Big O Tires

Honestly this was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a tire shop!!!! Literally my wheel.was falling off. Ron's towing came and got me and recommended big O Tires. I can not Thank big O enough for the professionals and just the outright kindness they showed me. They new I had to get back to Moran for work that day and the did everything they could to make that happen. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Hats off to you Big O tires, Nikolai and the Store gm didn't catch his name. But forever grateful for the service and great attitudes.

My campervan had developed a terrible screeching after I left home in CA. The screeching was so lound it turned heads. It was so hot, well over 112 on my drive, then there was flooding rain. The screeching had stopped after the rain but to be sure Big O in Jackson was able to do a through check up for me when all other shops I contacted were booked solid and could not fit me in.

Problem seems to have been resolved, maybe gravel in the brakes that go washed out.

No charge for the inspection. Now I can continue with the security of knowing my brakes are functional.

They helped me greatly. While traveling across country I had an issue with a tire. My tires are nonstock tires, and within 7 months before winter to replace. They set me up with four nice all seasons and an alignment. Had me back on the road heading to my destination in no time. Thank you!

Don’t get scammed here! I hit a pothole while towing a boat and on the way back to Jackson my car was shaking. I requested a 4 wheel tire balance at this location. They charged me for the labor and said that my tires were in good shape. I went to another shop for a diagnostic, assuming that the problem must be deeper. They informed me that my front rim had an obvious flat spot AND that my tires were not balanced properly. One wheel didn’t have any weights on it at all. I seriously doubt that Big O even put my car on the lift. Never again.

I had a check engine light come on while I was exploring Tetons and I came back into town at Jackson to see if I could get a local shop to check the codes. I tried three Shops before stopping at big o andrus said amazing customer support. The two gentlemen in the shop helped me out right away and Diego Velasquez, one of the mechanics on the clock helped me out and helped me even research the issue with the check engine codes my car was giving.  This is why big O tire is the best… It’s sad when even the small local shops turn you away and I can’t even get someone willing to help or show any interest in helping.  They just turn you away and tell you they can’t help you unless you spend money up front.  I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.  Thanks to the team at Big O tire!

Staff was helpful. Very friendly and best price around.  Other places wanted 400$ more to do the job they did. Grate customers service.  Lady's at the front desk are awesome 👌.

Friendly and attentive service. But do not let them work on your vehicle outside of tire change and/ or alignment.
These people are not mechanics. They are 'parts changers'.
They changed the parts but could not troubleshoot the problem. The problem continued and ruined the new parts that they put on.
I then took my truck to an actual mechanic, and he fixed the main problem that caused the damage of other parts.

The staff went above and beyond when they helped me make the best of a self-inflicted decision to purchase another (cheaper) tire online the advertisement for which (unlike regular car tires) failed to mention that despite being the correct size had a completely different tire profile. Not only was the Team at Big O Tires able to make the tire work for my application, but they tactfully helped me understand that a phone call would have saved me a lot of money on my "cheaper" tire. Kudos to the entire Staff of Brandenburg Big O Tires.

Got stranded in Kentucky while traveling across the country when my breaks rotors gave out back on January. Big O Tires was able to get me day of service to replace the rotors and all the break pads at a great price! Can not recommend them enough, customer service was fantastic, speed and quality of work was perfect! I can’t thank them enough!

Good selection of tires and service but a little pricey

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced, especially for the amount of money spent. I came in to get tires on my truck and was told they needed to order them. I put half the money down to order and was told 3-5 days and they'd be here. On day 6 I was told to come in after 12 and they'd get them on. I drove 45 minutes to come in at 1pm to only find they had 2 tires and didn't mention the other 2 weren't in. They promised they would be in the next day. When I got home I went to get into my center console to get something out and noticed that it had been gone through and 2 bracelets I had stuck in there right before showing up were suddenly missing. I know their sign says not responsible for your car, and that was partly my fault, but its nice to know what kind of people are working on your cars are definitely checking the inside out. To finish out this terrible experience I was called the next morning to come in so again I drive 45 min in to be told on the final 2 tires it will be a minimum 2 hour wait because they have other more important customers. So I guess next time I need to drop a couple grand on tires I'll find a shop that actually values my time and money and is more respectful of my vehicle.

During a recent oil change, my wife was uncomfortably pressured by a service representative to purchase a new set of tires. His aggressive sales tactics and pushy demeanor created an unpleasant experience that overshadowed what should have been a routine maintenance visit.

This incident goes beyond the financial aspect of the tire purchase. It's about the lack of respect and consideration shown to a loyal customer. After years of patronage, we will no longer be returning to Big O.

These tires were bought in April 2021. They have less than 5k miles on them. I get that big o won’t warranty trailer tires. But they shouldn’t even be selling these to people. We were extremely thankful the tires didn’t blow up and ruin our camper. But as you can see one has a tear in it and 3 of them had ballooned like the one in the picture. The two tires in the picture are the same tire. So don’t buy trailer tires or camper tires from here. Because they won’t help you with them and they’ll sell you something like this. I hate leaving bad reviews but feel like people should be warned. Don’t buy camper tires here. We replaced with sailun kevlar enforced tires which will last 20-30k miles.

I caught a nail 14 hours into my 19 hr drive, I stopped at Big O Tires and they were busy, no parking spots busy. I walked in as a typical damsel in distress,  Justin came to my aid! He squeezed me in, my tire was repaired for the cheapest in the area and within an hour, if I was local I wouldn't go anywhere else

Good prices, good work, typical tire shop wait, friendly and helpful staff... They didn't complain that I brought my own tires for the job either 😁

Fast, friendly & quality customer service from every single employee working there. Wait time was a little longer than expected as I didn’t expect for the whole process to take over 3 hours to complete, despite filling out the application online prior to my arrival. I overheard other customers not expecting such a long wait time as well, but that’s also a sign of good business so overall, it was a great experience. Will DEF refer friends & family to do business there as well. David was awesome & so helpful & professional.

6 months same as cash means that, if I have paid $88 a week for 6 months this is equal to $2,112. This is the 6 month term, the six month term was 9-14-23. When called to pay last payment we get told that we owe $500 more which was not said in agreement, then had nerve to say we have to pay minimum for 18 more months. This is not right and terrible customer service

Made a stressful process very easy,fast, and understandable! Only place in town that also had the offset tire in stock that I needed. The ladies in the office definitely made me feel like family! Will definitely have my business every time!

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Got new tires and an allignment done within a quick timeframe and a payment schedule setup that works perfectly with my schedule.

Syracuse Glass Inc

Had my front windshield changed, pretty forward and quick service but was upset to see the damages left to my car. Looks like they tried to prop the windshield out using my dash as leverage and left dents/damages across it. The gimp is wavy, and this black material is sticking out of the windshield. Not very satisfied with the quality.

Carla took care of us, appreciate the recommendation on type of glass that would work for our application.

They are very helpful. I've been there many times to replace glass for tables, photos, lanterns, windows, etc. They have good prices, and fast turnaround as well. They are always friendly and easy to work with, and always call the second your order is ready.

They do great work! I highly recommend them!

Red River Glass LLC

Called them to get a quote because I wanted to “ replace my windows”.  After about a week, Mr. Burrell Brown called to say he would be out to measure for my windows but I could not be there. He said it was not necessary because all he had to do was measure, so he came while I was not there.  I talked to the office manager all through the ordering process and one day they called and said they would be there in about an hour with my windows. Once again, I could not be there and they said it was not necessary, they could go ahead with The install. I came home to find that they were replacing my double paned solar tempered glass with new double pane solar tempered glass. ?? I was not getting new windows. Miscommunication? Definitely.  Who’s fault is it? Must’ve been mine because I paid every penny of it. But I never said I wanted to replace the glass, I said several times that I want to “ replace my windows”.  Upon closer inspection about a week after the install I discovered that they broke or cracked all of my window stops during the install and they cannot be replaced.

Always the best place to go! Great prices! Great customer service. I needed a windshield replaced. They scheduled me very quickly and the entire process was done in less than an hour.. I will definitely return if I need their services. The only downside is they offer no warranty

I have a Lincoln Town Car that had a really bad air suspension problem. I had called our local dealership and they couldn't do anything until the end of December. I decided to call Midas and told them my problem. They said to just bring it by and they would check it out. I drop it off and they called me back explaining what was wring with the suspension and how much it was going to cost, but they would need to keep it overnight. The next day, they called me and said that what the repair had not worked and it would be best to go with a conversion kit to a coil suspension. So I said ok to that.
The car rides really smooth.
I see that this location has some bad reviews, and I was a little leery about going there, but since I didn't think it was safe to drive the car with a bad suspension, and the fact that they were able to check it way faster than the dealership could, I decided to go ahead and try them out.
These guys did an awesome job by me. They explained what they needed to do, then they explained the best route to go, and they never tried to pressure me into performing any unnecessary repairs. Thank you, Midas. You definitely earned a five-star rating from me today!

Went in the other day because we had a flat tire, we had bought our tires from here. It was 3:24 and they were to be open until 5pm. They said they didn't have time to look at it. So luckily Walmart tire was open and we had to buy a tire from them because of having to ride on the rim. So it might have been able to be fixed. So we will have to give our business elsewhere since we were treated so poorly.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They were the only place willing to help us out when we got a flat tire on our tri axle trailer.

They completed some routine maintenance and broke a vacuum fitting off my ecoboost Ford edge charge pipe. They then electrical taped the hole which had pressurized turbocharged air going through it and caused damage to my engine costing me more then a thousand dollars to fix at the dealer. Unbelievable that they would try to hide this and let me leave with a boost leak that eventually killed my engine. Do not trust this shop.

I went there to get a tire patched. They charged me $35 dollars and were done in about 5 minutes. I am a mechanic and I know it is impossible to dismount and patch a tire that fast. I inspected the tire and found that they had just plugged the tire with a emergency tire plug that is intended for a temporary roadside repair and had not removedthe wheel at all. That is a safety Hazzard as those plugs are prone to pop out when temperatures are high.

Autobody Solutions

Had my car from November 2020 till April 2021 and wouldn’t do the repair. It was paint he said he could match and blend soo well my car was 2 different shades of white.  The paint is running in the door handle and the hood and the corner of the bumper cover wasn’t painted at all correctly he came out with paint can and a stick and sapped white paint in my bumper to hide the unpainted spot.  Be weary take my word you won’t get your car done for weeks or months and it won’t be right.  Contact me I’ll show you what he did to my car
