I arrived a little early. The crew took my vehicle right in and helpfully pointed me in the direction of a coffee shop. They were done replacing the windshield at about the same time I finished the coffee! Fast and very fair pricing.

I hired Glass Doctor to repair a broken window sash. They beat the next closest estimate by $200.00. They were courteous, on time and the new window panel matched the original window perfectly. They set the appointments and kept them. The office called to confirm once my glass arrived and within days the job was done. I would definitely recommend their service. And on the best thing is they come to you.

Floor Medic

Professional, affordable and so helpful. He arrived quickly after we got home from vacation to a leak and checked our house consistently through the Thanksgiving holiday. Forever grateful to Floor Medic! We thought we would have to tear out drywall but we got dried up within about a week!

When we discovered water-soaked carpeting in our bonus room, we called Chad. He responded to our call immediately and worked throughout the weekend to dry out our subfloor and insulation. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt on each of his return visits. You could tell he takes pride in his work, and it was refreshing to find someone so reliable to provide this service. First time using Floor Medic in Daphne, AL and they did an excellent job!  Chad and Zach were quick to respond, friendly, and professional.  They returned our rug looking clean and fresh. We highly recommend Floor Medic rug cleaning services.

This was the first time that I used Floor Medic and I am very grateful that I used their service. They were able to fit me in within 2 days with a time that accommodated my schedule. Brett arrived and started straight to work. I told him that I had cats that were confined to one room that was not being cleaned today. Premier Pools & Spas | Gulf Coast

The pavements they installed are keep sinking and falling apart. It is less than one year and this is the 3rd time we had to contact the premier pools for the same issues as well as the other problems we have noticed on the pool.

The more frustrated part is that whenever we call the office for the issues, I don't hear anything back within a timely business manner and we have to call them back every week to remind if someone is scheduled to come out and fix the issue.

This is the 3rd time I contacted the company and again there is no replay or nobody seems to be scheduled to come out to see the problems.

There were 5 kids running around the pool on the pavements and one of the kids almost fall into the hole of the sinking pavement. The other kids called me and I went to check the areas, and I noticed there are other areas of the pavements are also falling apart. I am so glad that none of the kids got injured at the time. Now I had to tell the kids no more running around on the pavements till the issues are completely fixed. It will be a lawsuit against the company if the kid actually got injured due to the sinking pavements!

Finally, I gave 3 stars because I do still believe they are the one of the best company for custom design inground pool in this area and my family, and all my kids' friends love to play in our pool.  Some of their employees also worked very hard to meet our expectation during the construction as well.

However, I will take the legal action if the issues are not fixed within a timely business manner under the warranty they promised.

Update - they says they will be calling me to schedule the appointment. I didn't get any phone call from your office today and I had to call your office again and nobody answer the phone. I had to leave the message.

We shopped around and ultimately decided to go with Premier. We had an amazing salesman, Joe Mazer, who came to our home multiple times for design changes, took our calls anytime day or night to answer any questions we had and was very hands on during the entire process. Cody was our Pool Supervisor and he was also just as hands on and awesome to work with. Of course during any pool build you have hiccups but we were very impressed at how quick any issues were addressed. Everybody that we have had work on our pool was very professional. We absolutely love our pool and our kids couldn't agree more.

They do some of the worst work I have ever seen.  Took them 8 months to build this pool. It was finished and now leaking and falling in after 2 months. Not to mention other countless problems along the way.  Premier blocked them on Facebook and are not standing behind their work.  Joke of a company.

I’d give ZERO stars if possible. I paid as contracted, but I NEVER got the pool I ordered. Wrong width, length and depth. Shorted me on pavers and more. Promises not kept. Horrible experience and even after everything was brought to their attention, every time I was ignored until I had to get an attorney. Still will never have the pool I paid them for. Now my pavers have fell into the ground. Pool over salted. Salt cell broken. Temp piece broken. APP does NOT work. I wanted a remote. This company does NOT represent veteran-owned companies well. Sadly all I wanted was them to make the pool I ordered and paid for. They REFUSED.

From the original amazing design by Jim Anderson to the actual installation headed by Drew this experience while challenging ended with a dream pool for our family. We have talked about building a pool for years and we are so glad that we went with Premier Pools. Call Jim today, you won't regret it.

Aire Serv of Newport

I can’t say enough good things about Aire Serv. Our AC was out and had a heck of a time getting any company to call us back. I turned to Yelp and found them. Called, got a live person and had a same day appointment within 5 minutes. Tech that showed up (early!!) was nice, personable and professional. These guys will always be our go to from now on!

I called early Monday an appointment set up for noon same day. Tony called about 11:30 to tell me he would be here about 12:00, he arrived at 12:02, and went to work.within 25 minutes he found the problem. He had the needed parts in his van and had my heater operating by 12:55. Everything was explained and taken care of by 1:15. I give the highest marks to Tony Murphy and Aire Serv. Thank. You so very much.

Tony arrived right on time. He was very efficient at diagnosing the problem and had me back up and running in no time.

I called on July 4th and left a message, I knew they weren't open, but wanted to get on waiting list as my son, his wife and their 2 year old twins were without AC, and its been near 90 the past few days. They called me back early the next morning and had a guy out the next day! They worked with my sons work schedule and came as soon as he got home! They sent reminders and also a text when technician was on his way, and also included a picture of him so you knew who to look for! We absolutely appreciate the friendly, efficient service, not to mention getting their unit back up and running. They will sleep alot better tonight and we definitely recommend trying these guys! Fast, professional service.  Needed a replacement window around the holidays and they had it installed ahead of schedule for a great price.  Cannot recommend them enough!

I would certainly recommend Glass Doctor of Millersburg, Ohio! They went to great lengths to accommodate my unusual project for a residential home, which took a few months to complete. Sarah provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a very long time. She communicated with the company who made the window and immediately kept me up-to-date, which I appreciated. Now, I have to give kudos to the staff who installed my very large window. They worked as a team, talking there way through the installation process. It was a site to behold!!! And, the price was right! I had an outstanding experience with the entire staff from start to finish! Very impressed all the way around!

They have quick service, I called in on Wednesday and they came to my shop by Friday to change my truck windshield.

I live next to Millersburg glass doctor. Our property is right next to theirs. My first encounter with them is when they tried to cut down the trees on our property because they thought they owned the property. Next encounter they built a barn to close to the hillside and had to build up some of the hill. Long story short this is what our family gets to look at everyday( see pics below) and at night the flood lights that shine in our windows. not to mention the trees and wildlife that were destroyed.
It is a joke in my opinion that the Millersburg glass doctor is neighborly in anyway! Maybe they should remove that phrase from their website…..very sad.

Replacement windshield was a perfect fit or the truck. Looks great. Quick and friendly service.

I ordered silhouette sheer shades for my home through Budget Blinds and I couldn’t be happier with the product, the service, and the installation process. The shades are gorgeous  —they let in just the right amount of light while providing optimum privacy. Ace Handyman Services NW Metro Atlanta

I have never been so impressed with a contractor in my LIFE! Our Ace Handyman, Van, was super professional, always on time, and courteous to boot. He got the job done perfectly, replacing the operator on our old window, and it looks just like new! I'm so, so appreciative to the rest of the team for all the time they put in researching it! That whole team deserves a raise.

UPDATE: Just had John over to repair the lights in my kitchen and the ceiling downstairs. What a wonderful experience! John was professional, on time and incredibly knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way!

We had some fallen sheet rock in the garage ceiling.  The handyman office gave me an estimate based on pictures they requested, for just the work that was immediately needed.  John arrived and discussed the fix with me.   He completed the work as scheduled, and the job looks excellent.  Scheduling was convenient, and I expect to contact them again when I need more work.

Derek and Rob were amazing, knowledgeable and professional. They handled a very difficult door install very well. I would highly recommend using this service. Price was very affordable, especially in today’s market. I will be using them again!

Bob gathered the specs for our door work.  AAron did a great job of installing new thresholds and jambs for the old door set.

We wanted to install a custom vertical cable rail system along the open side of our stairway with very limited space to work with. Robert and Ace Handyman Services were the ONLY vendors we reached out to who could actually scope and execute the project. Robert was extremely professional and spent hours on the phone with me discussing every detail, measurement and options for materials. He shared links for products, the pros and cons of each and how he planned to install them. Once we settled on the details and execution, he and his partner showed up on time and knocked it out it one day. We can’t say enough good things about Robert and his calming professionalism. We were in a very tough spot. We had two systems go down at the same time and had been working with another company that was getting extremely costly and up-quoted us on the work. Our neighbors swore by Aire Serv so we reached out and they came right out, ran diagnostics, explained the system and why it malfunctioned, never placed blame on anyone or company for how things had gotten where they were, and provided a clear quote and action plan options on moving forward. The service was great and we felt prioritized and heard. Aire Serv earned my business and can count me as a fan going forward.

The technician was fine.  We had already had the problem diagnosed so he didn't have to do a lot.  He ordered the parts and will, hopefully, be back to install them.

My husband and I bought a home last summer and after a week of being in the home, our air went out. In Georgia, that’s probably the worst thing that could happen to any individual (especially after moving into a newly purchased home). I happened to call Aire Serv of Smyrna, and it was really the best experience I could have asked for.

Koala Insulation of the Gulf Coast

The team from Koala Insulation are fantastic!  Eddie and Bianca were so friendly and hard working. They came in and quickly scouted out the attic, formulated a plan, and got right to work. Bianca took a before and after video for us. They cleaned up any stray bits of insulation before leaving the house. Conner Curtis is President of the company and has a great crew on board.

Connor and his team at Koala Insulation were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were very professional and provide quality work. It is hard to find service like this nowadays. I would highly recommend Connor at Koala Insulation.

They were great! They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were friendly and professional. Everything you could ask for! I highly recommend!!

I hired Connor, Koala gulf coast to remove old insulation and replace with new in December 2021. They were having issues with their vacuum and stated they will have to remove it by hand. The next day when I came by to check on it, they said they had finished. I few days later I went in the attic to run wires and found they blew over the old insulation. They didn’t remove any. The removal was the majority of the cost. I called Connor and he did nothing. Very dishonest. If you use him, make sure you check his work before you pay.

Koala arrived on time. Explained the process. Were courteous. Worked quickly. Did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. They installed an attic fan and brought insulation to R38. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Great job!!
