Great location. Employees are honest and quick. I have been taking my cars for a few years. They never try to push anything unnecessary. The only time something came up they didn’t even need to be asked to show the issue to me along with how it should have looked. When I’ve had to go in for repair, it always ends up under the quoted price.

Good guys that do great work. I've had multiple vehicle troubles in the past 2 months and they have been great with everything. Specifically their price transparency, work ethic, customer service, and workplace atmosphere are quite above-par. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family and you should do the same.

Reggie got me in for a full brake replacement same day. After having my brakes misdiagnosed at a dealership, these guys found the problem, came through and did a fantastic job on the work all in a day. Go here if you’re looking for authentic, upfront customer service, and professional results.

Great experience! I brought my subaru in with busted air conditioning the day before a long weekend. They got me in, ordered parts and fixed up within a few hours. Great customer service and an awesome team.

So disappointed in Midas and the work they did on my car. First off it took over two months for transmission work to be completed and all I got was excuses. To be fair it was done through my warranty and I know there was a lot of back and forth but communication was lacking. Ryan and Reggie toward the end of my experience got better at communicating which was helpful but their shop didn't resolve my issue. After being without a vehicle for two months and missing family events, unable to take my new baby to doctors visits and unable to do my day to day tasks I finally got my car back. As soon as I turned the car on there were immediate issues, the check engine light was on along with the traction control and the AC was blowing hot air. So not safe to drive. The condenser needed to be replaced and I had to pay for it out of pocket. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it broke on its own even though it was working perfectly fine before I took it to them. It was later diagnosed that the PEM needed to be reprogrammed, something only the dealership was able to complete so I took it them for further assistance. They diagnosed my car and I got a phone call with a laundry list of new issues due to a poor transmission installation. Just to name a a couple missing brackets and transmission fluid leaking. Over $4000 worth of damage. I called to let them know about the damage and all I got was defensive responses. I have zero faith in Midas' ability to do work on my car now, which is really sad because I've put my faith in them since I had my vert first car. Nothing has been done to rectify the situation and I'm left dealing with this nightmare on my own. This issue continues going on 3 months now. This has affected my families well being, my ability to trust my car is safe and left me financially burdened.
