Great location. Employees are honest and quick. I have been taking my cars for a few years. They never try to push anything unnecessary. The only time something came up they didn’t even need to be asked to show the issue to me along with how it should have looked. When I’ve had to go in for repair, it always ends up under the quoted price.

Good guys that do great work. I've had multiple vehicle troubles in the past 2 months and they have been great with everything. Specifically their price transparency, work ethic, customer service, and workplace atmosphere are quite above-par. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family and you should do the same.

Reggie got me in for a full brake replacement same day. After having my brakes misdiagnosed at a dealership, these guys found the problem, came through and did a fantastic job on the work all in a day. Go here if you’re looking for authentic, upfront customer service, and professional results.

Great experience! I brought my subaru in with busted air conditioning the day before a long weekend. They got me in, ordered parts and fixed up within a few hours. Great customer service and an awesome team.

So disappointed in Midas and the work they did on my car. First off it took over two months for transmission work to be completed and all I got was excuses. To be fair it was done through my warranty and I know there was a lot of back and forth but communication was lacking.

Ryan and Reggie toward the end of my experience got better at communicating which was helpful but their shop didn't resolve my issue.

After being without a vehicle for two months and missing family events, unable to take my new baby to doctors visits and unable to do my day to day tasks I finally got my car back. As soon as I turned the car on there were immediate issues, the check engine light was on along with the traction control and the AC was blowing hot air. So not safe to drive.

The condenser needed to be replaced and I had to pay for it out of pocket. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it broke on its own even though it was working perfectly fine before I took it to them.

It was later diagnosed that the PEM needed to be reprogrammed, something only the dealership was able to complete so I took it them for further assistance. They diagnosed my car and I got a phone call with a laundry list of new issues due to a poor transmission installation. Just to name a a couple missing brackets and transmission fluid leaking. Over $4000 worth of damage.

I called to let them know about the damage and all I got was defensive responses. I have zero faith in Midas' ability to do work on my car now, which is really sad because I've put my faith in them since I had my vert first car.

Nothing has been done to rectify the situation and I'm left dealing with this nightmare on my own. This issue continues going on 3 months now.

This has affected my families well being, my ability to trust my car is safe and left me financially burdened.

I'll recommend it. The staff were very efficient and humble. Also, Mike was able to help me out by changing and balancing my tires and getting all work done promptly.

Outstanding customer service. Rio was definitely a great help. Very knowledgeable and I will definitely return to his store when needed. Very personable and he was also so helpful when deciding what tires/brand to buy. Great store and great customer service all around.

After calling 6 other places in the vicinity to patch my tire that was steadily losing pressure, and getting turned down, I luckily found this place. They got me in immediately and had me all fixed up in about 30 minutes. John and Austin made my day a whole lot better! Thanks for the quick service guys!

Norman and Adam exceeded all expectations when I brought in my punctured tire for repair. It’s refreshing to interact with folks who are good at their jobs. These two are prime examples of it. Highly recommend Big O in Broomfield for their quality and efficiency of service as well as competitive pricing.

I discovered a screw in my tire and came in for a patch late in the evening as a walk-in. Austin Smith was the technician assigned to my vehicle. Due to his diligent inspection of my whole tire prior to patching he actually discovered an additional nail buried in the tread that had pierced my sidewall. Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired and would have to be replaced due to safety reasons. Big O decided not to charge me and I had purchased the tire with a warranty from another shop but I am leaving this review for the great service and customer care that I received on my visit.

I really appreciate Austin taking the time to be thorough with my tire even though we were reaching the end of the day. It's hard to find good employees that will go the extra mile for your customers and I feel that Austin certainly did for me.

I will definitely be back to this Big O!

A pleasure to work with; I didn't feel like they were just out to get my money!
I had great conversations with Matt the GM and person at the service desk.  They communicated well, listened, and answered all of my questions.  They checked out the car and were understanding about the nature of my predicament.  They gave me all of my options clearly and allowed me to make a decision without pressuring me into the higher priced options.  I'll definitely be taking my vehicles back to this shop.

If you are traveling and you hear an usual noise coming from the brake area you want to get to a reliable and trustworthy expert before you venture on. My one call(minutes before closing) was answered by the General Manager (Don) and he was able to promptly work my 2008 SRX in to diagnose any brake problems — the next morning. His expert mechanics were efficient, thorough and only found a little rust. The place was clean with a very friendly and professional environment. They alleviated my worries stating no work needed at this time.(saving me $$). Thanks Midas — now that’s great customer service.

The crew here at Midas has an impeccable sense of service. Sal, Daniella, Matt and Tyler are always welcoming with a smile and are always happy to help. They also know how to fix what is going wrong with your vehicle the right way, and they do just that they get it right so you have the peace of mind you need when you are behind the wheel! Pleasant experience at this Midas location.  Same day oil change appointment and they got me in and out in 1.5 hours, which is reasonable.

Staff are friendly and offer low pressure feedback on opportunities to further repair your vehicle.

Looking forward to having them help with my next repair, but hope that's not for awhile :)

The staff is always welcoming and on point with their suggestions.They work fast and efficiently - on the last visit I even got my tail lights fixed without stepping out of my car!

Tanksley's Body Shop

I couldn't be happier with the work done on my car. They took the time to work with my insurance company to help them understand the condition of my car. I was updated consistently through the process. On top of that, the car was so clean when it came out that I could see some chips I hadn't noticed. And they went back and filled those in for me.

Always professional. Always helpful.

Excellent shop to deal with. I came in on a Friday to get an estimate for a passenger side front fender repair. They were able to get the parts ordered the same day. I dropped my truck off the following Monday and they had it repaired and ready to go by that Friday. The paint blending job is perfect, you can’t tell where the new paint stops and the 3 year old paint starts. I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon, but if I do I’ll be back.

I highly recommend Tanksley as a quality body shop who will work with the customer to make sure the job is done right and on budget.  They treated me with respect and consideration.  Very professional, with top-shelf craftsmen in the shop.

My poor little 2007 Honda Fit got mashed by a slow-moving elder driving a large American car.  The other driver's insurance covered repairs, and sent me a check for their estimate.  Two other body shops treated me like an idiot, told me the estimate was likely far below actual cost of repairs and thus I would end up in "total value" territory.  The insurance folks' "total value" was laughably low, and I didn't want to get anywhere near it with repair costs.    Neither of those shops would even discuss what I suggested could keep repair costs well below "total value."

When I visited Tanksley it was like the sun came out after a nasty storm.  Chaston helped me to bring the repair price down in case more damage was encountered during repairs (none was).  We line-item vetoed some purely cosmetic items off the work order, lowering the cost of repairs well below what insurance had paid me.  Though there were some unexpected delays in getting parts, I was not surprised; my 1st-gen Fit is not common and I knew some of the parts might be hard to find. Chaston kept me posted on how repairs were going and what was causing delays.  It ended up taking 2 weeks to finish repairs, but this was due to some parts being damaged in transit, and screw-ups at the other end of the parts supply line.  My vehicle was beautiful when I picked it up--squeaky clean on the inside, shiny and nice outside.  They even buffed out my old headlight so it matches the new one they replaced.

Getting crunched in a slo-mo crash was a total bummer, but Tanksley gave this episode an uplifting, happy ending with their EXCELLENT service and work.  Yeah!

They are friendly in order to get your business. I had an insurance claim and once I handed the car over they came back and added more "necessary repairs" which insurance covered. They also said I needed  new battery. It was over 6 weeks to repair the car and once I picked it up and drove it home. The car wouldn't start because they used a dead battery rather than a new one they charged me for. Additionally, I discovered they left several gaskets off of the doors. This has been ongoing for 5 months with repeated calls and empty promises to call back. Don't get scammed, look over your car thoroughly. Check alternatives shops.

Fantastic Job and Superior customer service!  A round bale caved in the front passenger door of my Dually while in the pasture.  My friend Rhonda recommended Tanksley's, so I took my truck straight to them.  Less than 1-week and the truck is done and beautiful!  The repairs are showroom perfect, and they even detailed it!  I had felt bad taking it to them as dirty as it was.  Thank you Tanksley's!

Joseph and the scheduling team inside the store were all amazing!  Joseph said he was going to take care of me and he did. What a truly great, professional man. The guys inside the office/store gave me so much helpful advice & information on all of my questions.  They were such a pleasure to hang out with. Professional, courteous, genuine and caring. I wish had got their names but you would know by the date and time I was there getting a hole fixed on my tire, Wednesday, Dec 27th at 2pm. I will be back for tires, when needed, and other services. I was on my way home when I suddenly got a high temp alarm on my car. The last thing I needed was more automotive trouble. I was able to get home, and immediately called Big O Tires in Lakewood on Union just off Alameda. I explained my problem and they said they would be able to get me in that afternoon. I made it in, and their mechanic told me that the electric cooling fans were shot and would need to be replaced. To make a long story short, Big O mechanics were able to replace the fans same day, and for a lot less than I expected. Because of their professionalism, I was able to make it into work later that evening, so I didn't have to dump a shift. I have relied on Big O for tires, brakes, shocks, struts, oil changes etc., and all my mechanical needs as they have a crew of well trained technicians who take pride in doing a job well done. They took the time to explain all the work that needed to be done, with a very accurate estimate, and I must say I have always been impressed with their professionalism. So if you ever need top quality work done on your car with professionals who have earned my trust, then I highly recommend Big O Tires in Lakewood on Union Ave. Just off Alameda. Bravo Zulu guys.

Breck and Allen are the best! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation when they identified why I had a check engine light and replaced that part. Something that the dealership was unable to pinpoint and probably would have charged me a lot more for the repair. They treated my dog great too.

I was on my way out of town when my Jeep alerted me I had a flat. I wasn’t too far from the Lakewood location so I drove straight there. By the time I arrived, I had lost another 6 lbs. of pressure.  Breck and the team told me to pull right up to the bay and they’d help immediately. They quickly diagnosed it was a cracked wheel and the tire wasn’t damaged. They put my spare on and had my wheel repaired in a few days. They even kept my tire while it was getting repaired. I highly recommend this shop! They dealt with my problem with urgency and went out of their way by keeping my tire and remounting it for me after the wheel was repaired.

Excellent customer service! Grant and Breck were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't compliment them enough for their outstanding service and my new tires purchase.

Came in with my heat not working, service engine soon light on and tire pressure. Waited over 2 hours before they finally pulled my car back after mentioning it to the lady up front which I was then told that there mechanic took longer on a job then expected and the lead mechanic would be jumping on it. I asked realistically how long before I know what’s wrong with my vehicle at this point and I was told 20-30 minutes. Another hour and half goes by I go up to the lady at the counter and ask any news? Oh yea they said it might be a blower motor and the mechanic may know a few tricks to where it’ll work they’re working on it now.Another hour goes by and they tell me that they couldn’t get it to work.that they can look into getting a blower motor to try out but it probably will be at least another 2 hours when I thought they were just going to switch it out if it’s not working. They also couldn’t guarantee that’s what it was or why my service engine soon light was on. One gentleman told me it was from the oil not being reset when I had it done there last so that’s on them as well and the lady told me it could be from my blower motor or maf sensor. So no straight answer there.I asked them did y’all at least put air in my tires? Oh yes absolutely. Another 15 goes by as they are relaying info back from there mechanics. Finally say whatever just let me go thanks for my keys. Get in my car my tire pressure light is still on. Went back in they apologized and told me to pull around the corner. Now I’m concerned about if they even looked at my vehicle considering the easiest thing (tire pressure) wasn’t even fixed.

I went in there around a month ago and they wanted me to get the top dollar tire and that’s not what I wanted and they acted like they couldn’t be bothered when I was still trying to spend around $1200 and not $2000. So I took my $1200 to Plaza and they had me in and out in about 45 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Hard working staff.  Josh (have worked with him before at this location) and he is believable and goes the extra mile to make sure you and your vehicle is taken care of.  It’s not the prettiest location and is very busy ( I won’t use another nearby  big o location that has newer facilities cause I don’t trust them)  so don’t think you can be in and out (although they seem to try to get you in and on your way).  I like coming here because I expect  to be treated professionally and they explain without “talking down”.  I appreciate it.  They will also tell you if they can’t get it done that day and help to reschedule you.  That is also “above and beyond” these days.

Justin and Tabatha are the kindest folks around. They have helped me with several tire purchases on 3 different vehicles. The have suggested different tires then what was previously used, and they all have worked fine. These 2 listen intently not only to me but all the customers that come in. I have been coming to this store for years and this team is absolutely the best that this location has ever had. Tell them I sent you.

Mounted and balanced 4 brand new tires for me on 4 brand new wheels. Didn't leave a scratch on them. Great work and great balancing job too. Fast and professional service.

Glass Doctor of Northwest Arkansas

Wow! I loved our experience with Glass Doctor. We had a broken window at our house due to a rock that had been slung up from the weed eater. We drug our feet on getting it replaced...so many companies will replace auto glass but few replace glass in home windows. Every step of the way with Glass Doctor was smooth and seamless. They answer the phone, tell you the estimate, show up on time...and the replacement window is perfect. One hundred percent will use them again.

We recently used Glass Doctor of NWA for our bathroom remodel. We worked with the team to design a shower door that was both effective but elegant for a zero transition shower space. The results was absolutely amazing and exactly what we wanted. We did have to wait on some hardware that was on back order but the Glass Doctor team was great at communicating and letting us know the status during this period. The final product - shear perfection.  Easy to work with and great installation. The door was expensive but worth every dollar as the result shows off the beauty of the tile and makes the room feel bigger and exceptionally clean. They are going to be a part of our next bathroom remodel.

The GlassDoctor is a great company. I have used them every time I need to fix or replace glass- home and vehicle. I will recommend them always.

Do NOT use them for your window needs. We had them replace a window at our house and they did a horrible job. They were only there for a few minutes and you can tell they did not care. The whole frame was left absolutely disgusting, and the caulk is all over the place (including where it shouldn't be). We paid nearly $600 for them to do this. Absolutely terrible!

In and out in no time at all. My sliding glass window came off and it was all due to glue that failed. The cost was cheaper than all others and was given confidence it’ll be a long time if ever it’ll happen again. Felt great dealing with a family owned business

D C Glass & Design

Dave was a pleasure to work with.  He was on time, worked efficiently, and was very professional.  I highly recommend D C Glass & Design.

I moved into a condo last year in Colorado Springs.  I had difficulty with my windows staying open or opening at all.  I contacted PlyGem windows in Washington state.  They honored the warranty from the previous owners and had DC Glass in Littleton, CO contact me about repairs.  Both PlyGem and DC Glass responded promptly.  DC Glass also worked with my schedule.  They arrived in a prompt manner, were extremely friendly and professional and did the repairs in short order.  This has been the best experience I have had with any company in a long time.  Customer service has seem to have gone the way of the dinosaur these days.  It is refreshing to deal with "people" who understand this concept not just a "corporation" that is looking for a way out of their responsibilities.  I would highly recommend DC Glass and Ply Gem windows.

Came in with a tire they had 3 nails in it. Allen advised me that 3 repairs was the max that a tire could have, and if there was another previous repair, they would not be able to fix the tire. Allen got me in right away. Fortunately there weren’t any old repairs and the technicians were able to fix the tire and get me on my way - all for no charge! It was refreshing to be told up front if they would be able to help me, then get the work done quickly without a wait. I will definitely bring my cars back to this Big-O shop for tires and service, and recommend Allen and his team at this Big-O store to others!

D was awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful. I just needed to have snow tires put on my 4Runner and went to Big O without an appointment. They got everything done fast and didn’t even charge me! I will definitely be retuning to this location whenever I need my car serviced in the future. Amazing!

Softopper

Amy was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with over the phone! I am stoked to pick up my Softopper when it's ready. I highly recommend these guys customer service-wise. Toby was also very helpful and patient with answering all of my questions. Top notch team they have!

Update: I got my Softopper installed last night. This is the beginning of some major plans that I have for this truck. I can confidently say purchasing my softopper was the right move for step #1! Great product, easy install, no complaints here. The button snaps for the canvas topper were a little difficult to get snapped in place, and they made me curse like a sailor, but that's pretty normal for a brand new canvas cover like that (if you've ever tried to stretch a brand-new canvas cover over a boat, you know exactly what I'm talking about). Overall I'm very happy. Five stars all the way!

Super pleased with my purchase! I installed it almost on my own. The frame assembly is a bit cumbersome for me. The cover likely would have been much easier to pull and snap if it hadn’t been as chilly outside as well.
I drove home doing 75mph, my dog was happy and out of the wind and much needed cab space is now open.

I have had excellent customer service working with Softopper.  My first Softopper I purchased used.  I talked to a customer specialist over the phone and he was very helpful in assuring me the product would work for my application and I was able to get replacement parts for the older product.  My second experience online was with Armani who helped me get a coupon for a new Softopper for my brand new truck.  He responded quickly and decisively.  A great product and great customer service.

I've always had hard toppers because to be honest, I never knew these soft toppers existed.  I'm a trapper and I always have live animals in the back of my truck.  Living in Fla., it gets pretty hot so I put a 12v fan back there to help cool the animals.  I purchased a 2022 Tundra and saw a soft topper on someone else's truck.  I pulled him over and asked if he like his.  He loved it.  What sold me was the fact the sides roll up as well as the back.  I didn't even install the front piece as I wanted as much air flow back there as possible.  I'm not exactly mechanically inclined so it took me about an hour and a half to install it.  It's now been a month.  I've driven up to 90 mph with it and run it through the car wash several times.  IT'S PERFECT.  I'll never own a hard topper again.

When I placed the order I was sent two frames and no canopy (how does that happen?). Emailed customer service including pictures and didn't get a response. Called customer service and was asked to email pictures... I had to point out that I had emailed pictures and all of the requested info a day ago, at which point someone checked the email box for the first time in 24 hours.

It took a week, but I finally got the canopy. The canopy is an inch longer on the driver side than the passenger side so I have a nice crease in the back that holds water when it rains. Total lack of quality control on these.

The concept is solid but the actual product is low-grade and customer service is poor. Hopefully another brand comes along with a better option.
