommended to me by another PuroClean, and I'm sure now it was not by chance! My basement flooded on a Friday evening. I called Temoh Saturday morning, he picked up immediately and was at my with all his equipment in less than 2 hours. Upon arrival he was dressed professionally and was very cooperative and sensitive to my mask request. His demeanor was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He clearly communicated with me what needed to be done and got right to work. Not only was he quick and efficient, but his follow up was what really put my mind at ease. He came back on a Sunday to make sure everything was working properly and continued to check in daily. For his final check in, he made sure the wood was completely dry before removing equipment and even cleaned up! Thanks you Temoh for your professionalism and exceptional follow through!
