Hilery and Michael were so professional and really made me feel like family. I felt like they were easy to talk to and one of the more cost effective blind specialists. Highly recommend them.

Hilary was wonderful to work with. The installer was prompt and detail oriented. One little hiccup was addressed and fixed quickly and we are beyond satisfied! Great product and great service all around.

I've had a great experience with Budget Blinds. Michael was able to provide me a quote on new blinds for my entire house right away. As soon as the blind arrived, Ricky scheduled a date to install the blinds, while he was at my house he was very kind and courteous and did the job quickly. The blinds look so beautiful, they made a huge difference in my home.

Well, my story is similar to others I see here in reviews. We had Michael come out and he sent us a quote. I asked a few questions for clarification and was set to go with the quote mostly. Communication completely stopped and I have heard no responses to my requests. Even if he called me now it would be a no for me.

Mike came to our home for a design consultation and was able to provide good suggestions based on our needs and budget. We received the quote a few days later and replied with a couple of clarifying questions (color, one window that we discussed but was missing from the quote, etc.), but have not gotten any communication since. I have tried emailing and calling and have gotten no reply for over 3 weeks. I don't know what happened for the communication to be so poor, but it is very frustrating and unprofessional. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Big O Tires

These guys are very helpful, and their expertise and professionalism show!! They helped me upgrade my wheels and tires and got me into something I really liked.  The installation came out CLEAN!!!  Christen hooked it up.

Really nice people, and they got the job done in less than the time they estimated.  Great price, too. After rebates it will be about $75 cheaper than Costco for the same tires. The service at Costco was horrible, so I walked out and went to Big O. It was also very easy to get the correct tires and an appointment within a couple of days. Excellent service all the way!

This place is great, the only place in town that I know of that stretches tires. Employees are always very patient and very helpful. Just today I needed a new tire mounted and one of the employees took care of the cost for me! I would highly recommend this store.

When having my snow tires put on my Ford E 250 van, there was an unexpected problem with one of my wheel studs that needed to be replaced. It turned out that they were able to get a new stud pretty quickly & finished the project very well! Thanks to a very trustworthy crew no doubt! Best, KJ

Best experience I have ever had with a tire shop. My tire had a few small holes causing air to escape. We were camping near by and we decided to bring the truck in for repair. Tim went above and beyond with my tire as some of the holes were very hard to find. Elias worked hard on getting the tire plugged and fixed. We highly recommend Big O and make sure you ask for Tim! Thank you!!

Glass Doctor of Wheat Ridge

10/10 do not recommend. Run don’t walk away from this place. The first appointment he ordered the wrong glass,  even though he got the information off of my Vin number. I was understanding and rescheduled. The second appointment went smoothly until I inspected the work before picking up my car, and noticed the windshield gasket sagging on the passenger side. When I informed him of my concern he exasperated that the entire windshield would have to be removed to fix it and I should “wait a few days” to see if it would “pop” back into form. I was immediately skeptical. Then I noticed a gouge in my paint on the corner of my windshield, which was originally not there and would eventually develop rust and he said I would need to get a quote from a body shop and he would reimburse me for the charges. So I get my windshield repaired and then have to take extra time out of my schedule to get a body shop to quote and then fix his mistake and hope to get reimbursed by him after the work is done? Run don’t walk away, this is not your glass guy.

We set an appointment for 2 pickups. Everything was very smooth and easy. Great people very friendly and will definitely use them again for all our windshield needs. I highly recommend them and appreciate the opportunity to meet and work with them.

The people here are as nice as could be.  They quoted me a price and  it didn't change.  They worked efficiently and did a great job!  They guarantee their work, and go above and beyond.  I'm a very happy customer!

I had three small nicks in my windshield and was leaving for a long trip the next day. The gentlemen agreed to fix them the same day for me. The customer service is above and beyond. If you are looking for them, the glass doctor is on the backside of the building!! Most definitely will recommend and go back myself

Really love this place. They have helped me select two sets of tires now for 2 different vehicles, and they are always helpful when needing extra advice. They have helped me with fixing leaks, as well as installing new rims on a vehicle. A special shout-out to Melanie (Mel) who seems to always be the person helping me out - always greeted with a smile and well informed on the status of my vehicle while it's getting serviced. Makes coming into this place all the more great! Thanks, Mel! Oh, I live in Boulder and will still go out of my way to come here.

We love this location and it is worth the extra 10-15 min drive.
We tried 2 other tire shops close to us and they refused service on a low tire. I leave tomorrow morning for a work trip so we desperately needed repaired. We called and they said sure bring it on in. They fixed it quickly and with a smile. Now that’s service!

I came in because I was shopping around for tires. Bre was the one assisting me and she was awesome! She was super friendly and really knowledgeable. I had a great time talking to her, and she taught me a thing or two about tires. She made me feel very comfortable as a woman shopping for tires. I recommend asking for Bre if you go to this location!

Melanie and Brie are amazingly kind and work very hard to take the best care of each client. Whether it be pricing or educating the client these two go over the top wirh excellence and kindness! Thank you Melanie and Brie for such great care and making Monday morning so wonderful!

My front tire would not hold in air and  Mel and gang at BIG O found a screw which they repaired right away!

I was able to go to the Littleton, Big O and Bryant and his team did an outstanding job on repairing my tires that had a nail in them!! His staff were super friendly and expedited the process as fast as they could. I am very thankful. Keep up the great work.

Made an appointment online and went in for an alignment check and left with an alignment warranty and 4 new tires! Tread was low and the old tires were the ones that came with the car. Briant was a huge help - he greeted me & was very friendly, respectful and nice. When my car was on the rack, he took me to the garage to show me the tread and then gave me choices of tires and prices. He ordered the tires but then found a similar tire for a better price and saved me $200. He ordered the tires and helped me get to my daughter so that I didn't have to wait for 3 hours. They notified me when my tires were ready and Ben was at the desk when I went back and he was very friendly, respectful and nice and got all the paperwork ready. He explained about the warranty on the tires and stressed that they HAD to be rotated every 3,000 - 5,000 miles which is something I didn't know about. The waiting area was comfortable, clean and quiet which I liked. My husband had specifically told to go to Big O on Bowles and Kipling because he had been there and was happy with the service and the way he was treated. Lots of people coming in for lots of help. I would definitely recommend this place for alignment and new tires, and, if you get Briant or Ben, they will make the experience a good one. Thanks, guys! I plan to see you for tire rotation in less than 5,000 miles!

I went to Big O Tires to take care of a flat tire. Joe Cimino at the front desk was the best! So friendly, professional, kind, and attentive. He made me feel very confident that my car was in good hands. Ben and Jeremy were amazing too! They fixed the issue right away (I was surprised how fast they were), and were also incredibly kind. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had related to automotive services. Will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend this place!

I needed a basic safety inspection for my son to participate in a teen Crash Avoidance class. Joe C. was very accommodating and said he would get my son’s car in to be looked at that same day. He was very helpful and informative, even though they were doing the inspection for free and I did not have an appointment. Very happy. Good for the community!

Just the best experience every time I take my car or truck. Been going 12 years- Dan , Andrew and the team have always given fair and accurate feedback before any work done. Occasionally I’ve had to go elsewhere when traveling and it’s always been a huge drop off. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Had my front pads replaced about about month or so ago. They refused to install the pads that I had already purchased personally. I opted for the cheaper of the two choices of pads they offered which were almost 100% more expensive than the ones I already had. Pads squeaked right off the bat. Waited to see if the squeak would go away, but it progressively got worse and now has began grinding at low speeds. It’s fairly loud and pretty embarrassing. Took it back to Midas and they told me nothing was wrong even though I already had grooves in the resurfaced rotors. They specifically said that the noises can be expected because I had chosen the cheaper pads and told me I should purchase the 200+ dollars pads and they’ll install them. It sounded like a joke. The fact that an employee would tell me that these loud noises are to be expected from a product they offer and then give me the choice of purchasing another set of pads after the ones I had already purchased brand new were defective is almost comical. Bottom line. I’m replacing the the pads that overall cost me 300 dollars myself and will never return or recommend this hack business to anyone.

The guys were very friendly and prompt, however they did not reset the computer and claimed that it was against the law to do so. We took it to a different shop and found out it was actually against the law to not do so. And they then set it back so that the car will then know when it's time for an oil change again. Without this disinformation I would have given them five stars

Novus Auto Glass

Amazing service! Called and was able to make an appointment within 2 days, exactly when I wanted it, they even called me when I was late to remind me of my appointment! They waited for me & had it done in an hour and a half! They were so professional and hospitable. Made sure I knew how to care for any chips/ cracks in the future & gave me glass stickers to use in case of chips! Also told me what not to do in the 48 hours following a windshield replacement. I will be returning for all my glass needs!

I have brought all my vehicles to Novus and will continue to. They have great prices on replacement glass and chip repair. I have never had to wait longer than an hour for any service. The staff is friendly and provides quality work. If you have a chip or need new glass go to Novus.

I recently had my windshield repaired at this shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was professional, the work was done efficiently, and my windshield looks flawless. Five stars for an excellent job!

This place is wonderful! They did a great job with my truck in the time they said they would. Everyone was kind and they helped with my insurance. Hopefully I won't need another windshield, but if I do I,  they will get my business!

Novus ran late due to difficulty removing the windshield.  The repair tech stayed late in order to get the truck finished and back to us so we leave for home first thing next morning.

The Big O Location at Remington Pl, has always surpassed my expectations! Every single time. They get the job done quickly and efficiently and they are friendly! I spent 2plus  hours waiting at my dealership and they were unable to do the job. I called Big O and was in and out in 45 minutes at no charge (because I had purchased tires from them and was a repeat customer). They are just down to earth and good business! I will stop waiting my time at my dealership! Highly recommend this Big O Location!

I really didn't see myself writing a review about buying tires, but the staff here was so exceptional and the service was so good I feel like they deserve to be recognized.  This was just a great experience from beginning to end.  I bought winter tires for my CRV and will definitely return to this location this spring to buy new all season tires as well.  Special recognition to Mason, the service rep who helped me.  He did a great job!

They couldn't provide me with service at the time I came in because of not being able to find the lug nut lock. They should have not worked on my car.

They were brand new tires which I bought from them. They were the last to use my lug nut loock. One of the brand new tires was leaking air and it has been a problem since. They tried to fix the leak did a tire rotation and this all started!

This is a brand new Jeep. I can't believe they even sent me home with that lug nut the way it was.....

Came in because my sidewall on my tire had a small crack. Guys were super helpful and friendly. I didn’t have a jack, and Tony swapped my tire for me no questions asked. I will be returning here for any future tire service. Thanks again for the great customer service

I purchased 4 new snow tires and a battery and Jennifer was very kind and had outstanding costomer service. Austin was the one who did all the work on my vehicle. He changed and balanced all 4 tires himself and did an outstanding job. I am very thrilled with the service I received.

RNR Tire Express

Wife got new tires and rims for her 5.0. The Manger was awesome,  too bad he couldn't take credit for the sale. However, the sales man, not so much. Ignored my wife even though I pointed to her several times to show she was the buyer. Then my wife is the one who had to ask about other options and the sales manager is the sale.

I don’t know where to begin. I guess we could start with this would be my second set of wheels and tires I was looking to purchase from R&R.
I went to the Fayetteville store last week and was very dissatisfied with the help from the person that worked there. I wasn’t sure I would even get wheels with tires because of it.

Today we happened to have time and be in Springdale and I decided to take a look at that store before heading to a clients house for a small carpet job.

When I walked in these guys were swamped at 4:15pm. The Regional manager happened to be there and he ended up being the guy to help us. When I say help, I mean this dude is the Superman he was right on it. Not only was he helping us he was helping orchestrate this entire badass sales team. I can’t explain what all happened next but it was like magic and we got our favorite wheels, tires, and I told them I’d have to come back on Monday because I wouldn’t be done with my carpet job until after they closed at 6pm for them to put them on.
He said as long as we could get there before he leaves at 7pm to come by and they’ll put them on and get them ready while I am at work.
When I rolled up slightly after 6:30pm I wasn’t sure it was true but by God it was! Excellent staff and service! I’m happy, my Daughter is happy, and my wife is super happy with them. Thanks guys! You all rock!!

Exotic Bodies by Jim

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My car was taken here after I was in  an accident per my insurance. At the time I was in shock and was not functioning properly to do further investigation of this establishment, one I read the reviews I called my insurance company to remove my car and have a tow truck pick the car up. Based off of their reviews and calling the office with no one picking up the phone  I did not trust this place do to a decent fix on my car. My insurance company organized the transfer of my car to a different facility when my car reached the facility it was documented good ole bad practices Jim took a knife and cut the wires of my headlights and left them on the front seat of my car ultimately causing another costly repair. Additionally there was a 4K difference on the estimate and multiple mistakes/ items missed at Jim’s than at the final place I took my car. Do yourself a favor do some due diligence before dropping your car off, nothing but a bunch of crooks who work here.

I got into an accident in Feb 2023 where someone ran into the front end of my car. My insurance recommended this body shop so naturally I had my car towed there. The body shop promised a completion date on several occasions and never communicated with me that they were going to need the car longer to fix repairs unless I called them myself asking about the status of my car. They had my car for 6 months and every time they got new parts in my car would get pushed to the back of line for being worked on.
When I finally got my car back it smelled like something had died inside and they informed me that they had mice all over the facility that like to take shelter in the cars. The inside of my car was covered in mouse poop.
Not only was there a mice issue but in addition to this when they said my car was finally ready I picked it up and immediately noticed a loud screeching sound. I immediately turned around to bring my car back and Jim said it they noticed the sound that morning however chalked it up to a timing belt. Upon further inspection they found another piece of the car that had been impacted by the accident that they just completely missed the first time around. Again my car got pushed to the back of line for further repairs.
Two weeks later, I went to pick up my car again and 5 miles down the road after picking it up my engine seized up on the highway and I was almost hit by multiple semi's on I-70. I had the car towed back to the body shop and they claimed the cause of the engine being fried was due to an antifreeze leak that they said had been happening for some time.
As someone who regularly takes their car in for servicing I knew this could not be true. The body shop would not take responsibility for the damage to the engine so I had to get my car towed to my dealership who was able to prove to my insurance that it was 100% the body shops fault for my engine seizing.
After insurance paid him $12,000 in repair costs the car is now deemed a total loss due to a fried engine and a crazy amount of damage to the interior from the mice.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a body shop for auto repairs.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. I was given a guaranteed completion date, and it wasn't even close to completed near that date. In fact, I was given a second guaranteed completion date and that was not met either. Communication is also not a strong suit with Exotic Bodies by Jim. Additionally, I had asked the shop to complete a side mirror cover replacement in the initial conversation and that still has not been completed. I brought this to the attention of the shop and was told they would find out the status. This was two weeks ago and they still have not returned my call. The shop is poor at answering the phone and as far as I can tell does not listen to their voicemails. For the longest time, their voicemail was full where I had no way of communicating with them. I was given the direct impression that new claims are priority over delivering on promises of existing vehicles they already have in their shop. Unless something improves, I would not recommend Exotic Bodies by Jim to anyone. In fact, I would recommend they find another service shop.

I hit a deer a few years back and these folks did an excellent job. Naturally, I took my truck back the second time around for a lot smaller job and it was a mistake; it looks to be a common trend recently. I had to get my front light fixed and the surrounding panel around it after hitting something on the highway. They estimated 1-2 weeks initially. I understood the delay in parts and anticipated another round of part orders after the strip down, but to tell me multiple times they need parts? After all my parts were in, the paint booth was down. Why didn't the paint job take place before? Just excuse after excuse, promise after promise, that it would be done the end of the week, no call back, oh it will be next week. Same round robin week after week. After I finally got my truck back, the check engine light was on due to them not hooking up a sensor. I took it to Ford to have it fixed, I didn't want to take it back and have it sit there. They were fair in compensating me for the diagnostic fee Ford charged me. The worst part is the truck isn't even fixed, still broken plastic wedged in there, the panel is loose since it's supposed to snap into that broken piece of plastic. I was always patient, respectful and the shop was respectful to me too, but it just got to a point where I needed to stay on them. Again, not having my truck for a couple months was not my biggest issue, I understand the parts situation. I just couldn't take the excuses and the incomplete work. I believe in honesty and completing the job you are paid for, that is it. This shop let me down this time around.

Do not hesitate to take your car for repairs to this shop. Very dependable, great work and very friendly staff.
