Big O Tires

Honestly this was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a tire shop!!!! Literally my wheel.was falling off. Ron's towing came and got me and recommended big O Tires. I can not Thank big O enough for the professionals and just the outright kindness they showed me. They new I had to get back to Moran for work that day and the did everything they could to make that happen. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Hats off to you Big O tires, Nikolai and the Store gm didn't catch his name. But forever grateful for the service and great attitudes.

This shop gets my thanks. My campervan had developed a terrible screeching after I left home in CA. The screeching was so lound it turned heads. It was so hot, well over 112 on my drive, then there was flooding rain. The screeching had stopped after the rain but to be sure Big O in Jackson was able to do a through check up for me when all other shops I contacted were booked solid and could not fit me in. Problem seems to have been resolved, maybe gravel in the brakes that go washed out. No charge for the inspection. Now I can continue with the security of knowing my brakes are functional.

They helped me greatly. While traveling across country I had an issue with a tire. My tires are nonstock tires, and within 7 months before winter to replace. They set me up with four nice all seasons and an alignment. Had me back on the road heading to my destination in no time. Thank you!

Don’t get scammed here! I hit a pothole while towing a boat and on the way back to Jackson my car was shaking. I requested a 4 wheel tire balance at this location. They charged me for the labor and said that my tires were in good shape. I went to another shop for a diagnostic, assuming that the problem must be deeper. They informed me that my front rim had an obvious flat spot AND that my tires were not balanced properly. One wheel didn’t have any weights on it at all. I seriously doubt that Big O even put my car on the lift. Never again.

I had a check engine light come on while I was exploring Tetons and I came back into town at Jackson to see if I could get a local shop to check the codes. I tried three Shops before stopping at big o andrus said amazing customer support. The two gentlemen in the shop helped me out right away and Diego Velasquez, one of the mechanics on the clock helped me out and helped me even research the issue with the check engine codes my car was giving. This is why big O tire is the best… It’s sad when even the small local shops turn you away and I can’t even get someone willing to help or show any interest in helping. They just turn you away and tell you they can’t help you unless you spend money up front. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Thanks to the team at Big O tire!
