Came in and needed a spare tire taken off of wheel and a new tire placed onto another. Got us in very quickly, was there less than an hour, and even replaced one of my valve stems as well. Service was great, friendly, and affordable.

Well to begin, no one likes to break down. But if you're going to have issues, this is the place to go. The dealership is an hour away and booked out a month! I got my car back in less than a week. It only took time because they had to order the part. Savannah ordered it from multiple places and TG she did. One part was wrong and the dealership never came through. But her third source did. She and Colton kept me informed and the price she quoted was spot on. It was a very pleasant experience. Chris got me back on the road.

Got an alignment done for my car and it came with a warranty, well worth the price. They did an amazing job. During the alignment we realized the right lower control arm bushing was broke and after I got the part fixed the re aligned my steering wheel for free and my car was good as new! Thanks Big O

I recommend this shop to anybody who needs some quality parts clear coated painted whatever. These guys take care of my Cadillac ATSV very well it's a 2016.

From the moment I walked in to the shop I was impressed with their customer service. When I dropped my car off for repairs, they already had a rental car there waiting for me. My insurance guy even said how seamless it was working with them. They were efficient and I had my car back in no time at all. Ross and Kim were patient with all of my questions and took time to explain things to me. There were no hidden costs and my car looks AMAZING!!!

The customer service here is the best I have ever had.  They were willing to work with me.  I took my car in for an estimate on Friday, I was able to bring it in the next Monday morning and it was done by the following Friday morning.  They also have rental cars all in the same place, for a really reasonable price of $25.00/day .  The people are great, the service was great! I hope I am not in an accident again, but if I was this is definitely who I would take my vehicle too!!! You really can't go wrong when working with awesome people who genuinely care about the customer.  Each time I was in the shop I had a long conversation with each of the guys unrelated to my vehicle.  Can't beat those kinds of customer service skills!!!

Great employees just wish they were not so busy.  They have had my truck for a little over a month and still waiting on their supplier to get the right parts to them.

So had a small incident involving the tailgate of my new truck and a boat! Chuck got all the parts and had them painted and ready for when I dropped my truck off. The turn around on the repair was awesome! He didn't have it for 24 hours and it was done and looks phenomenal!! I highly recommend Baledge auto body and will be taking my stuff here from now on!

I had great services here and would highly recommend anyone needing glass work done to go here! I showed up with a crack in my windshield and needed to get it replaced. The employees were all very kind and informative, the best part for me was they came and got my car while I was at work, since I work very close to their shop, and when I was done working, my car was waiting for me in the parking lot! My new windshield is beautiful & I'm so thankful to have found this place!

This place provided great and prompt service. I had to have the front and back windshield replaced in my vehicle and they were able to get me in within 24 hours. I called a few other places before finding AA Glass and none of the others could get me in for several days. AA glass had lower prices also.

After having my truck vandalized I got quotes from multiple places to fix the smashed window.  AA Glass is by far the cheapest, with the shortest turn around time and friendly staff.  What else could I ask for.

It's extremely rare to find a business that is still customer oriented.  Brenda, the office manager, took me back to my apartment within minutes after I arrived and picked me up once the car was finished.  She's a very friendly person with a upbeat positive personality.  The work was excellent and the mechanic even put air into my tires.  That means a great deal to a single senior woman!  The price for the service was extremely affordable.  I would highly recommend Red Bay Body Shop to any person wanting reliable service in a timely fashion!  It's refreshing to deal with a business with old-fashioned principles of customer service, work ethics and fair pricing!

Very good experience. To quote a phrase "looked like it never happened!" And that is exactly what we wanted. It is hard to find companies that have the ability and equipment to work on motorhomes. Jeff and his associates did a very good job at a fair price.

I came in with a significant issue and they worked tirelessly to figure out what the cause of the problem was. I really felt like they listened to me (even though I am not a car guy) and kept digging until they found the problem. They even went as far as to shop around to find a better deal for me on one of the parts I needed for the repair. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great place to take your vehicle! Marshall and Jackiy run a very honest and will go overboard to satisfy you. I bring my car for oil changes and just purchased a set of tires with an alignment. I was very satisfied with the value. Locally owned by people who care about the community they live in and serve. 5 STARS!

My driver was out of town and hit a raccoon. She came into Midas to see if they could find the leak that was created. Midas fixed the issue and got  our driver back on the road at no charge. Thank you so much! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I purchased new tires for an old truck. They did not try to oversell me on a different set and the wait time was minimal. Great place and I will be a repeat customer.

RNR Tire Express

I had a nail in my car tire and they patched it for free.  While we waited,  they offered my son and I our choice of drinks from a minifridge and the remote to the TV. Great customer service.  Others waiting also seemed truly pleased with the establishment and the workers.

My husband called on the 20th to get prices on a tire he needs replaced. Her name was either Sharon or Sherry that answered. She said the sales team was busy, but took down his name and number. He hadn’t heard back, and called again. Sharon/Sherry answered again and said they were still busy. 2 days later and never returned a phone call. We have gone here a few times and had great experiences, unfortunately we had to go elsewhere because they have been “too busy” for 2 days now.

Previously my experience here has been pretty good, however my last visit there has drastically changed my opinion of them and ruined all trust I could have in them. I went in to have my tires rotated and asked that they just check my break pads as well while they’re working on it. I wasn’t planning to buy break pads from here because my normal mechanic is always priced cheaper but I just wanted to know if I needed new break pads. The guy came back and said I definitely needed new back break pads and quoted me almost $500 for them. I think they even had a rotor on the quote as well but I can’t remember for sure. Said I couldn’t do that day but will work out my finances, he was cool with that but said I might start noticing some squeaking or grinding coming from them soon. I took the car to my normal guy and quoted me $200 but when he went to go replace them he came back and said the break pads were only half worn and still had plenty of time left and there was no reason to replace them now! RNR tried to scam me out of $500 for services I didn’t need! Do not trust what they say and always get a second opinion!

These people did their best to help us out with an odd tire size. Their prices are great, and their customer service was really strong. I would recommend them to anybody.

Is it a staff are very professional and courteous and likable. My one beef however, is that I feel the labor charges were outrageously high. About $579 for about 2 hours worth of actual labor done. I brought the vehicle in at about 8:30 a.m. and got a text at 10:50 a.m. that it was ready to pick up. It was probably almost 9:00 a.m. before a mechanic took my vehicle to the back. This is also the included diagnostics time at $129. Overall I really like this Midas and will continue to come here but I hope something can be done about exorbitant labor costs to the customer. Thank you for your time and for reading this.

For about 2 to 3 weeks I had been struggling with a terrible noise from underneath my left front tire. I had gone to several other auto repair stores and each of them told me something different and NONE of them could fix the problem. I took it in to Midas today and the gentleman were all kind and all seemed very concerned about my car. They looked at it for all of 5 minutes and were able to call me back up to the counter to let me know my wheel was about to fall off. I had never felt more grateful for a company. This car is my job and they were able to fix it at no cost. They tightened the wheel and made sure my other ones were good and now my car drives like a dream. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent auto repair shop took care of bad drum installed in Indianapolis,IN Midas.Jeremy was very professional and Sean is an excellent ,honest Mechanic. Hands down the best Midas we have ever been in-Great hospitality  while on the long road to Florida from Michigan. Not the shop or mechanics fault for substandard quality parts they have to deal with right out of the box.Will need to make another stop in Florida Midas. They stand behind a Nationwide guarantee.
